✓ A lot of up selling and advertsIt’s a good and useful app in its premise and execution... but £20 is a bit much for the facilities to be unlocked. And the sound library (what I use it for) is barred by ridiculous 30 second adverts for rubbish that no one trying to relax or concentrate would find remotely interesting. A good service, a good product - being shaken down and ransacked for every last bit of revenue that can be squeezed out of it - to the detriment of its purpose. Like butting a neon McDonald’s billboard on the roof of a Rolls Royce - and being forced to stop the car every 5 minutes to get out and gawk at it..John - from GBVersion: 6.0

✓ From 5 to 3Every single day I have to redownload the sound files for this app because it keeps deleting them automatically. And it doesn’t just redownload them when I run the app nor when I play the app either, instead acting like it’s playing when it’s actually doing nothing. I have to scroll down to each sound element and turn it off and on to initiate the downloading. This is an app I paid for, I really shouldn’t have to be dealing with this bs in order to use the app every single day. And in case it’s not clear: the phone isn’t deleting the app (the app isn’t getting deleted because I use it daily) the app is deleting the sound files in itself and there is no setting to stop it..Moorgan HartVersion: 6.0

✓ Too bad greedy appSo much for a good thing. This app was great then you guys got so greedy and started charging the existing paid app owners a new subscription. So this useful app is not recommended as it too expensive. September 2018 update. Still expensive, finally figured out this company shady practice they changed the name of the app and then all previous purchased content no longer is available. ✓ Half the sounds don’t workDespite paying to unlock all sounds about a year ago, now half of them won’t play. Also every time I open the app I get a notification from the app store that the developer of the app has not updated it for the latest ios (this has been the case since 7 ios update releases!) so some functions might not work. ✓ Good Until...I’ve had this app for years and used it religiously every night, but recently it has been playing randomly selected tunes at random moments throughout my day. I won’t even touch my phone, but will suddenly hear a flute playing with water rushing in the background. It often plays things I’ve never selected before! ✓ UniqueI found this app when I needed something soothing to help me sleep. I love this app! Not only does it have a lot of noise options but I am able to combine them to make a unique meditation sound that works just for me. It helps me meditate and calm my mind of it's worried before I rest. The first part of the review was from when I had the app for several months. They recently did an update where they changed their app a lot. They changed the name, the menu, the images, and how the sounds are listed. Now the app isn't that great. The sounds are the same but now I have a hard time finding the sounds I prefer because it goes off pictures until you click on it. The next problem isn't a big deal but the pictures and visuals of the app don't relax me anymore. Actually the bright orange and reds make me more anxious. When I open it before bed instead of relaxing, I just feel uneasy. Not even when I hit play and close my eyes can I seem to relax after seeing the images on the app now. I haven't decided if I am going to keep the app yet. I have been trying to give it time but so far my discomfort at the visual changes has not subsided. ✓ BEWARE THIS APP HAS FRAUD VIRUSI thought this app was good but every time I use it, it brings up a page saying virus detected on your iphone, click here to clean up, obviously I come out but some users might believe it and press it and will give the owner access to everything on their iphone!! ✓ Frustrated poor customer serviceI bought the bundle from your company before the update that changed the apps. I tired dealing with customer service when it first happened and they keep putting me off so I gave up. Decided to try again with customer service and have been passing email of no content really since May 18, I’m not giving up this time, if I have to email everyone everyday and put bad reviews everywhere, it’s just the principle at this point..GypsyRose75Version: 5.0
