After seeing that I was still being charged on my credit card I tried logging into my account. I had to redownload the app onto my new iPhone 5. Was not able to login to Blizzard, was then unable to "remove" the authenticator, when logging in it always says "authenticator attached". Beware of this if you get a new device.....Version: 1.3.4

When you click their link to auth, it just says “denied” and “you are trying this too many times” (on your first try. They force you to send a picture of your government-issued photo ID instead. ✓ TerribleToday I had a security alert email from blizzard. So I took the necessary precautions and changed my account passwords and my email account password. I downloaded this app to enable extra security and it will not accept my password I just created. I have signed into it from 3 different browsers to make sure I am using the right password yet this dumb app still tells me I’m entering it wrong. I guess it’s slow to update to recent events. I am so sad I have been a customer of this company for over 2 decades and I will never play another one of their games. How hard can it be to log into my account without authentication you can ask, if you do it from your PC it will ask you to use this app, then you log in into your app and successfully fail to restore authentication from cloud chain. ✓ Needs improvementThis is a great app but it really needs improvement. With the latest changes to ios the app needs to add notification settings. It's very annoying to have to keep opening the app just to approve all the time. I used to be able to just tap approve from the notification centre or even approve straight from my apple watch, however this is no longer possible. This really needs improvement..Version: 2.4.2
