✓ Could not purchase onlineI tried several times to purchase my order in different ways but every time it would tell me it wouldn’t go through. I love their clothes and this brand but I feel like they are losing a lot of money by not having their online website/app working properly. Pls fix this!.Version: 7.5.2
✓ SadI have been buying through the app on many occasions and everything has gone well, until my last fedex order, my package came open with nothing inside, and it is sad because there is no real person you can talk to, it is only by chat and it seems be a computer you talk to, i never got answer and i lost my money, and still they put in my account that if the package had been delivered, it's sad because i really liked their line and now i won't be able to buy again i would be risking it.Version: 10.0.1

✓ Basket doesn’t workBasket doesn’t work on google chrome desktop. On iOS the experience is truly abysmal. Added items not appearing in basket summary (yet contributing to the total). Can’t remove duplicates. No confidence whatsoever in it. To top it off I get to the final step before paying and a mystery item seems to be added to the total while not appearing at all anywhere. ✓ Pull and bears is great just one problemUnder region it didn’t list the East Riding of Yorkshire, so I had to click Kingston upon Hull instead, the lack of Yorkshire just seems a bit dodgy so you may wanna add that.Version: 5.5.0
✓ App is as bad as the mobile siteNot sure why this app has such high reviews unless people are reviewing Pull & Bear the store rather than the app. I love the store itself but this app, along with the mobile site, is incredibly frustrating. Scrolling through the product photos is next to impossible and it slides to another product instead. Scrolling through search results is choppy and laggy and it’s very easy to select a product when you’re trying to scroll. I was also unable to check stock in my local store as apparently my local store doesn’t exist (it does, I’ve been there)..Version: 9.0.1

✓ Live chat disappointingLive chat option is disappointing. Live chat does not save your chat history and disconnects if you leave the screen. You can’t even see how long you will have to wait. Please integrate WhatsApp bot to make life easy for you and your customers. also when looking for cloths you can not filter options by size. This would help as a lot of your items are out of stock. I was told I would get 15% off if I downloaded the app. This did not happen. All round not worth the effort..Version: 7.0.0

✓ Poor customer serviceMy order that I went to collect from store was missing I was told to contact customer service where I was told numerous lies from different advisor s that the said dress was no longer in stock even though it was!!!
