✓ Not worth itYes, there's a full version, but if you are going for the free version, it's a waste. Of time. For school astronomy it may not be so bad as it includes good facts and a guided tour of mars hotspots. Altogether, for people who want HD graphics were you can explore and zoom full in to the red planet, this is a poor app and really not worth it..Alntim1651317893Version: 2.2.4

✓ Missing a vital featureLike MoonGlobeHD this is a great app, intuitive, tactile, gorgeous and informative. BUT it is missing one vital feature - the ability to see what Mars looks like when viewed from earth. If you are looking at Mars through a telescope and want to identify the features which are visible now, this app doesn’t help! It’s perplexing because the sister app has this feature - it’s called the ‘Viewpoint’ feature and allows you to see the correct phase and orientation as viewed from earth.
