✓ DecentMissed this game happy to find it though I strongly prefer the arcade version. Biggest frustration when playing action games like this on iPhone is the sucky dpad control. I read another review about the character following your finger movement as an idea. I agree I think that's a great idea though I doubt Sega will go through that much trouble no offense.Version: 0
✓ No control means unplayableControl is laggy and seems to stop responding often. Accelerometer control sounds like a good idea but is slow and useless. Did the original have that beeping sound every time an enemy appeared? Game plays VERY fast and looks like the original, but if you can't dodge things or shoot things there's nothing left to do. ✓ Great game, worth the money, but no longer works on IPad Mini 2.That update made it incompatible with the older hardware......it made it to the start screen, then when I tried to play it, it would not load the game at all....I was surprised to find it still works on my IPhone SE.....what a relief....shouldn’t have updated it on my IPad.....the game is first rate-addictive, like many retro games, it is strong on gameplay, none of that Hollywood production value over-budgeted crap.....it does not try to be a movie....but rather a first rate game.....good bad it no longer works on my iPad-Sad!:( Steven..Version: 3.1.1

Make these genesis games for ipad, full screen and running smooth, and also... ...you really ought to just have a SEGA GENESIS standalone app and all the genesis games should be add on purchases. You could spruce it up too with some cool animations of someone putting the cart in an animation genesis console on screen......plus you could also make a fun item store. People could also download what model genesis they want to see on screen, like the original, or 2 model, or majesco's genesis 3, or the nomad. Or Japanese models. Please sega. ✓ Busted emulationMusic crackles and skips. Framerate is terrible and the game stutters and slows down every few seconds. I'm a huge fan of the original Sega Genesis game and this doesn't even come close to feeling like the original. Even my 2010 version on iPod Touch plays better than this, and I'm using a 2017 iPad. Hope one day they use a better emulator for these games because this one has to be the worst so far..Version: 3.0.0
