✓ Well done, while somewhat humblingHaving enjoyed many of the boxed “EXIT The game” games, I was pleasantly surprised to find an IOS game within the brand. It did not take long for me to become humbled while playing the game. While the puzzles vary in difficulty, the toughest ones can be very difficult. (Somehow, I stumbled past the “Skulls” puzzle, and I still don’t how I did it, I don’t think I could repeat it). Fortunately, there is a built in hint system that does not require an in-app purchase (aside: I much prefer this model as I would rather pay more upfront versus being nickled and dimed every time I get stuck in a game). The hint system is similar to the boxed games where the first hint just tells you if you have everything you need to solve the puzzle, the 2nd hint nudges you in the right direction, and the 3rd hint pretty much gives you the solution. The game flows well, the graphics are nicely rendered, and given the difficulty of some of the puzzles, you get your money’s worth in game play. I did have to resort to level 2 hints a few times, and for the most part the solutions make sense ---- however, there were one or two that I really wonder how you could be expected to arrive at the solution. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the game and highly recommend it with a caveat of “don’t expect a cake walk”. I’ve played the prior EXIT the game IOS game (The Curse of Ophir) which I enjoyed, but I found the Trial Of the Griffin to be the better one of the two. I just wish they could crank these games out faster..Version: 1.0

✓ EpicThe creators did astounding work yet again. I keep looking forward to new Exit Games, physical and virtual. Please release more soon! If you cannot solve the clues, try playing an easier Exit Game before doing this one. These are for experienced escape artists. Loved it!.Version: 1.0

✓ Difficult but so worth it!I spent a lot of time on this digesting the clues and finally coming to the solution. So satisfying. At the beginning it was announced clues were immersed throughout the whole software, so one must keep that in mind. I wish reviewers wouldn’t give a low score because they couldn’t solve the puzzles. Everyone just had to be thought through out of the box which made it so enjoyable. Than you developers for an A+ quality game!.Version: 1.0
✓ Absolutely excellentReally loved this, a perfect addition to (hopefully) the series, I loved the first game too. Nice story with great narration, I think previous reviewer is being picky over vocabulary. I found his voice relaxing and the amount of narration just right. The puzzles were really unique and I even had a nice surprise at one bit that I wasn’t expecting, so clever! I didn’t want it to end, superb and definitely worth the small price! Bravo! Why do ppl pull down a brilliant game because you need to use your brain a bit 🙄 it means we lose out on excellent games and only have generic rubbish , I found it very logical! I wish I could give more stars to make up for the idiots, please make another game they are fabulous! Isuppose it’s to be expected from someone called marktheduck..Version: 1.0
✓ Be better if the narration could be skipped…...especially with words like ‘carry-ee-age’ and a Countess with a strong American accent. Some puzzles are not difficult, just obscure in their solution. A bit of patience deciphering the hints and you get there. Overall quite good..Version: 1.0
