Nice photography, need ability to indicate no box necessary for returnI bought two items to give as gifts and unfortunately, both turned out to be the wrong size. Because I purchased the items separately, I had to indicate a minimum of one box to be mailed back for each return transaction. BUT you may be chased to decide on basket contents, for which order confirmed. Change of address flawed. Credit card address needs to be completed even if the same as delivery/account holder address. Truly awfulOne of the worst retail apps I have seen. Crashes constantly, address lookup is outdated and crashes once you select an address. The way it displays the products is terrible, selecting a size is terrible, trying to locate your shopping cart is impossible. Their customer support is shocking, they can’t be bothered to read your query but instead, send you some stock answer that a bot could clearly answer better. No customer serviceI have been trying to change my email for 2 months as I don’t have access to my old email anymore. I tried to change it on the app first but it showed error and suggested me to contact customer service. Useless if you can’t change your addressI simply can’t use the app because it assumes the location where you currently are as your permanent location. I tried to add another address, but it will always assume the same country where you first registered to be your address. Never received my refundSent back one item and it’s been already almost two months since they promised me the refund. I talked to Massimo Dutti team and they promised to contact me. They never did, and I am still waiting for reimbursement . This is my constant issue with companies which belong to Zara. They are juts not good with refunds. The app is fine, and I love quality of Massimo Dutti. Seems like I exhausted my options regarding getting my money back from Massimo. so here it is one star for unpleasant costumer service, poor boundaries with clients and refund process. Update after your response to my review. I contacted the number you’ve provided (+34..) and got automatic responses only in Spanish. I would love to speak Spanish, but I don’t. Please fix the app and size XSI like the style and quality of the items. I wish the clothes actually fitted me though. From all the dresses I ordered last and this year I kept only one and I still have to alter it as it’s wide and long. Massimo Dutti please make a true size XS or add XXS. Do they even have a UX designer?I like the store, and get motivated to use the app every now and again. When I open the app I close it after 5-10 minutes. It’s really hard to tell which item is being displayed when you see a person weather a top, trousers, and wearing a bag and belt accessory. Pleas just focus on the product. Terrible Customer Service!I recently purchased a gift for my partner which included a gift receipt in the box. When I went to the store to return the item and get a refund I asked the Sales Assistant do you need to see my invoice which I had ready up on the phone ready and she said no I can use this one. She scanned the gift receipt instead and now they will not cancel this and give me a refund which I initially asked for and had a valid receipt!! Customer service is terrible! I’ve never experienced anything like this before! Now I have to try and buy something even though I had a valid receipt for a refund, but the Sales Assistant at Kensington was in such a rush she didn’t listen to me(which they admitted fault for) Very disappointing. So, they got in touch with me in relation to this review and asked me to contact them. I did so, and I have had no response! Another classic example of terrible customer service!.Version: 9.20.1

My delivery by ChronopostI love everything about Massimo Dutti and the clothes they sell. The online purchases work very well and there is no problem if something needs to be returned using the return system. However, my latest delivery via Chronopost was appallingly badly handled. The clothes came in an appropriately sized cardboard box. By any standard this box was far to large to fit in the postbox at the end of my drive. However, instead of coming down the drive and knocking at the door - I was at home - Chronopost managed to fold the cardboard box in half and jam it into my postbox. I could barely get it out of the postbox and tore the cardboard box as I did so. It is a miracle that the contents were not damaged. I am sure Massimo Dutti Will be appalled to hear that their online sales are being delivered in such a careless manner. They need to speak to Chronopost about this poor service level..Version: 9.75.2

Worst online shopping experienceThis is a review of not just the app but also MD’s website. I have never had such an awful experience in trying to use a gift card and buy a product. I love the clothes and love the store but the online system relies far too much on AI and has far too many “Computer says no” outcomes which leave you with nowhere to go unless you call customer services (where you then sit forever on hold). In the end I had to use a combination of the app, online and customer services to complete my order. The whole experience was incredibly painful and has really put me off buying anything from otherwise than in store..Version: 9.31.0

Worst shopping experience ever!!!I bought an ankle boots online and according to the webpage the shoes come with a pair of insoles. but I didnt receive the insoles. i sent emails 3 times and after 6 days,no response. and i called the customer service number many times,finally they answered the call and said they will email their response to me. i asked when will i receive the response he said he dont know. and i said i think they should ship me the insoles,he said he’s not sure what will the solution be. i should wait for their response. normally,when a company made mistakes through packaging,they will immediately apologize and ship the missing item. I have no clue about my orders, whether it has been processed or cancelled. Bad UXAll other ecommerce apps in this world change photos of selected item when you swipe left and right but for some reason your UX decided it’s great to annoy users and change the item when you expect to look at next photo swiping right. Same with Zara app, horrible interaction design… check how many people swipe first and then go back to scroll down cause they actually intended to look at other photos of the same item.Version: 9.62.1

Terrible app and worse customer serviceI have bought several items online and need to return one of them. When I try to do this, it says to give the reason for the return which I did but the system doesn’t recognise it. So it tells me to contact customer service which is a robot that never likes the questions and before I have time to answer the multiple choice questions, it sends a new one and confuses the matter. So I get no answers and no help when all I want to do is print a return label. Now I have to wait until next week because you provide no assistance on weekends and your system doesn’t work. Don’t use AI and automated Qbots if you dont know how to structure it. I’m so annoyed that something that should have taken a couple of minutes to achieve is now turning into a time consuming saga. If you want a high quality brand image, then support the basics. Sort yourself out. If you want your purchasing process to be self service, then make sure your tech works. The customer service said I will receive The email back within 72 hours but now it’s already a week. Unvalued 12 year customerI ordered an item and accidentally ticked gift vouchers as a receipt so when I went to get an item refunded I was told it was too late and I could not get my money back in the way I paid for it despite receiving an email saying I could. I wrote to customer services who told me the same even though it was my purchase to me and they have proof of my payment card on the app. Massimo don’t understand customer service because if they did they would cancel the transaction and carry out my refund. Terrible customer serviceI ordered loafers which were supposed to arrive within a week. The only email I received regarding the order was a “Thank you for your purchase” confirmation email. When the loafers still had not arrived, I checked the order status, and realized it was “cancelled.” I never cancelled this order and never received any communications from Massimo indicating that it had been cancelled. The customer service form online didn’t work and I called them probably 20 times before anyone picked up. They told me the order had been cancelled because of a “credit card security error,” and that I should ask my credit card company and reorder. I reordered the loafers and called my credit card company to make sure it wouldn’t be cancelled again. They told me there had never been any issue on their end, but that the merchant (Massimo) had reversed the order. I once again NEVER got any order cancellation email from Massimo. I called Massimo again and they told me the order had been cancelled AGAIN because the loafers were now out of stock. This was a very frustrating experience just to try to buy shoes, which I never got..Version: 9.60.1

Misleading information and glitchesWhen trying to do a return from the app, we are told (in Canada) that we can return our packages at any Canada Post location, but the label we’re sent is not for Canada Post nor is it accepted there. Customer service is also unwilling to help with this.
