✓ A limited wish list? Really?When I shop I want to look through all the possible options and then compare them in my wish list. ✓ App unusableYour app does not provide an enjoyable shopping experience. The app crashes every couple of minutes and signs you out. It is a pain browsing and then having the app crash whenevr any action is taken, this makes it virtually impossible to make an actual purchase. I had uninstall and reinstall the app around 20x to make a purchase and the whole ordeal left me feeling more frustrated than anything. What a struggle, please get someone to look into these bug fixes, such bad app performance is unacceptable especially for a notable name brand that conducts most of its business online..Version: 8.76.3

✓ Don’t shop OnlineBreshka have a strange refund policy, as they give them selves the right to accept cash on delivery payments and if you request a refund they will give you e-voucher with your amount to use online only (not acceptable at store) you are requested to use the exact amount of the voucher with no other option to add to it by credit card or cash / you can’t use the e-voucher in store , so if you don’t find items with the same amount you have 2 options one is to buy things that you don’t need (and still going to lose money) or don’t buy anything and keep the useless e-voucher !!! I have the right to choose what I want to buy with my money or refund the cash in store. You must be reported, App support is not working too! ✓ ContactThey haven’t shipped my order literally and you can contact no one and even if you do manage to contact someone they won’t find any solution and make you wait for your shipment. You can’t have a refund as well. Pray when you are buying stuff.Version: 8.32.1

✓ Not size inclusiveI went on a school trip to france last year and on one of our trips i went into this shop and absolutely adored it so i was extremely happy when i saw that there was an online version for the uk! i found so many items that i loves and added them to my wish list. however, when i went to see if i could buy some, there was very limited sizing available. i don’t think of myself as particularly massive but the app certainly made me feel that way. it made me feel really low and i’m only a size 14! when i measured myself up against the sizing guide i was shocked to see that a large was a 28 inch waist. made me really upset that it’s almost like another brandy melville situation because the items are actually lovely :(.Version: 8.37.3

✓ I love Bershka but....I love Bershka to pieces. Their clothes are always on trend and have a great policy; however, the app needs improvement. I had many items in my cart which I was planning to buy later on that day, and whenever I opened the app it would say there was an error. This pattern continued to happen for the next couple of days. So I decided to delete and download the app again, in hopes it would resolve my problem. Nothing. It just did the same thing over and over again. And quite honestly I’m tired of it, by the time I was able to go in the app and buy my items everything deleted. I have a few items saved in my favourites and wanted to purchase a dress within this section, although when on the page to scroll to the item, the entire app freezes and I can’t click on anything! I have consistently closed the app to restart the process and each time I get close to clicking on the dress, the app freezes and I have to close it again. May just be a minor bug issue but it’s extremely inconvenient seeming as I’m trying to buy these products!.Version: 8.67.0
