✓ Only for beginners and poor customer servicePoorly described "lite" version. Buyer beware. Nowhere in the description does it say that the difficulty of opponent only goes up to beginners. My second grader quickly outgrew it. When I asked for exchange and credit to be applied to PRO, they denied that request. Don't waste your money on this version. ✓ It's goodBut if you are a good player wanting to improve your game by this companies 1 dollar app, it has 3600 historical games and can go up to a 2000 elo, I feel that I wasted money on this because you can't even save a game,the difficulty isn't hard enough,and has less historical games. ✓ ChessI think that you have a pretty good game, but I didn't give you five stars because you also have some problems with your game. For instance, 1. When playing against computer you should be able to choose what level you want the computer to play at. 2. Also, the computer game is easy to switch to the opposite side, by pressing backspace an odd number. 3. ✓ Quite a nice versionThe lite version has some very nice training modes. Having the trainer suggest several options allows for some what if experimenting. I have most of the other chess apps and I like the variations this offers even though the playing has been severely limited. Compared to HIARCS, FRITZ and SHREDDER, I find the cost of the FULL app unaopealing. An $8 - 9 price would make this a real winner..KRO51Version: 2011.03

That’s why I got this app, but it doesn’t do a great job explaining how a move is good or bad. I enjoy trying to figure things out on my own, but I have limited knowledge of the king’s game, and I desperately need more coaching than this app offers.
