DullBasically keep rolling the dice until you have two gunshot wounds and cash in. Watch the computer players do exactly the same. Repeat until one of you randomly wins. There really is no element of 'push your luck' because once you have two wounds the chances of getting another on the next roll are so high that you would be stupid to try it. Cheers, Nigel.Version: 2.1

Cheating Zombie!!!A good time-waster even if I think the AI(?) zombie cheats. Only won twice out of 30-odd games, but the opponent zombie rolled consecutive brains to a win no less than six times. Something I was not able to do at all. Perhaps I'm just unlucky, but my longest straight run of brains was before shotgunning out was no better than three rolls. Most times it was two! Still a good time-waster. :).Version: 2.1

RiggedThis game is rigged sooo bad that you can’t even use it to pass time and have fun. I was 11 and the computer was 3.. he got 7 brains then 6 his next turn while I got 3 shotguns and 4 brains in the 2 turns that he got 13 brains. And that’s how it happens ALL THE TIME. They tried making it harder but they coded it so the computer wins every time. So dumb but I guess I expect nothing less from SJG..Version: 2.2

Will you update this for iOS 11?When I upgraded to iOS 11, this app stopped working. Will you be updating it any time soon?.Version: 2.1

Fun & games until it stopped working.I played this game once, enjoyed it enough to throw down the cash to play it with friends. Since then, the app crashes every time. Emailed their support team (over a month ago) with as much information as possible and got no reply.Paid money for a broken app. Avoid..Version: 2.1

No iPad brainsI love this game, but since purchasing the in-app upgrade I have been unable to run the app on my iPad. Did anybody else get this?.Version: 2.1

TerribleNot much more to say, it's just terribly executed..Version: 2.1

Dice not very randomThe dice roller was very inconsistant. Many times you would roll 3 shot guns on 1st turn, other times the bot would roll tripple brains even with 2 or more red dice. I had a bot get 10 brains on one turn, then comes my turn, 3 shotgun with green green yellow. Fix the dice randomizer..Version: 0

AI cheatsDon’t expect to win more than one game in ten - AI will simply cheat. Play the actual dice game which is much more entertaining .....and at least you can see the dice being rolled fairly..Version: 2.2

Impossible to winTotal rubbish! Game is loaded so computer always wins. Completely ruins the game. Real dice game is fabulous, this is a poor excuse for a mobile version of it..Version: 2.1

Cute, but clunkyIt's ridiculous that you have to re-enter your name every time you play. There's no option to just play again as the same player - back to the main screen, type your name in again. Signs of an unthought-out design. But the gameplay is cute (though the slow animations on AI rolls get old quickly, and there aren't enough different zombie taunts)..Version: 2.1

StupidIt doesn't matter if you are leading by 3 or 20 brains, the AI will win 9/10 games anyway. You can barely get more than 3 brains on a turn and the AI will roll 6-8 every damn time. This one time i was leading 11-0 and lost 13-11 on 1 turn. Fix the damn dice randomizer..Version: 2.1

Not Bad... Not GreatThe actual dice game is obviously better, but this version is still fun (especially since it's free). Though, I do agree with others. You will notice that the computer will tend to roll much better than you will. Maybe the paid version is more balanced..Version: 2.1

This was fun, but nowThis was a fun game; a way to kill time while waiting. But ever since the iOS update (to iOS 11) I can't play this on my phone any longer. This is a very sad state. I truly enjoyed this game....please update this to be compatible with iOS 11. Other than that, I'd gladly give this 5 🌟.Version: 2.1

Pretty fun, one consistent bugThis is a pretty fun game to play without taxing your brain. It doesn't look like the game is being developed or updated nowadays. If you don't type your name in the box before you play, the game just hangs and is unplayable. You can't go back, you cant retype your name, and the only solution is to quit out of the game, go into the multitask window and KILL the game, and then start it over. In conjunction with this bug, if you finish a game and want to play another? You have to type your name AGAIN or face the hang. I don't care about seeing my name in the game, since it doesn't keep track of scores, why should I bother? Answer: to keep the game from crashing. This is on the iPad 4th gen with iOS 8.3.Version: 2.1

Cheats like it's a Nintendo gameThere's definitely something in the algorithm to make the NPC player have better odds. He consistently rolls brains on red dice and makes major gains while the player gets an inordinate amount of shots on green dice. I've never seen results like this while playing the actual dice game in the frequency that I find every time I run this app. Would be fun if it felt like the odds were normal but now just seems like playing against a cheater..Version: 2.1

The real dice version is more funHmm. I mean, it's the official version and all but the real dice version is more fun. Nothing special. Not bad, just not great. Wasn't thrilled that "multiplayer" was an in-app purchase. That smacks of cheap to me. Good game and all, but not as fun as the real thing..Version: 2.1

