✓ Good concept but software has lots of bugsI wish this program worked well because it could be useful. The iOS app keeps asking me to setup my pin every time. Can't figure out why. The desktop version lost all my details while I was entering them because I think their server rebooted (because I couldn't get back in for 15 minutes). The support is non existent. I emailed them 24 hours ago and no response what to do about lost info..Version: 3.22.11
✓ DisappointedWon't even let me create an account in order to register. Screen disappears when you try to fill in required info. Deleted app..Version: 1.3.7
✓ OK appOverall a great idea. Tracks loyalty accounts, expiry dates, etc. Very helpful, and it is great to have these tracked automatically. The app is extremely poor, though, in keeping track of itineraries. While it is good at simple itineraries that do not change, once you make a change it is terrible at updating the details. Sometimes it keeps the old flight/hotel/car, etc., so you can’t determine whether the previous one was cancelled or not. And if some time has lapsed since you modified the trip, and you go back to AW to see your trip, you see a bunch of conflicting reservations so you don’t know what is going on. The result is that you quickly learn that the app is useless when it comes to tracking your trips and being able quickly to see your trip details. This is a major shortcoming, and it is amazing to me that with all of the capital and resources at their disposal they cannot get a programmer to get these simple things to work!.Version: 4.26.2
✓ MixedThe old app was excellent and a perfect complement to the award wallet website. The redesign is very nice but the 'offline' functionality seems to cause the app to always be out of date - I get different balances shown in the app to those I get shown online. If I do an account update using the app, these then update but there seems to be no way to pull the latest figures that award wallet has stored without checking all accounts again..Version: 3.2

✓ App is incompatible with password managersYou basically cannot use the app with password managers, making it a security risk. If you have icloud keychain randomly generate a password, it will only fill out the top part and not the confirmation part. The confirmation part you cannot paste into. If you switch away from the app to manually enter the long random password, it erases as soon as you switch again to enter more of it. What a horrible implementation..Version: 4.41.33
✓ Current Version won't Sync with British AirwaysThis used to be an extremely satisfactory application which keep an accurate record of points balances across airline, hotel and other loyalty schemes. However the current version is very slow to sync / update and fails to sync with British Airways Executive Club, BA On-Business and HiltonHonours. Very disappointing that a previously good product is now so poor..Version: 3.15
✓ Test failedI added one rewards program to check out the app: Amtrak Guest Rewards. After it showed my own account as zero points (fully updated), I added my wife’s account. Again, it incorrectly shows zero points. It’s hard for me to get on board with a points tracking app if I don’t feel like I can trust the displayed values, especially when it’s not attributable to sync issues..Version: 4.27.6
✓ RubbishHave downloaded this app twice now and it still doesn't work. It let me set up an account, and my velocity and Rydges account data came through...BUT that's it, it just won't update from the first sync with my accounts...keep getting "timeout slow connection" message, even though my Internet is ADSL 2+ and working fine... ✓ 2 yrs later….2 years after gio@Duff mentioned the Captas issues and the Canadian credit cards not present, nothing has changed, I was considering a paid account, but now I am leaning towars closing my account… it was a great idea but…..Version: 4.40.33
✓ No major airlinesI completely understand that it is not the developer’s fault that they can’t track any of the major airlines I use on a regular basis. However, it does dramatically impact the effectiveness of the app. I really like the app but personally see little value in tracking only hotel and auto rental awards. I will sign the petitions to encourage the airlines to allow tracking but until they do, I don’t see a lot of benefit..Version: 4.40.42
✓ Great Idea but...I love the whole idea of having your points all in one place for you to track but a few loyalty programs require you to solve CAPTAS in order to log in so those site’s don’t get updated. Also I like the merchant feature which shows you what a store purchase codes as on your credit card and will suggest which credit cards to use at those merchants to optimize your point earnings. Unfortunately it will suggest US cards only, no Canadian credit cards! I would only consider purchasing a year subscription for this only if it figured a work around the captas and if it were more geared towards Canadian credit cards..Version: 4.15.21
✓ Totally frustrating!What has happened to this app? I used to use it all the time with no problems. Now I can’t login, I have to reboot my phone re-enter my passcode but it won’t take any input and I’m just stuck. If I remove the program and reinstall it it says it’s going to delete all my data which is crazy. What a freaking waste of money.Version: 4.29.6
✓ App just closesApp constantly just closes. If you have 30 odd things you check balances for. It takes about 30 minutes and if your phone locks or you don’t stay on their update screen for the full time it just goes back to their start page and stops updating. Used to be great but not so anymore. Also was $10/ year. I had no reminder to renew and now when I try it says $30/year. Customer service is also very bad. Sent a very basic email about the problems I was having and received a response that proved they had no idea what I was saying..Version: 4.10.24

✓ Can’t sync with ChaseThe app used to be great! I loved that I could keep track of my, my husband’s and our business card accounts in one place. I loved that the accounts auto-updated and kept track of the various credit and benefits of each card. However there has been an issue in which none of our chase accounts are updating on the app. Last chase update? One year and 3 months ago lol. I’m getting an error message every time saying “this part of our site is not available”. I contacted support, and after some unsuccessful troubleshooting, they advised me to sign in on a desktop. They were unable to assist beyond that, and had no answer as to when this problem would be fixed. What’s the point of having this app if I need to log into a desktop to view my balances? I’ll use the 10X travel desktop tool in that case, since AwardWallet has been sitting on this issue for months. If the problem is ever resolved, I’d be happy to reinstall the app and upgrade to the subscription..Version: 4.42.24
✓ Way too complex. Doesn't use Plaid for login.First, this app is too complicated. It needs a total overhaul with user experience in mind. Second, AwardWallet saves password and login IDs on their servers or locally. I'm not comfortable saving that information on their servers and saving locally appears to mean I have to go through MFA every time I want my data to be refreshed. MFA authentication may also apply when my password is saved on their servers (I didn't test that). Anyway, AwardWallet should work with the Plaid bank verification system to ensure security and prevent having to re-apply MFA. I don't know if Plaid gives AwardWallet API access to points information but that's the only way I would be comfortable using their service..Version: 4.30.5
✓ Stopped workingThis current version worked for a while then just stopped. It just hangs now. I don't get past the AwardWallet logo. I deleted it, installed again, still does not work. Look forward to an update so I can install a new version.Version: 3.14
✓ Decent but doesn’t support major airlinesThis app was pretty much exactly what I was looking for to track all my frequent flier miles across 8 airline I have rewards programs with however one huge bummer is it’s not compatible with United or Delta, which is where I have some of the most miles. Southwest is not supported either. I haven’t found another app that supports those airlines so for now this will do but it’s not the ideal experience for what I need..Version: 3.22.11
✓ App is causing me issuesEvery few days my accounts are resetting my password because the awards wallet app is signing in from various server locations. I’ve stopped using the app now and removed all automatic updates because of this. The effort outweighs the benefit!.Version: 4.10.24
