✓ Not terrifically user friendlyThis app purports to give an organization's website portability. However, organizations have regular periods of change, and this app does not seem to update as the website is updated. If the app has to be deleted from devices, updated separately and then reinstalled on devices, that's too much trouble..Version: 6.1.4
✓ Needs helpVery annoying that the Activity feed is full of posts from 4 and 5 years ago, but yet they ALL say "posted 6 hours ago." I have heard from our board that they have requested that this be fixed and it's has been years and it's still the same... otherwise would be good app for finding member contacts and keeping track of hours. ✓ Love the app but Hours Manager not scrollingLove this app, but there is an issue with the Hours Manager in this version. It's not scrolling far enough to allow me to submit hours. The bar at the bottom of the screen with back/forward/refresh is covering the submit button. Now I can't submit hours, which is my primary use of the app..Version: 6.3.9

✓ Horrible app. Sooo Slow!!Absolutely the worst app. Sooo slow! Many time it just gets stuck on a white screen. It's not really made for a mobile device. When I try to use it to sign up for things, it just takes me to a desktop page. Not sure why this app even exists..Version: 5.1.3

✓ Glitchy appWorks great - when it works, which is sporadic lately. Since recent updates have had several problems. Agree with other reviewer that need to verify/sign in again often is a hassle. Also, I am a member of two organizations/spots but app only allows me to access one at a time. Customer service is responsive but still working out this issue..Version: 6.3

✓ Cannot see Calendar tab in Access WebsiteThe new update does not allow you to see the "Calendar" tab on the Access Website page. The page needs to be better optimized for mobile devices, specifically the iPhone 6s. I use this function often and am now regretting upgrading to the latest app version. Please fix this. ✓ BuggyAlthough I can add hours for my children and I, we cannot register for an event separately. As a result, I register myself and sometimes then I have to use a web address to register my daughters. But the time I get to the address the event is full and I end up having to withdraw my registration because I don't want to attend alone. I use this app for info only and adding hours, it is useless for other functions..Version: 6.2.2
✓ Too many problemsThis app has way too many problems. After asking 6 months ago to see if they can be resolved and getting no response nor any satisfaction, I cannot recommend this app. I have spoken with many people about how they like this app and the unanimous conclusion is no thank you! If you're looking for an app for your organization, keep looking. This one is not iPhone friendly nor is it intuitive. I don't mind a learning curve but when there are obvious problems that don't get resolved... I'm a very unsatisfied customer. Too bad we're being forced to use it..Version: 6.0
✓ Can't Login To Multiple SitesI'm a member of two organizations that use Digital Cheetah. Previously when I logged into Seeing Spot, I would be asked to choose which organization. Since the update I can no longer choose and it seems to default to one every time and it is not the one I use most. Also I cannot access any admin features via the app which I think is a huge hole in the software..Version: 6.2.2
✓ Wishing for MoreThere is so much potential in this app. Currently, its best function is Contacts (directory). The Activity Feed could be very useful, but unfortunately when you click to see the full details you must go to the website. I'm hopeful that there will be more functionality especially in the groups..Version: 4.0.7
✓ I hate this app!I only use this app because the organization I belong to requires its use. It is unfriendly and not intuitive. It also kicks me out sometimes when I am entering info. Many people in my organization have lots of problems with the app and hate using it. I wish the developers would pretend they are busy moms who need to enter or look up information on the go sometimes. They would quickly see its faults and beat their heads into a wall too..Version: 6.3.1
✓ Can't view in landscape so missing infoThe app would be really helpful if turning the iPhone sideways resulted in a landscape view. Or even being able to zoom. Instead, anything that doesn't fit in the view is cut off. I'll stick with the website until this gets better..Version: 6.3.9
✓ Don't too large and can't make screen smallerUgh. Frustrating. I can't get the whole page on one screen. I'm having to move around the page to read what I need. Also the calendar is in list form and liked it better when was in calendar/monthly form. Please bring back old version.Version: 5.1.3