Actual dice game better than app versionBought the app version of the dice game since I had fun playing the former. Quickly found out that the AI / CPU players are some how rigged to win. How else can you explain the CPU rolling brains on multiple Red dice while the player rolls shots on green dice? App definitely needs to be revisited by developer to make sure the randomness of the roll is the same for players and CPU. This is with the difficulty setting set to low. Besides this flaw it's still a fun game and a great compliment to the dice game..Version: 2.1

Zzz-Om-beesWould be nice to see what dice are left in play, ie what dice will be used in the next throw. Zombie talks a little to much. Nice dice game overall, thumbs up..Version: 2.1

Great game. Bad app.I'm sadly disappointed! I own and love the real Zombie Dice game. I played 3 games in the app before it locked up and required a forced quit to escape. It only lets you play against the computer and still it requires you to enter your name —and enter it every stinking time you play (trying to start without entering my name is what locked it up). The paid upgrade lets me play with a bunch of people I'm willing to hand my phone to. It makes no sense that it won't let me invite my nerd friends to a game via GameCenter..Version: 2.1

Cool but fixedNice idea but the game isn't based on chance. The rolls produce more shotguns and less brains the further you go in the game and the opponent gets better rolls against you. I can see this obviously is done to raise the difficulty level but couldn't the opponents AI just be improved rather than the rolls themselves bring fixed. Other than that it's s cool game and good sounds..Version: 0

Had promise, but doesn't deliverHad for 2 mins and it's frozen and uncompelling, much rather a munchkin game than this.Version: 2.1

Real Version is BetterThe actual dice game is fun, but this version is crap. First, you have to enter your name each time. That's not bad but just an annoying unnecessary feature. Second, the computer has an unfair advantage. It also doesn't let you stop rolling if you get 2 shots and a runaway, but the computer does get to stop. Downloaded but will probably delete. Sadly disappointing..Version: 2.1

Fun game, but terrible AIEchoing a lot of what's already been said. The game concept is simple and could be really fun, if it weren't for the fact that the outcomes are weighted HEAVILY in favor of the AI. I can't tell you how many times I've rolled three green shotguns, only to see the AI follow it up with three red or yellow brains. And the instances of the AI rolling 10+ brains in a single turn? Too numerous to count. This obvious programmer's cheat takes away a lot of the fun of the game. That said, it's a great free game. Just don't give them any money until the result generator is more evenly balanced..Version: 2.1

Zombie DiceI prefer the physical version. This version seems a little clunky and the turns just take too long..Version: 2.1

Needs improvementFun game but plagued by annoying bugs. It regularly crashes - more than all my other apps combined (and not because I play it a lot). Fortunately, it seems to have saved the game state and can often resume a game after the crash, even if a few turns are lost. Does a TERRIBLE job of reporting to GameCenter…the worst of any game I've played. While monitoring my progress up the leader board, it would often never report a win on the leader board nor update the in-game "scores" making my progress particularly slow. I won't make any judgement on the AI's ability to defy the odds with amazing regularity on its rolls. It is a great way to waste time, like when stuck in a line or in a waiting room. Nowhere nearly as much "fun" as the physical dice game with friends. The sloppy programming and lack of updates to address them leaves me reluctant to try another SJ iOS Game..Version: 2.1

Good app of a bad gameThe free version lets you play against one AI opponent (a zombie who trashtalks you), while multiplayer costs a dollar. The app works well, but the problem is that the Zombie Dice game that this adapts is lame. It's a very simple press-your luck dice game without much fun or strategy. If you want a fun press-your-luck game, get Ra instead. If you want a fun themed dice game, get Dice Soccer..Version: 2.1

Wish it was better.I love this game in real life. I bring it with me lots of places. I thought this app would make it easier, but alas, no. The app only works well with an iPhone 4, not 4s or 5. In the 4s and 5 the hand that rolls dice is very choppy and distracting. Also, no version lets you be continuously signed in to the Game Center. You must delete your name and add it again for games to count. It's okay, but it needs serious work to be more compatible..Version: 2.1

BlechhhBoring waste of time..Version: 2.1

UghMy only beef with this game is that it doesn't follow it's own rules. In the real game after somebody rolls 13 or higher the opponents are supposed to still have one more turn to try to get a higher score than the opponent which this game does not allow. Frustrating..Version: 2.1

Do not buy it's ROTTENA great game that I loved ruined by the fact that you CANNOT win, the joy is sucked out like a delicious brain every time u see the comp player get perfect dice rolls and u get rubbish rolls time and time again. So angry tht the makers of this game made it cheap and terrible. It shud be a fun game of chance and testing ure luck and nerve. But it's neither. Its a game of watching the comp player get perfect dice rolls every time. Boring rubbish. Avoid like u wud a hungry zombie..Version: 2.1

