✓ Hesitant to go back to V-5I have used Mvelopes for the last 20+ years and have loved it until v-5 probably a year or so ago. I am currently still using v-4 and hesitant to go back to v-5. Unable to access web version without a flash player (which will be extinct soon). So I cannot access reports any more unless on the web version. I now only have the iPad to go online. I am a legacy user and purchased lifetime use long ago. Biggest problems were unable to delete duplicate transactions when they came through, and would have to work with a specialist. I felt like I had to take a screenshot every time I was in the app to make sure I had a backup of the envelopes till the next time I went in, for fear it would be screwed up again the next time I opened. I would like to give another try with v-5 if things are improved greatly since I last tried. Is I try v-5 and am unhappy, will I be able to back to v-4 again? I would contact within my account, but again you have to be in the web version to do so and I only have the iPad. Web version requires flash player...ugh! Please advise.Teamsmom24Version: 5.7

✗ Used to be great.... version 5 ruined the app :-(I used this app for years and loved it, I would recommend to anyone who listened. It did exactly everything I needed. Then once they upgraded to 5 it went to crap. I lost ALL of my previous data and never could get 5 to upload correctly. Customer service responds quickly but only to let you know they are aware of the issues and are working on it. I have yet to see any resolution. After months of trying to get my data restored and trying to restart from scratch, I gave up and moved to Good Budget. It is the closest I have found to the old Mvelopes I loved. Their only downside is that it does not sync with your banking info so everything is manual. Oh yeah another thing, I am still getting charged every month for Mvelopes even though I have canceled it multiple times. They need to scrap the current software and start back over with Mvelopes 4 do that and I may come back..Jdw85Version: 5.8

✗ No supportI started using this product when it was only available on CD. I loved it best software I have ever used. I switched to Mvelopes 4 online and put up with all the problems because it was free. Then they started charging for it and I sent an email to them explaining that if they are going to charge me to use there product could they please fix the problems with it. No response at all from them. Next they want me to switch to Mvelopes 5. Switching messed up my inbox by putting about 1000 old transactions back in my inbox. I opened a ticket. I was told not to log into my account and they would fix it for me. 4 weeks later still haven’t heard anything so I deleted my account and started over now the software won’t recognize duplicate transactions and many other things and now the only option is to live chat and it’s only open when I’m at work thanks Mvelopes I’m about to leave you for ever and I’ve been a customer since I was a teenager.Donorcycle1300Version: 5.0.3
