✓ What happened??!I've had this game for years and I really liked it it's fun, entertaining, and challenging but today I decided to play again after a while and I encountered the annoying pop up ads! They had ads before and that was ok but these pop up in the middle of the game and that's just annoying!! 😒 please fix that as I enjoy this game quite a lot 🙏🏼.Version: 2.8

✓ Easy to start, ultimately unsatisfactorySimple to understand game that is poorly implemented. Nice idea, retro look. Your character runs and you tap to jump or roll. The jumps and rolling are preset animations. The runner has to avoid blocks either on the ground which are to be jumped over or in the air which you roll under. Hitting a block illogically means death and then the runner restarts from the beginning. The rolling animation is a bit long giving poor character response, this leads to early rolling before visually required in order to finish the roll animation in order to stand up, this results in poor game play. A good idea not yet implemented well as the character wants to be responsive and hitting a block not to cause death and not to force restart. Have given it two stars as not recommended to buy. Even as a freebie it's hard to justify as after an easy start the game soon becomes a frustration, but on balance you can see the potential for the future. The runner idea is a good one and later releases may become better, or other suppliers will create a decent version. Two stars, try if free. Otherwise pass..Version: 1.6

✓ BadIt use to be fun and engaging but now all it does is show up advertisements continuously. I exit out and another one pops up about some stick basketball game. ✓ UnimpressiveI bought this game believing I would enjoy the simple, yet challenging concept. However, multiple annoyances prevent this game from becoming an enjoyable activity. A constant stream of adds and "enhancements" that are required to be payed for make me feel as if though I've purchased an incomplete product. ✓ Fun, but challengingThe game is definitely unique and it's fun, but it took me a long time to just get past a distance of 20 - maybe a little too long. Even when you first start out, the runner is REALLY fast, and the obstacles are pretty close together - not many breaks, if any. This is what I wish the game would be like: When you first start out, the runner is very slow and the obstacles are fairly easy. If you reach a certain distance, the next track is unlocked, and the runner gets a little faster. (In the real game, all the tracks are available immediately when you start the game.) The runner increases speed and the obstacles increase in difficulty with every level. Also, throughout the game there are certain objectives - for example, only jumping through the obstacles - and when you unlock all of them, a special track is unlocked, The reason I added some things was because the only real point in the game is too beat your furthest distance, and it gets kind of boring after awhile. Overall, the game is pretty good, but it could be better..Version: 1.9

✓ Another good game ruined by adsThis game used to a nice, simple yet challenging , addictive game to play, and one of the few worth purchasing. I should never have updated it, because now it's full of ads, despite what I paid. When the banners change it creates a slight lag, which can cause you to lose the game. On top of the banners, it will throw a full screen ad right when you are about to hit the screen to restart, and you end up clicking the ad. I understand developers need to advertise to make money but 1)don't push ads on people who have already paid for the game and 2)don't have ads that interfere with gameplay. ✓ IranI died. Twice. On the SAME LEVEL. I couldn't find the Dpad. There's an extreme lack of powerups and almost no 1-ups. The enemies look like they were ripped out of an Atari 2600 game, while your character can pass off as the guy from Ninja Gaiden. Speaking of which, that begs the question why I can only wall jump in level 2, but not the other 9!!! I'm obvoiusly hoping they fix these problems in the sequel, but I have my doubts about whether or not it'll be an open 3-d world with a few more enemies and not so tough boss fights..Version: 1.9

Ghost Alien Slow-moving ghost aliens are immune to Flamethrowers and cannot be heated up with Laser Cannons. Ghost aliens only appear on the Spooky campaign maps. Armored Alien The armored aliens are resistant against certain types of attacks, but weak against all others. The halo below the alien reveals its armor type. Light Armored (blue) aliens cannot be hurt as easily by energy weapons, Heavy Armored (red) aliens cannot be hurt as easily by explosive weapons, and Bionic Armored (green) aliens are resistant to lightning weapons. Crittasaur Crittasaurs are extremely fast. Look out for the Crittasaur King in later levels. ✓ TERRIBLE GAMELine Runner is a poor game. I have rated it only one small star as that is the smallest it can go. I would give it a half as the game is the worst I have seen. If this game was ever in the top 25 apps, the people must have downloaded it, tryed it and forgot to delete it as it does not deserve a place there!!! Line Runner is a half decent game but has its ups and downs like the graphics hurt your eyes. Also, I find it annoying when you hit a black block then a grave sign pops up. It is too frequent and starts to annoy you when you keep accidentally not jumping. The controls are really bad as you have to use two sides of the screen. I think if you could improve it, the controls would have to be... - to jump - swipe your finger up down the screen - to roll on the floor - swipe your finger down the screen Also, I had a better version of this game on my old iPod touch but I cannot find it on my iPad. It was called something like line runner so I downloaded it. To my disappointment, this game was far more worse. I am glad I got the free version and didn't waste my money on the full version..Version: 1.9
