✓ Guns? Teally?!?!I used to truly enjoy Happy Find. However, recently some of the things to be found are very disturbing. First a handgun and now bullets . In an extremely violent time we don’t need any reminders of these dangerous weapons. Along with water guns that look like assault weapons?! Can’t you find ANYTHING else to use as clues? Some of the items are super easy to find, but after going through the whole scene, enlarged and slowly, the items are not there. Then, when you go back, all of the sudden, they are there. I don’t like that at all! It’s dishonest. Sometimes you even have to leave the game, come back, and all of a sudden, the items are there. They weren’t there the first time I looked. I call a foul, a great big old foul. I believe they do this so that you will watch the ads to get the hints. Either that, or purchase the hints. It’s always about ads or more money. What I dislike very much is your able to get the extra treats from the treasure box, I watch the video to get the reward. Plus if you watch another video you get double the rewards. ✓ Single player game requires internetDownloaded the game to play in the car while traveling to and from the closest major city. The game loads and you can see the menu you would be able to see if your connected to the internet but over top is this transparent black filter that tells you you need an internet connection to play. You cannot interact with the game when it’s like that. Sucks big time because the game looks cute but the only time I play mobile games is while traveling. So if you were interested in this game for keeping yourself or your kids entertained on long trips this app is not for you. based on the fact that you cannot play this single player game without wifi I’m assuming they did that to prevent people from playing in airplane mode. ✓ Not Worth ItThis is a low budge version of Scavenger Hunt. I payed to remove ads because even though it wasn’t as good as SH, it was something new and I figured I could kill some time on it. This is just an ad farm. If you don’t mind watching ads every 2 seconds then the free version will be fine for you. If you are like most people, you will need to pay to play. You also get ZERO free hints after you use the initial few and they have that annoying “new area” mechanic every single time. Scavenger Hunt did that, but once you completed the area the first time, you never had to “open” the new areas again. I hate this. I look through the scenes methodically and getting redirected to a new area before I’m done looking at the section I’m working on is beyond annoying. So, 2 stars because I think there should be daily free hints and they should do away with the new area mechanic. ✓ FrustratingI did used to tolerate this game even though it had a lot of ads, but now after a few months of playing it, yet more ads have been added. It is beyond a joke!! ✓ WHACK A MOLEIt makes it extremely difficult to “whack a mole” when there isn’t a mole to whack! I’ve used up all my extra time only to reach the last mole and it is no where to be found. I call that cheating on your part and very annoying on my part. There is nothing you can say because I won’t believe you, short of giving me all my time back for free. ✓ Omg!! Too ad heavy!!Like most other games that come out now you end up having to watch too many intrusive ads. Can’t even play one level without being interrupted several times with pop up advertisements. I’m not against ads but let me finish a level for goodness sake and then I’ll let the ad do it’s thing. ✓ Why did it crash?I love this game but due to circumstances beyond my control I can only give it 2 stars because after finding 300 items I opened the treasure chest played the ad, when I went to watch the ad to double my winnings, what happens, the game crashes and I lost everything all my rewards that would have doubled, gone because the game crashed is there something I can do to stop this from happening again in the future.Version: 0.5.2

✓ This game is Awful.The maps move you from your section when you “unlock” more of the map, essentially making you lose your place. It’s an ad farm, ads every few seconds, maybe two minutes between if you’re lucky. The ads would regularly and frequently crash my phone and close the app on me entirely. My phone won’t let me play it for more than 5 minutes without overheating, even with no background apps running. The items you’re looking for are recycled in every level. I’d rate this lower but I can’t. TLDR: Horrible app, crashes constantly due to insane amount of ads..Version: 0.4.3

✓ Paying for No ads does not lastI do enjoy this game, but I got frustrated with the frequency of the ads so I decided to pay for no ads which is rare and I’ve only ever done in one other game. It was great for a couple of days, but then the ads returned. When you go onto settings and try to tap on the “rate us” or “restore purchases” they do nothing however, the vibration on and off button does work. I don’t know if this is caused from the game not having a personalized login that the purchases can attach to or what but I did send an email to the developers with the problem but have still not heard back and it has been five days. I was able to get a refund from Apple. If they are able to fix this bug and or reply to me, I would spend the money to pay for no ads again but until I hear from them, I’m not taking the chance..Version: 0.4.8

✓ OkaySuper cool and interesting concept. Two stars for ads/needing internet to play, this would be perfect for a road trip. And also because the game would freeze up every couple of items and the only way it would work again was if I closed and then re-loaded the app. It also got stuck on a portion of the map which was super weird. I could collect the items, but it wouldn’t let me scroll. It just would do a weird glitchy zoom thing if I tried to move any direction on the map.
