✓ Tilebot speed?I appreciate the change of only losing one level instead of three. Three was very frustrating. However, it seems that with that change Tilebot has gotten faster. There are many layouts that I used to consistently beat and now lose. As well, many times I look at Tilebot and it has a stack of tiles left and in the next split second the tile are gone and I've lost. I've also noticed that the game will sometimes pause before taking the tiles away for both the player and Tilebot. I certainly want the game to be challenging but this game now reminds me of a carnival game where you know you are very unlikely to win. Previously, I would have given the game 4 stars..Version: 3.2.2
✓ Ruined by unwanted AdvertsThis used to be a decent App but after updating the iOS I now get regular interruptions by Adverts, including ones in foreign languages, which makes it difficult to clear the Ad and get back to the App. If adverts aren’t removed pronto I shall just have to delete the App..Version: 3.2.4
✓ Moonlight Mahjong LiteThis is a very addicting game and I had been playing this for years and even paid to have the version without any ads. Then I bought a new iPad and am now back to original, with ad interruptions almost every game. Would like you to put a PAUSE button for stopping when needed. Also, may I suggest a RELAX mode for people who just want to play and relax but not challenge oneself! The speed on the tilebot is so uneven that sometimes I don't know how I could have failed! I've reached over level 200 but now cannot advance more than level 120!! Please try to amend and reduce the tiles so it won't be so straining to the eyes. Thank you..Version: 3.2.2
✓ What happened???I've been playing this game for years! Back when losing set you back 7 levels, then 3, now 1? Now the board freezes. I click on tiles and it freezes for a couple of seconds while I watch tilebot make several matches, either catching up or surpassing me, thus I lose and am set back and back and back. Before this update, I was at level 79. I have yet to get back to that. I'm stuck between levels 61-65, continuously sent back due to the freezes. And when tilebot freezes, I can also catch up or surpass BUT (!!!) and this is a big BUT (!!!) it doesn't matter bc I could be down to just a few matches to get to the next level and BAM! Tilebot has beaten me?? With over half of its board to go?? Do what? How? When I was so far ahead and tilebot was frozen after rescrambling.... Well, I watched it one time, just to see what was going on. Yep, tilebot froze for several seconds, BUT when it started back up it was like he was in gangum mode!!! I mean, how can it get 8 matches AT ONCE!!?? AT ONCE??? Please fix this glitch!! Okay......that's it. I'm done. As much as I have loved this game it's no longer worth the frustration. ✓ Missing an option that I’d likeI like the game visuals a lot, but wonder if it would be possible to add an option where your score is the minutes it takes to complete a puzzle. A score of 76,000 doesn’t mean anything to me, but completing a puzzle in 4:30 would. ✓ Moonlight Mahjong LiteI have been playing this game since you first established and up till now, you did improve a bit but the game freezes often! I’m in level 200+ and the speed on some levels are just ridiculous! It seems that you are running out of levels and the layout repeats itself. The tiles on some levels are way too much for our eyes and please even out the speed on each level and improve on the freezing soon! Hopefully you are reading the reviews and make improvements soon. Can you also advise that if I’ve paid for the game once on my old iPad, if I change to a new iPad, do I need to pay for the game again? The ads are very frustrating! It seems the developer is not reading any reviews — the speeds after level 180 become ridiculously fast for our fingers! So I had been having a very difficult time climbing up to level 220 and all of sudden, the speed changed to such a fast paste and I immediately fell back to 180! It’s just not reasonable and unexplainable! Any chance to improve and use less tiles on your patterns! ✓ ??I, too, have been playing this game for many years and though it is fun and challenging to play against the computer in 3D, the new updates... same as other complaints. It’s not fun anymore when the computer speed is way faster now and when I do get ahead all of a sudden it wins? I’ve gotten into the 100s but now I can’t even get past sometimes 80s level? ✓ Unfair problems with the gameThe game will free and the tilebot would continue to work making me lose plenty of games. Not only that but when I have to exit the game to make a phone call or text when I come back tilebot would be almost finish with the game. ✓ Cheat or dumbThis game has no controls you move the screen at times and it gets too big, hence no control over tiles. Other times you dab on tiles and it takes no notice, even though it is a clear legal move. To overcome this you have to come out of game and then go back in. There is no time adjustment for degree of difficulty. Who ever designed this game is the biggest cheat of all time or just dumb..Version: 3.2.2
✓ Not very goodThe patterns are rather illogical. Tiles that are barely visible are unlocked. Many times I couldn't see a matching tile and the pattern wouldn't reshuffle then a tiny corner was visible which you have to guess is a match. Even for free it isn't worth it. :(.Version: 2.3