Ok way to burn a few minutes sitting in a waiting room.I downloaded this a few years back after reading about it in the actual dice version I got (after watching Wil Wheaton’s TableTop episode about it). At first it seemed like a solid app, but then I started noticing all the little bugs. Like the weird odds for rolls. Or the app would crash after a couple games. Or you would have to re-enter your name at the start of every game. Just odd random stuff. After a while of just bearing it I finally had enough and deleted the app. Fast forward a couple years. I don’t have my group of friends to play the actual dice with anymore so I pulled the app out of mothballs to get my fix. Low and behold, it got updated. A lot of those bugs seem to be absent. There is only one name for the zombie opponent now (used to be one of several chosen at random), but it also remembers my name now. The dice animation is smoother, but also a lot slower, dragging down the pace of the game. The odds seem a bit more averaged out. So the game has improved some big things, but it’s hurt its play speed in the process. TLDR: odds are semi-better, game remembers player settings better, not as many crashes, but it plays much slower than it used to..Version: 2.2

Terrible game!!!!!!!All u do is roll dices, its not fun, its boring and pointless, dont get it!!!!!!.Version: 2.1

UnplayableI downloaded and paid £0.99 to play multiplayer, but the game will not start. When I click to add a name the keyboard is grey without keys. When I add random names and click play a small grey box appears but the game does not start! I want my money back..Version: 2.1

Boring on the phone.Ok I know it's all probability but seriously 11 brains for the computer in one turn? Super unfair. At least when you're playing the real version you can curse at your friends' luck but the game algorithm can kiss my shotgun. Deleted off my cell. I'll just pack the dice. You get 2 stars instead of 1 because I really liked the real version..Version: 2.1

RiggedCool game but zombie rolls are def. rigged there's no doubt about it..Version: 2.1

Loaded diceWould be a good game but made unplayable by the computer players having much better dice throws. Hope this gets fixed in an update..Version: 2.1

Dice animationWhy are the dice animation so aweful? spoilt the whole game for me.Version: 2.1

Game is not working on iOS 11, please update the gameGame is not working on iOS 11, please update the game.Version: 2.1

DisappointedI only have the free version, and I've only played 12 games, but in those 12 times I've lost all but 2 of the matches -- and those losses weren't close by any means. I realize that dice results are randomized (like in the real world), such that one could really have such bad luck to consistently roll poorly, but when I'm not touching the physical dice myself, it feels like there's more at work than simply the arbitrary nature of dice themselves :-/. The zombie players seemed to always run by the rule of "roll until you get two shotgun blasts", and that worked well; not only did they usually get the small gains (1-3 brains), but they also got the huge gains (5-8 brains) too often. I, on the other hand, tried to also observe the "roll until you get two shotgun blasts" rule and suffered for it. More times than not, I would have a single shotgun blast, think that it's safe to roll again and immediately get 2 more blasts. And then, of course, there were the lovely times of rolling well to start with 2 or 3 brains and then immediately getting a roll with 3 blasts. Now, in all fairness, if I would sit down and play many more games perhaps the win/loss ratio would begin to even out, but this heavily skewed beginning leaves me completely disinclined to attempt that stretch goal. This is the first time I've encountered an iOS game where I even began to consider the possibility of weighted dice … and consequently I probably won't be picking it up again :-(..Version: 2.1

Not working anymoreNot working with iOS 11😩🙁☹️🤔.Version: 2.1

I'll stick to the physical gameAt least it doesn't crash. Purchased the upgrade to play with friends. Everytime it downloads it, the game crashes, reloads and the add-on is lost and tells you it has to be redownloaded, hit download, crashes rinse and repeat.Version: 2.1

Crashes a lotI guess I'd buy the paid for version so I can play with friends, but the free version crashes constantly..Version: 2.1

Braaaai- *ahem* I Mean, Cool GameSimple but compelling. Is it me, or does the zombie use loaded dice? :-).Version: 0

BuggyAnnoying that you have to click for it to use game center for every single game (and even go back to the main menu then go to the play menu to make sure the choice is even there) plus when you do an achievement it doesn't even unlock it.. (worked on free version, but stopped unlocking after I got the paid content)..Version: 2.1

Horrible A.I.While the game itself starts out fun, the A.I. quickly ruins the game. Saying that its weighted in favor of your opponent is an understatement. In my experience playing the game, I found it literally impossible to win. In games where I did find myself winning, the A.I. Would mount an impossible comeback to win (ie Rolling 10 brains in one turn) that the game became a frustrating joke. I'm sure that the real life version isn't nearly as horrible, but this app has drained all desire to play this game. Uninstalling..Version: 2.1
