✓ Great appI use this for regular international travel. Very easy to add flight, hotel bookings etc and to combine separate bookings into a single trip. Only one complaint, when in normal view for individual items, the day/date text is much smaller than other items on the page. Need to get reading glasses out to check the date. ✓ Super convenient and automatic trip managementI have been using Tripcase for about four years now and I love it so much that I think it deserves time for a review so that more people can discover it. Super easy to use, just forward flight hotel or other reservation email to Tripcase and it automatically grab all critical information and create the trip. Afterwards all info about the trip will be at a single page under your fingertip and you do not need to search through all your emails try to figure out the hotel name and address. ✓ Very helpful app, especially for complicated itineraries, but could be improvedA very good app, that I have found invaluable for complicated travel, such as a round the world trip I’ve taken. A few improvements could be made: - for accommodation, it would be very helpful to allow adding addresses that are not listed. There seems to be a function to do this, but if a place is not listed the app says “did you mean… x or y” and you have no choice but to pick one of these even if it’s not correct. For out of the way places I kept having to pick one of the incorrect places and then write in the notes the correct info. This then meant I couldn’t use some functionality, such as finding a booked location - there is no way (that I could figure out at least) to upload your own documents, such as a scan or picture of a booking confirmation, car rental docs, etc, etc. Providing this functionality would really improve the app, making it a one stop shop - the ‘help’ section is not very detailed, and preset headings never had anything to do with what I needed help with - there is no way I could find to provide feedback or request support. I would be prepared to pay a small subscription fee for this Other than the above a really helpful app.Version: 4.15.13

✓ Great app but wish it would print.I’ve been using this app for several years and enjoyed the ease with which you can import reservations. Usually just forward the email you received for confirmation and it will add it to TripCase. It is very easy to keep all of your bookings for a trip in one simple place. ✓ Great app!I like this app so much I decided to update my review from 5yrs ago. I've been using it at least that long, and I really depend on it to keep track of my crazy travel schedule. I love that all I have to do is forward my confirmation email, and all the details are imported into the app. Much easier than when I used to "import" using my confirmation number. I have now installed a 2nd copy on my wife's phone so she can keep up with my travel as well. I also love that I can forward separate emails for hotel & flight reservations, and then merge them into a single trip within the app. My only complaint is that rental car info doesn't import correctly from the email. ✓ Good app, but...I have found TripCase to be quite useful but it has some gaps. For example, it doesn't acknowledge or include AirAsia (only the best low-budget airline in the world for the last 4 years) nor Malaysia's most famous hotel (the Eastern & Oriental in Penang). I've had similar problems with Southern Africa itineraries too. On the other hand, on a previous trip to North America, TripCase advised me that my domestic Air New Zealand connection had been cancelled over an hour before Air NZ did (and I'm one of their Gold members). ✓ Not sure what’s going onI’ve been using TripCase for about 3-1/2 years now and have been extremely happy with it. However, just recently it keeps deleting a trip I’ve entered probably a dozen times. The trip shows up for an hour or so when I keep going back to check on it, but it eventually disappears. This has been since the most recent couple of updates. My App Store says it just updated again yesterday. I don’t know why it did that because I’m pretty sure I didn’t select automatic updates. None of my other apps are on automatic. It’s discouraging when apps are excellent and then the update lessens its appeal. It happens far too often with my favorite apps. If the problem of my disappearing trip is not resolved soon this will not be in my “favorites” category. Thus, the 4 stars..Version: 4.14.6

