✓ Relaxing but not hypnoticIt’s a good app and it helps me to get to sleep. I wouldn’t call it hypnosis in the sense that it puts you in another state of mind: it’s more like a really good meditation app that helps you relax a lot. I have been using the alcohol one as well to help me sleep and I do feel my cravings have lessened but I’m not sure if that may be due to being 5 weeks sober now. I have purchased about 10 meditations, unfortunately from time to time, the app has a glitch and shows that I need to purchase and download the meditations again! This has happened quite a few times.
