✓ Worked perfectly!A few months ago I posted a bad review with a title of “Nasty app” and gave it one star. After some updates, I used it today to pay my bill and completely changed my opinion. Today it was actually a pleasure to use this app, as it worked perfectly and it even emailed a payment confirmation to me. Nice work Nationwide!.Version: 8.10
✓ Other countries insurance companyOther countries insurance companies try to get me to leave Nationwide. Nationwide has the best quality low rates available. I have had to call me the due to severe storm damage. They have been professional, understanding of my complex situation, friendly, accommodating, KIND ( kindness matters) I’ve always had positive results as the work hard to make sure I get what I pay for and I admire their ability to be honest and let me know what I have to contribute too. ✓ On your side with NationwideUnfortunately had the need to report an incident that caused damage to the front end of our vehicle. Used the mobile reporting application to make initial report. Very easy to navigate, clear instructions resulting in assignment of claim number and ability to select repair facility of our choice to start the repair process. Quick and Easy! ✓ Easy but difficultNice and easy to pay and check on your stuff but when you got to get a quote after you put all the information it wants it tells you to call a 1 800 number why didn’t you have me call the number to begin with and save me the minutes I typed all the info in that you asked for? ✓ Normally this app is awesome! BUT....I tried paying my bill the Wednesday last week and it kept saying that it encountered a problem! I tried several times and several days and it would say the same then it caused me to have a late fee! I tried it yesterday and it did the same! Now it finally let me pay it at 5:57 A.M. today which is the 27th and was due the 14th! Please fix this!.Version: 8.18
✓ Payment App issuesThe payment looks to be set up to fool customers into making a monthly payment with a service fee. There should be a clear selection in $ amounts at top of payment screen of a monthly amount and the Annual amount in addition to the Other choice..Version: 9.5.1
✓ SuperbI don’t know what other reviewers are talking about. This app has improved over and over for the last few months. It does what it is supposed to do. Very simple and easy to understand. Other low ratings could be more human related than application flaws. Get the App if you want to cut on wait times with customer service or call your local agent whose number is provided in the app and actually works when you request to make the call!! ✓ Douglas RobertsI've never had a better insurance company. I've been Diving since I was 16. In September of this year I'll turn 54 and have had all the major insurance companies and some others claiming to "save" you money. I can unequivocally say that Nationwide is the best car insurance I've ever had. From the ease of the app to clamps and customer service you can't beat Nationwide. They treat you like family and during Covid were helpful when things were tight financially. I highly recommend them to friends and family and I encourage you to check them out for yourself. ✓ One change suggestionI really like using this app. It is easy and quick when you need to find information and to pay your bill. The only change that I could think of would be to allow you to choose and make a partial payment if you have more than one vehicle..Version: 8.41
✓ Apple wallet supportApp is easy to use and get info quick and easily. The only feature now I’d request is to add my car insurance cards into apple wallet like my last provider. Other then that request good stuff with “offline view of the insurance cards” so that does the job! Like I said I just prefer it in apple wallet if possible. Thanks!.Version: 9.3.7
✓ Good app for basic functionsThe Nationwide app is OK for handling very basic functions like payments, starting claims and looking at ID cards. Supposedly you can save your ID cards in IOS wallet, but only for certain Nationwide affiliates and mine isn’t one of them. and this is a problem if you need the card and don’t have cell service. Motorcycle IDs can’t be pulled up in the app at all (maybe later, a rep said). You can’t make any policy changes in the app like adding or removing vehicles or changing coverage. So what’s the point of the app if I have to log on to Nationwide’s web site to do everything? At least it’s technically solid and easy to use..Version: 8.26
✓ Excellent! Easy to useI just had the opportunity to file a claim (my car was hit while parked at the doctors office) and was pleased with how easy to use yet comprehensive it was. I normally use it to double check due dates and renewal dates. Very easy for that as well. Supports our multiple property, vehicle, umbrella policies through a single interface. ✓ If it makes my life easier, I love it!I’m giving this app 5 stars because it makes my life easier. It allows me to pay through the app AND I can use Apple Pay. Another convenience is the coverage ID cards... They are accessible in the app. I also have access to my home policy all in app. And it even includes my agents info. ✓ Best Auto InsuranceI have been with Nationwide for years. Only had my windshield replaced several times which is customary being a desert dweller. However, the criminal element decided to siphon gasoline from my vehicle. There was only a quarter tank left in the vehicle, so because they could not get the gas out through the gas cap, they cut the gas line. I was devastated. I notified Nationwide who promptly responded to my dilemma by keeping me abreast of actions being taken on their part which included car rental and repair. ✓ Beat service business app ever!Had plenty of sites where they try to assist the customer, but they are arduous to navigate or limited in scope. Nationwide knocks it out of the park in the completeness of options; offers balances, due dates, roadside assistance, policy listings, bill pay, and even links the instant and secure face recognition instead of pesky passwords. ✓ Not keeping my insurance cards up to datePurchased a new vechile last week and went to give them my insurance information from my app and the recent one i had was from 3/21. I knew that was wrong as i have auto pay set up. Even with the new vechile on now the online app doesn’t have the insurance card up to date and all the info i need. I’ve even tried checking it without logging in and same problem..Version: 10.3.1