✓ Numerics not allowed in Reservation numberThis app works great for me. The only issue I have is that is doesn’t allow for numbers in the reservation number. What’s up with that? Some of the reservations are a mix of alpha and numbers. The only solution is to enter everything manually and that can be a big PIA..Version: 4.15.12
✓ Doesn’t display in landscape on an iPadI really, really like TripCase. I’ve used it for business, but now only for personal. It’s easy to use, and easy to collect all my travel reservations in one place. It often notifies me of airline status updates before the airline does through their app. The one thing I am just frustrated with is that even though it does work on an iPad, which I’d like to use as my primary entry device, it does not display in landscape…..only portrait. I have a keyboard on my iPad, and that physically locks me with a landscape oriented device, so I have to either turn my head 90deg or do something else “unnatural” to key in my trip information. ✓ Almost perfectI love this app. It is my go to app to organize my trips. It puts everything I need in one spot and adds my trips to my calendars. It is super easy to add trips. When the option to send in my itinerary and automatically fill in my details doesn’t work - and sometime it doesn’t - they’ve made it is super easy to add the trips. My only suggestion would be to allow users to access our trips offline. I often find myself in difficult locations like China where I can’t get online to check my trip details. I can’t access the Facebook login or even the internet at times and this means I can’t read my trip details. Please make this data accessible offline. I find it easy to use and store all the information I can, as my phone is with me at all times (as is a charger when I am travelling). Flights, accommodation, parking, excursions, everything. And I make sure booking numbers and reference numbers and phone numbers are all in there, making it my one stop for anything I may need. ✓ Excellent App!I travel nearly every week for work and this has been an invaluable app. I can easily share my itineraries with family members and many of my flights are auto populated into the app. I find that I am notified about flight delays and cancellations via this app before the airlines notify me! The ability to combine different entries into a single trip is quite convenient. Sometimes the app does glitch and hangs for a bit but this tends to resolve itself fairly quickly. For some emailed entries that aren’t readable, I do wish entering data was a bit easier. These are relatively minor issues as the app is quite fabulous for the frequent traveler. ✓ BrilliantTripcase is easy to use and automatically updates travel plans when you load them. On a recent trip, Tripcase notified me my flight had been cancelled 30 seconds before the airline announcement in the departure lounge which meant my wife and I were able to quickly get back to the check-in counter before others and be first in line to get put on the next flight! Some trips still need to be entered manually but most major legs will be loaded automatically..Version: 4.01.0
✓ Good but can be improvedI have found TripCase very helpful for several trips now. Basically, it requires you to know already what you want to do and enter that; you need to do research outside of the app but that's no drawback for the app itself. It's a good diary with good underlying support, e.g. reminders of your next event and airline timetable changes. To get these you need to stay online or at least hook up regularly when you can find free WiFi. I particularly like the ease of import for airline bookings where one has a booking reference, and the ability to send a summarized itinerary to family and friends. Some of the background data (such as airline codes when entering a one-off flight) could be easier to find, and, when sending the itinerary to others, the inclusion of the entered departure and arrival times for rail services should be added. So, not perfect - yet - but a good work in progress. Give it a try, particularly while the Pro version is free..Version: 2.5
✓ Awesome! Great travel appI use TripCase for all my travel plans. It is accurate and updates quicker than the gate boards at airports sometimes. Just send them the confirmation email and it's uploaded to your account in seconds. This app was especially helpful during my 14 day trip across Europe. Five countries, 11 flights, no issues. The little tips and local etiquette are helpful and resourceful. What would be nice is if when you clicked on Checkin to your flight, it auto populated the fields. It never works with AA flights at all. I have to keep going back and forth from the checkin screen to the app because I am trying to remember the confirmation number. Great place to store booking and confirmation numbers and addresses to tell the Uber driver. Only flaw is it doesn’t let us book out more than about 18 months. ✓ Multi-trip traveller - I think this is greatI am a regular multi-leg traveller and find this app great. Keeping air tickets, hotel bookings and group tickets on a single app is idea for the types of trips I take. Setting up trips is easy and I like the idea of sending the travel agent's confirmation to them for the app to add this to my plans. Realtime updates seems to work and knowing that a flight is early or late helps me plan. The other good think is setting up alerts for others via email and the app. When you are running late but stuck on a flight, this helps with pick ups and connecting with friends. The only bad thing is that you can't correct the errors the schedule has when I change somethings with an agent or airline. I would like to see the app allow me to add hotel transfer booking, travel insurance and boarding passes. Keep going developers, it's not complete yet! But I thought I would explore if there are newer apps out there. For curiosity’s sake. I read on a few posts that TripIt is awesome and gets a high rating. But when I tried it, it wasn’t even close to the convenience of Tripcase. ✓ Great AppI like this app a lot. Easy to use, it auto populates more often then not, updates me on flight changes, keeps emails and receipts handy. I like how it saves past trips (Fun to review and reminisce). Occasionally when I try to delete a trip, there is a delay or I have to try again later but I can live with that glitch. ✓ Very capable appI have been using TripCase since 2015. I like the app but over the years some features have disappeared for instance doing a search for hotel returns nothing useful and I usually have to add details manually. There is also no easy way to add a tour. What I would really like is an offline mode. Sometimes you don’t have connection and I’d like to see the info I entered. I understand that without connection you can’t update flight status etc but half the time all I need is flight number or hotel name and address etc and I should be able to see it without being online..Version: 4.15.13

