✓ Setup is cumbersomeI ran into some issues while setting up a youth account for my daughter. The mobile app allowed me to specify a password of 22 characters. But login failed with the newly created credentials. When resetting the password on the Fidelity website, I observed that the maximum password length is 20 characters. Overall, having multiple apps (regular and youth) as well as the website seems overly complicated. I would have preferred to use the website for everything. Furthermore, since my daughter has an older phone and the app requires iOS 16, she can’t even use it on her phone..Jon NalleyVersion: 1.11

✓ Cant perform referralI have a nephew who would greatly benefit from this. I wanted to refer my sister to the app and earn the referral bonus but since I’m not a parent myself, I can’t create a teen account. I already have a fidelity account, which it allows me to login ‘as a parent’ but doesn’t allow me to get any further, thus not allowing me to earn the referral bonus. I appreciate the option to call someone for help but if I wanted to waste time on hold with customer service to accomplish something that should be done within the app I would have been looking at offerings from Wells Fargo.
