✓ Suddenly Locked Out of All But Alpha and Beta ModesI paid for the subscription and was put on free 3 day trial and initially had access to all modes. I specifically subscribed for the Deep Sleep (Delta) mode which I used one night then the next morning all but the Alpha and Beta modes were locked. No notice, no explanation. I’ve submitted 2 feedback emails from the app and of course zero response. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Otherwise cancel my account and refund the subscription please!.Version: 1.0.5
✓ How do I unsubscribe!Tried the free trial, decided it wouldn't work for me To cancel I need to have Itunes!? Have to install a new Mc OS update (that won't install). I can stop Data Collection by removing App.... does that cancel the subscription? Pretty vauge on that. The fact that I am here trying to get support to cancel this APP by leaving feedback kinda says it all BIG MISTAKE trying this App.Version: 1.3.5