✓ Fantastic journey-recording appI downloaded this app after having seen it featured on The Gadget Show. Shortly after registering my details, I heard nothing back. A while after, I figured out the reason for not hearing from them: a typing error in my e-mail address. When I corrected it, I got a verification e-mail in just a few ticks. The best thing about this app is that there are many modes of transport to choose from such as trains, planes or ground travel (coaches or taxis). I can also add additional journey notes if necessary. The only setbacks are not being able to tap on anything else while the Google Map of a location is loading. As for the Google Map feature itself, the location for Paddington Station was inaccurate since the pin that was supposed to locate it was placed on Whitehall! All in all, this is a useful app for adding travel information and I shall use this again for future journey plans. 4/5..Version: 2.3
✓ Get Ready to TravelI absolutely love this app. It’s easy to use, easy to share trip info with others and quite often flight delays are updated here even before the airline apps are updated. Incredible. I do however have one big frustration. When adding notes to the app, all sorts of symbols appear randomly and you can’t delete them. For instance when hitting “return” to go to a new line this happens…. Please fix this, notes are super important when trip planning..Version: 4.15.13

Impressed with the facility of emailing bookings to tripcase which then auto populates details into your schedule. ✓ Been using it for yearsTripCase makes it very easy to forward reservation emails to the TripCase email address, it recognizes it’s from you by your email (i.e. no need to log in each time) and teases out the details without my interaction. Over time it’s done it faster and more accurately and from more travel providers. Combining multiple reservations into a single trip takes seconds. And sometimes the travel delay alerts come faster through TripCase than from the airlines themselves, but not always. My main enhancement requests would be to include fares and hotel/car quoted prices, so I can quickly confirm that I’m being charged right when I check in, or negotiate or rebook on the spot. In those cases I have to dredge up the original reservation. Also, please work on teasing out more details out of AirBnB reservations. I know this is a free app by Sabre, and AirBnB is competition, but still, the quality of the app is what I’m writing about here..Version: 4.14.32
✓ Very helpfulI do really like this app. It’s an easy way to keep all your itineraries in one place. I have one suggestion so I hope the developer sees this. You allow us to “name” our trips but why does that not carry over into carousel view? Example; i’ve got a trip that’s three days in London, three days in Paris and then another day back in London. I have named it “London” but then in carousel view, which is what I can share on social media, it says “your Paris Trip starts in one month.”.Version: 4.15.3
✓ Flight statusHelpful App because you can list your itinerary all in one place but don’t trust the flights status 100% showed one of my flights as being delayed 2.5hrs when in fact it wasn’t glad I double checked on the airline website otherwise I would not have made it to my flight.Version: 4.14.11

✓ Best of the Best!If you’re like me, you’ve seen the various travel management apps and, frankly, they all had positives and negatives. For some time, I had three on my phone, finally narrowing down to two. Then, I had a ridiculous travel day. My starting leg was delayed over two hours, putting my connection out of the question. When I landed, I checked TripCase out of habit and, lo and behold, the system had kept track of my connection and sent updated times for departure. It was delayed and, long story short, I made it because I knew it was still there and what gate to go to. No other app updated, in fact, even the airline app did not track as well as TripCase. Finally, after landing and getting my car, I clicked on the hotel, navigate with Waze and away I went. 100%, this is the best, most complete and easiest app to use. ✓ Don't leave home without itThis is a great app. I just booked a five week tour of Europe that involved planes trains and ferries, not to mention hotels. I was then able to share it with my husband and friends who were expecting us and it worked a treat.
