✓ It's actually helping meI have been a nailbiter for fifty years. It's an obsessive compulsive disorder thing with me. I could go on meds but they make me sleepy. I've learned to live with this bad habit. Tried the nail polish, the rubber band, etc. Nothing works. What this app does is it gives me feedback. Every time I check it, it has kept track of how much time has gone by since I last bit my nails. It even shows how much my nails have grown. It also has some positive behavioral encouragement messages. I have had to reset it three times because I started biting my nails without thinking but have gone several days now being bite free. I don't want to reset the app again so I have been more vigilant. This app isn't preachy; it doesn't promise miracles. It does what it says it does - gives you feedback and keeps track of how you are doing. For the price, it has been the most effective nailbiting tool I have ever had. We'll see if it really helps me stay bite free but I like it so far. Recommended..Version: 0
