✓ Glad it exists!I'm glad to see an app exists for HIT training. The timer function is a great built-in utility. I do wish that I could enter 0 lbs as a weight for bodyweight exercises, but the app will not record that. I also wish I could edit a workout history session after it has been created for a given date & time. Instead the app will create a new workout history date and time for added exercises to the same session..VannerBVersion: 2.3

✓ First day using it, took me a bit to figure outFor workouts similar to those recommended in the book Body By Science. If it does what it says it does, then it's all I am looking for for now. ✓ Useful but needs workThis is the only HIT specific app I can find, so I will keep using it. However, needs more work. I’d like to see instructions or links to help pages. I’d like settings so I can configure the time before starting (takes me more than 4secs), and time between beeps. ✓ App is buggyI was hoping to use the app to track my work in the Body by Science protocol, but I have found the app too buggy to use, and am switching to pen and paper. Specifically, when I go back to check a previous workout, only 4 of the 5 exercises were showing up, there was no way to go in an edit a workout (in case something was mis-entered), and it was unclear how the data was being stored and analyzed..Acoustic Rock FanVersion: 3.0

✓ Great app if your starting a true HIT regimenStarted HIT after reading "Body by Science". Quickly realized accurate record keeping was essential. This app achieves this beautifully with line graphs that illustrate your progress in joules output. What I didn't like was the inability to go back into the notes of previous workouts to add additional notes. Otherwise a must have for a true HIT hard gainer.
