✓ HelpOk this app is nice but I’m missing half the features and it says I only have 180 days “complimentary service” even tho Foxtel never mentions anything about and says it’s always free always for tv carriers. I can’t search for any songs and am stuck to 1 channel that has the songs I don’t mind. help is this normal.Version: 4.0.6

✓ No longer accessibleMy husband is visually impaired and used to love using this app but it is no longer voiceover friendly, I’ve tried contacting support but nothing is ever done to fix it .. too bad, it was working correctly at one time but now is broken..Version: 8.6.11
✓ Why do you need my TV provider???Downloaded the app but it won’t let me do anything without putting in my TV provider for some God-only-knows reason. What the heck does my TV provider have to do with anything? I got this to use with my kids New “Singing Machine” karaoke machine, which is supposedly a partner of Stingray, in order to subscribe and play their music on the karaoke machine. What the heck does this have to do with my TV??? (And even if it did, they don’t even list Comcast/Xfinity as a provider—never heard of them I guess, only the largest TV provider in the country. But thank God the West Alabama TV Cable Inc is supported.) App is useless, and evidently so is my kids’ new karaoke machine unless I plan to move to West Alabama..Version: 3.13.2
✓ Nice little addition Austar Interactive RadioThe good: I rather like the Chill Out and Cafe channels on AIR and now I can listen to them in the car which is pretty cool. The not so good: There is one persistent issue, you cannot launch the Stingray app via CarPlay. While it is a CarPlay compatible app, and it does have a presence on the CarPlay home screen, it simply will not launch from there. It attempts to launch and takes about 30 seconds to a minute to return an error message on the CarPlay display. You must launch the app on the iPhone itself. Once the app has initialised you can navigate the channels via the CarPlay display, but iPhone must remain unlocked with Stingray in the foreground in order to do so. Seems somewhat arbitrary..Version: 6.4.3
✓ No option to sign into tv providerNo option to sign into my tv provider account so I can get free premium with no adds...says I have to pay even though I already have an optimum account ... ridiculous. Not paying 4$ for no adds when I already pay for my tv provider and can get it ad free on my tv screen. That being said This app is useless until there’s a sign in option/free premium for people who have the supported tv networks. Apparently it used to have u sign in through your etc Provider according to the old reviews here but now it’s gone? ????.Version: 8.3.3
✓ Waste of timeNot sure who I have to sleep with to get this wate of space app to work on my iPhone 11. Constantly tried to pair it with no luck, but had loads of success to get the Assistance pop up happening questioning whether I knew if I had Foxtel or not. Hmmmn, maybe I don’t... Yeah, nah yeah I do. Wasted my time downloading it and affording it a review. There’s 10 minutes of my life I’m never gonna get back!!.Version: 8.6.10
✓ Great selection of tunesLove Stingray when it works. The app is buggy when using apple car play with new 2019 Honda. Does not sync easily takes long time for music to start. Sometimes when it won’t start the app randomly asks to re enter the user name and password. Frustrating interface when driving the song will stop at random times and will not proceed to the next song. Other times it works as it should and it’s great..Version: 6.4.3
✓ Bonne application mais….J’ai découvert cette application via mon nouveau compte Vidéotron Hélix Tv et j’adore l’application sur la TV car la musique joue non stop, toujours mélangée entre connue et découverte et sans vidéo donc pas obligé de rester devant ma télé, souvent je mets Stingray quand je cuisine ou quand je travail en solo pour m’aider à me concentrer. Mais je trouve que l’application mobile sur iPhone est très intéressante mais difficile de compatibilité entre l’appli sur TV et celle de mon iPhone. Il y a également amélioration à apporter quand aux genres de musique et artistes afin de faciliter la sélection, les choix les goûts…….Version: 9.0.7

✓ Get the most out of your foxtel subscription.Pro’s: -take the awesome foxtel menu music anywhere you go -subscription is free for foxtel users, and the authorization process is so easy and unique (I found it quite fun) -runs more like radio stations, so you don’t have to make your own lists 👌🤙 -the nature station is soooo relaxing 💆♂️ Con’s: -The share button only shares the current radio station, not any of the current song information (i want to share titles of the songs i like) -disruption and connection error messages when stream is interrupted by a phone call, or change in bluetooth device (most inconvenient whilst driving, I would rather the station just continue playing once the call has ended) -some of the leveling is a bit off; i.e. on the nature channel, subsequent tracks will come in at much louder volumes. can be very jarring for a relaxing station But overall this app has had a real positive effect on my life 👌 I hope the devs can keep working on the little issues ✌️.Version: 5.1.2
✓ AdsLatest update added — you guessed it — ads with a “Click to upgrade” option. This app was once a gem. One of my favourites. I just deleted it. Gone for good. Never again. Why on earth do I ever install these updates. What a waste. How can you do this to customers who already pay for their cable service?.Version: 8.16.1
✓ Developers don’t care about accessibilityThis app used to be great however for the last few releases of the app accessibility for Voiceover user’s is woeful to say the least. Have emailed the Developers numerous times to express my app concerns and they don’t care. The app used to be accessible now there are many unlabeled buttons and controls in the app. The developers have no interest in working with me to fix outstanding accessibility concerns i have IM very unhappy with the app now that many of the elements within the app no longer speak while using the app with Voiceover. The Developers should feel ashamed A few of us have attempted to work with the developers however the developers are uninterested and have no time for Blind and visually impaired User’s who simply would like an accessible app..Version: 6.0.7
✓ Great App, but Foxtel doesn’t have Hit List ChannelThe app works great and my only criticism is that Foxtel doesn’t carry the Hit List music channel, so if you want to hear the current and latest hits, this App won’t give those to you.Version: 5.1.2
✓ Not compatible with iOS10.3.4 updateAPP: This app crashes immediately upon tapping it. I suspect it has something to do with Apple's recent iOS10 security feature update for iOS 10.3.4. What amount of stars can I really give for not knowing how the app functions? ✓ Baby come backI’ve loved Stingray music, but it seems to have changed recently. Listening to 70’s Decade, every song seems to be on speed. The songs don’t sound like the originals. The app has gone to how the songs are played on Foxtel. Can’t listen any more, so sad, the music was THE best..Version: 8.5.5

✓ Burns Through DataStingray Music burns through cellular data at rates way higher than the 45 MB/hour claimed in the app for "Regular" audio quality. A few days ago I tested it and burned through 23 MB in 20 minutes, equivalent to 70 MB/hour. Today I burned through 150 MB in around an hour! As much as I enjoy the music, I can't keep using the app if it's going to burn through data that fast. Support is of no use. I tried to contact support through Stingray’s website and got an email saying my message couldn’t be delivered to the recipient (huh?)..Version: 8.6.11
✓ No useI cannot get this to authorise and I have written three times. I have had an answer to a password problem, but no response to my no - authorisation problem. ✓ Music randomly pauses with no explanationI love using Stingray however since I have updated to the latest version the app will randomly pause the music saying ‘Playback Stopped’. I have full wifi signal. Tis extremely frustrating and will happen 2-3 times in one song..Version: 6.0.9
✓ Good app.It’s a good app for music. However I have a issue with the channel list with the voiceover on. I use the voiceover because I’m visually impaired and it helps me read what is on the screen and after I select the rock section or the classic rock list all I get from the voiceover is numbers and underscores. I want to know what all the channels are and not a bunch of numbers and underscores. It violates disability rights laws if you don’t get my needs met. Also I would upgrade to the premium version if you have a Roku channel. Thanks for all the channels you have..Version: 8.2.1
