✓ Can really recommend ….Quartet 1 was recommended to me and, having tried it out for a couple of weeks now, I can really recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their playing of the jazz classics or for live work. There are a whopping 150 standards in this app, so plenty to choose from! As a pianist, I like the playlist function, this will be useful for grouping certain songs together depending on the venue/audience/mood. A few of my favourites aren’t in this app, but hopefully they will be in a future release. Quartet 2?.Version: 1.0

Geoff’s a fantastic and experienced bass player and the rest of the band, like him, are some of London’s finest jazz musicians. There are plenty of options easily accessible (eg Bb and Eb transposition) and the interface is easy to navigate. I’m looking forward to using this myself..Version: 1.0

I never practise… but this isn’t practise… this is playing with the best musicians you could ask for. It’s a gig… practise is boring… this is enlightenment from the comfort of your own home! ✓ Wowzers!!Gascoyne’s choice of standards is on the money. An awesome package of jazz essentials. This is especially useful for jazz vocalists as you can easily change key up and down….with some limitations if you push the key too far!! Graham Harvey’s piano intros and all round performance is a joy to hear. Would be a good buy at 4 times this price. Very happy with this..Version: 1.0

✓ SuperbI’m really pleased with this app. The backings are of the highest quality and the app is so simple, yet flexible, to use. I play sax and particularly like to set extended choruses where I trade 4’s/8’s/choruses with the pre-recorded sax solos. Highly recommended..Version: 1.0
✓ Great app, gorgeous grooves and accurate chordsThis is a joy to practice with, sonically gorgeous, great grooves and interactive rhythm section. Chords are accurate and beautifully voiced. Much less expensive than IRealPro but with a little less functionality and global transposition (I’m on tenor sax when playing jazz so all tunes up a tone - this can only be done one a tune by tune basis) Every jazz musician should have this app. No question..Version: 1.0

✓ Rockin! (In rhythm)Having just returned to playing trumpet, after some time, and having found a local jam playing swing tunes this app is bang on what I need! The quality of the backings is awesome. One hopefully small wish to ask - as a Bb player a global default for chord transpose would save a load of repetitive tweaking..Version: 1.1

✓ Finally! Ive found by Band!I'm a "freelance" musician, looking for Backing Tracks/Chord progressions that are "professional" enough and royalty free to warrant my recording with for marketing CDs. Ive got a half dozen candidate apps/sites that I try to make do with, but These are the Ones! I need look no further. And the flexibility for Key, Tempo, and Instrument Choice is spot on. Hopefully, the app developers will add more genres to their new app offerings, but these will hold me for a while. Great Job! Congrats! ps Altho the Stem files are designed for export to Garageband, which is not easy to move them from to other DAW apps, the Share Stems does transfer them easily to my DAW, Cubasis 3..Version: 1.0

Have been using Ireal pro for the past 12 years and was getting very frustrated with what has become a zero feel it I will still keep using it but here we go, Quartet has just stolen the show, when my guys aren’t around I ain’t going to get lonely playing with Quartet. ✓ Big congrats from Chris Standring!I have been jamming to your new quartet app all afternoon and it is absolutely phenomenal. I’m always looking for super high quality ready made backing tracks. These are so good I felt like I was in the room playing live with a band. I have to say this is hands down the best I have heard. Real players playing together, and so musically too. The brilliance is the ability to select a different key to any song and set the tempo too. All these songs are must-know titles from the jazz repertoire and I feel like digging in deep. ✓ Quartet 1A fabulous sounds from some of London’s finest musicians who provide these pre recorded backing tracks. The sound quality is amazing. You can change key and tempo and chose the backing instruments e.g drums and piano of you want to play along with your bass. Great for singers too as there are intros and chords are easily viewed in real playing time. Wonderful tool - must have for any jazz student or musicians wanting to practice and feel like you are with the band..Version: 1.0

✓ A gem for improving your improvisingReal players feature in this app with a host of different mixes available for ‘music minus one’ type practicing. Tempo & keys are all able to be changed and work well within about 4 semitones / 30 bpm or so of the original played key. Sections can be looped for practicing tricky passages, and there are even solos for students to transcribe and practice along with. The standard of playing is excellent, a well thought out and executed app. Get practicing!.Version: 1.0

✓ Great to jam with but..This is the same quality you would expect from this development team. There other apps are just as good. I would ask that the developers implement real Jazz Guitar chords instead of basic chords. It’s just not as fun following along to just basic chords. Implement real Jazz Guitar Chords and this will be the only app anyone will need!.Version: 1.0
