It's a fun game, IF YOU CAN PLAY IT, it's been stuck in a vertical position on my IPad where you can't see half the screen therefore you cannot play. ✓ Love the game BUT...As I said, I love this game. I originally played it years ago on my computer, and it was an instant purchase when a friend mentioned it was available for iPad. The gameplay is exactly as I remembered, and this type of game does so well on the iPad’s touch-based interface. My only reason for severely down rating my review is that I reopened the game, intending to finish it, as I was in the last city, and discovered that my progress had been completely lost. As in, I had to start from the very beginning. I had no idea what happened, so I chalked it up to a weird glitch, and was mildly irritated, but began anew. I figured out what happened, as I did the exact same thing this evening. I must have pressed the Best Friends button; tonight, I noticed it on the main menu and was curious about what it was. I had stumbled into the Smart Shopper mode on the same screen and briefly enjoyed it, so I thought it was another game mode. NOPE. After replaying the initial story mode screens (the comic at the beginning of the story that explains how Sally ended up here), it again erased my progress and started me from the beginning. And then when you complete some of the levels expert level with a perfect score, it won't recognize your accomplishment it so you end up with just an expert level star - beyond annoying. The game is a basic drag and drop and swipe where you direct customers to areas of your shop for you to perform manis and pedis, stone massages, facials. I like this version better than Sally's Salon as the music is relaxing and there are more interactive tasks, along with the addition of Sally's beauty product vendor (they should've made this part harder.) I wish there were more levels because I am finished and I want more! Add more locations, please, developers. Game crashed and I lost all my data- I completed about 60% perfect. In the edition of Sallys Salon suddenly stopped being compatible with my I pad and I could not play it anymore because the image is not seen on the screen correctly. I decided to buy this new version of Sallys Spa and Sallys Studio and it turns out that these versions do not work the audio.