✓ Slow tilebot down!I like this game but it’s very frustrating when you have to turn and spin the layout to find the tiles and you’re racing against tile bot but he continues to go the same speed. I think the developer should slow tile bot down on those particular puzzles to make the game fair. If it’s a layout where you can see all the tiles without moving it around then it’s fair. ✓ Faulty layouts should be removed - tiles obscuredI agree with WhtQueen and other reviewers who complain about certain layouts whose tiles are obscured. The problem necessitates constantly having to move the layout around in order to see the hidden tiles. This wastes time and means that, the higher the level one goes, the more likely the system will win - and not because of any error on the human's part but because the system already knows where the tiles are and needn't see them before responding. If it were not for this extremely annoying issue, Moonlight Mahjong would be the best of all mahjong apps..Version: 3.1.3
✓ Why won’t you post reviews?This app won’t even accept my accurate review. Is this a fault on the App Store or this app? Hard to tell—but I’ve seen more faults from the former. After political adds and a cheating game system that can finish a board in less than half a minute, all I can say is DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME getting invested because at a certain point the developer has decided the game needs to last as little time as possible to keep you playing, keep you watching ads, and keep money in their pockets. ✓ One major flaw, from my perspectiveI enjoyed the visual look of this game, and the different modes of playing. I have had it for several years and play it periodically. One of the really frustrating things about this game is that if you run out of matching tiles, and are playing in the mode where it rearranges them at that point, a window appears in the middle of the screen, informing you that you were out of choices, and blocking your view of the tiles, as they rearrange themselves on the screen. Besides blocking your view of the tiles and your ability to play for approximately 2 to 3 seconds, you lose time because the tiles often move relatively far apart from each other, especially if it’s only two or four tiles, they move far apart across the screen, causing you to lose time, while the competitor screen continues to remove tiles..Version: 3.2.4

✓ I used to love this gameI used to love this game but too many adverts and nowadays it won't let you get above levels in the late 40's. The tile bot seems v quick in some levels & you will lose halfway through a level even if you match tiles quickly. I guess we are now supposed to have supersonic fingers. ✓ Moonlight MahjongI used to love this game but am sure the time allowed has been lessened and when the tiles are hidden, which happens frequently, there just isn’t enough time allowed to complete the games. ✓ Can this be fixed pleaseI love the game and have spent many countless hours playing it And have gotten to level 200 paused the game only to un pause and accidentally press level 10 or max the level 40 and have all that hard earned work down the drain twice! Can there be a either a saving progress part when you reach certain levels or have a warning that comes up when you have the game paused that before you un pause the game that says are you sure you want to restart as you will lose your high level and that way you don’t press the wrong button, it’s very upsetting going all the way back to 40 as a top level from 200. ✓ Tilebot seems EVILI have been playing this game for over 5 years. It took me a long time to finally claw my way to level 40.. I do not know why but level 40 will not come up I always have to start at 30. BUT what I have spotted in the past month or two is no matter how fast I am, somehow het whether it claims I am out of matches and I can see I am not it will reshuffle prematurely just the slow me down. He always wins and can not get get past level 16. This is BS. I am suspicious when there are long long long delays to give me a shuffle like it is starving me off so I can not play, then suddenly it will kick in only AFTER there is NO WAY to catch up. It is done deliberately. And one more unsatisfying new fix is the way it clears off more pieces then it has time to make matches. Not sure if it is half the board but we are usually head to head down to the last 8 and all of a sudden I lose. Is not letting people win more fun for you, the developer. More it stays unsolved the longer you can keep getting others to download and it remains popular. I have to know is it a marketing scheme. I promise you it is possessed now and on top of not winning a single match in 6 hours tells me this is more that just a stupid co incidence. For those of us who play it for fun it is not so much anymore- I ha eve uninstalled and reinstalled the game to get rid of statistic and it works for a little while then it is over kill with losing-.Version: 3.2.3

✓ Used to love this gameI've always been a fan of Mahjong and this game had it all. 3D effects are great, the game is challenging and fun. Lately there as been a change. I'm using the free version, so I see the ads. And I get it, they have to pay for it somehow... but now the ads have timers on them and even when the timer gets to zero and you see an X to close it, it does not close. ✓ Mahjong LiteLove the puzzle component of this app. Hate the game component. I read a review that said the game cheats and after having played a lot of games I understand why someone would say that! Tilebot is an illusion not a competitor. I would rather have a clock to play against instead of this, at least I would know how much time I have to compete. In some levels they bury a tile so that it is extremely difficult to find, but tilebot "knows" where it is it and doesn't have to "look". After each scramble the game has more matches to find, making it easier, tilebot gets lots of matches, where I usually get one at the most. I am not talking about at the early easier levels I am talking about levels 10 and up. I could just play the puzzle component but without a scoreboard, to compete against myself, it is just an everyday good puzzle. This app has so much potential to be a really great puzzle, but it needs to be fine tuned to give a satisfaction component..Version: 3.1.3
✓ Ads should honor your sound preferencesThe game itself is challenging and runs smoothly. But, I often want to play in settings where sound is disruptive. For the game itself you can turn off the sound. But then at end of game, an ad pops up and blasts out sound... which makes me play far less often than I otherwise would. ✓ Latest bug fix doesn't workAt high levels (I am at 51) tilebot still freezes and does not generate the next board. The wait is frustrating and annoying but the only option to continue play is to go back to level 40. This essentially ruins the game. Also, I don't like the latest format that makes the game increasingly difficult as you progress. Even though you go back only 1 level when you lose, it has become ridiculously hard at high levels. The game is definitely less fun now. Just clawed my way back to Level 58 after being forced to restart at Level 40. The thing is frozen again and is not generating the next level. ✓ FrustratingI have loved this game for a long time and it is my go to game. Love the challenge and the need for speed but lately I have been very frustrated because I feel I am being blocked from progressing. I went from 2 finger control to 1 finger and that hasn't helped. Sometimes it seems like you end the game really quick and I have been watching from the side to see where you are and I am far ahead but you end the game and I loose. What is causing that? So me again now March 26th. So now I am stopped because there is no match and when I wait to see where the match is there is none and again I lose. The games are definitely good and it's 3D format gets you really involved. Now though it is proving tiresome. The trouble now is that at the end of each game my screen is hijacked promoting another completely unrelated game.
