✓ Epson makes life so much easier during C-19I am disabled so with the epson app on my iPhone makes things so much easier when having to print school/course work for my grandson to be able to keep up to date with work being set, because like me he has severe asthma so the worry for me about my grandson is contact at school & catching COVID 19, but EPSON have helped massively with this issue. ✗ Rubbish printerI’ve had Epson printers for years and years. Just bought the XP-2105 my GOD it’s a nightmare - you have to go through all these friggin apps to print and half time I won’t let you and says can’t find airprinter. I often want to print directly from emails, you know just hit print, end of storey. and it just won’t let me. I have to file things in Pages on my new iPad the. Print from there via Epson iPrint or Smart Panel, , just a bloody diabolically awful product. Why on Earth do you have to do this? There’s no one to call..Annabel20000Version: 7.6.4

✗ Worst printer everThis has to be the worst printer on the market. The instructions are terrible and almost impossible to get set up or even print a document. In saying that we have owned this for a year and have not printed a single piece of paper. We tried to take this printer back but could not return it. We are trying to make this work for about the 4th, finally got it to print and now the paper jams every time. This seriously has to be the worst printer on the market.
