✓ Not as it’s advertised.The advertisers I see shows you freely making roads on an open spot to allow creative and smart ways to make the cars drive on road without appearing to have a pause on traffic. This game only allows to select prefabricated upgrades instead of the free flow roads as advertised which doesn’t allow the players to use creatively their ideas on preventing the roads to cause traffic as it is set to be the same outcome for each player.
