✓ ZOO 2Asked for expansions a long time ago. Never updated. Animals in storage. Want new background,seasonal items,earn coins, items, trade,gift for visiting( the item one earns given to the other for help with each others zoos,maybe smaller but still the same), new flowers/trees/grass/trains/ food courts,picnic areas,picnic items, clothing w/characters,things to buy in gift shops, souvenirs, food for animals (could trade or buy), more sidewalk decor (like brick pavers,paths,dirt,hay, something)etc... I would like to still be able to see visitors while playing. Can't because no room. Allow us to turn our animals or something cuz we can't see them all. A lot of people r leaving because of expansions/items/maturingtime/costs of animals and breeding as well as upgrading. It's getting us angry, upset, annoyed, some can't afford the items we would like. Animals,deco, etc.... Offer us more to earn, give us our choice what to give besides building material. Make this game fun again. That's why you lose people. I agree w/the sick issue of animals also..Version: 1.1.3

There is no way I can earn gems unless if I install other Storm8 games or bit of goals for good luck gems BUT BARELY I TELL YOU!!!!!! You want me to get a gryphon which is 35 gems to crossbreed!!! Another nest or labratory cost 149 gems! What the heck?! Coins can be a struggle too for telling me to buy and breed 2 orangutans plus build the habbitat and sloths cost $364,500 to buy for one and wants 4 sloths there. Jack Rabbits are $396K and I hate it when it says I have to complete the family!!!! ✓ PoorThe game itself is ok but I must warn you over customer support if you have a problem. They take days to reply and then tell you problem is fixed when it is clearly not, so you then have to reopen another report and start again. This went on for weeks so I cancelled all my storm8/team lava games. Also gems are very expensive if you lose progress and animals that are won or purchased then a total waste of money.Version: 1.1.3
✓ Animal glitchI love the game a lot, especially during school cause ill breed an animal group before school and have it finish afterwards. It works well with my schedule but one little anima problem. I was playing one day and used some of my science skills and found me a bush baby. But when i layed it down on my property, it was invisible. But still there, i would continue to breed and try to see where its at but its just not there. ✓ Love animals!!If you're an animal lover how can you not like this game. But....having to use a gazillion gems that you can only get my spending gazillions of dollars ruined the game. I have a feeling at some point we will reach a point where we can't do anything because all that's left are things you need to spend hard earned money (ours) to envoy the game that is earning (you) money. That's not going to happen. This is for enjoyment. So I'm sure like with other games I've played it reached a point that I had to delete the game. I refuse to spend any of my real money on any of your fake animals. So I'm sure in a short time I'll be deleting the game because there won't be anything left to do but collect coins. ✓ Ok but needs improvementZoo Story 2 plays the same as Pet Shop Story & suffers from the same problems. The expansions are too limited, so that you run out of expansions before you can meet goals. Some goals cost gems & the only way to earn gems is by playing a new TL game when it comes out (& that isn't very often). Upgrading habitats isn't worth the money & makes the zoo look more crowded. It's fun for a few months but has none of the excitement of Dragon Story or even Fantasy Forest Story..Version: 1.1.3

✓ Great game, but a few problems.🙂Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this game, but there is a few problems. First of all, how can I get more gems? Zoo Story doesn't have the Free videos you can watch and get free gems! They do it on Bakery Story and Restaurant Story. Why not on here? And why is everything so expensive? I mean,to get another nursery I have to pay 149 gems! Why? And when you press on the Details icon you see pictures. One of them says to crossbreed a Lion and a Tiger is 70 coins, but on the game, it says it's 7 gems! Why did you lie? But despite that, this game is awesome and fun. ✓ Zoo story 2Am very annoyed with this game. Constantly asks to download another games. As a free game I downloaded Zoo story 2 for my 6 year old who loves animals. I Am very concerned with the morality of a free game which then makes the baby animals "sick" in order to coerce buying "gems" to make them better. The other choice is to abandon the sick babies. ✓ Good game but impossible to playThe problem with this game is they want you to spend your money buying gems so make everything take hours to build or be available. The only way to speed this up is by using gems and as its almost impossible to win these during games they want you to pay. And to pay an obscene amount of money for them too! ✓ Zoo story 2I would give it five stars IF the time on things were shortened. I don't mind waiting, I have played other games that required waiting but breeding and lab takes more than three hours on most animals in fact it goes into days. So I can basically do nothing except collect and wait. The next problem is gems. If I want to complete many of the lab tasks I have to buy gems with real money. Its not a lot but still a little here and a little there adds up to a lot. I know this won't happen but if you shortened the waiting time for breeding and other tasks and had a way to earn gems or get rid of them completely I would give it 5 stars..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Cutest game, BUT...Fun game, especially if you like animals. My grandsons love this game and it's easy enough for them to interact , but still challenging enough for Nana to lay out a thought pattern for the entire zoo. On the down side, if you want to have a big successful zoo, be prepared to spend money for gems. There seems to be virtually no way to earn them, just coins, which is rather annoying and slows down the game. Kids start to lose interest at this juncture of the game. Until I started noticing every time I loaded up the game to my baby(s) bing sick every single time I try to breed. I used to play this game a lot now I don't even play it. I can't cross breed or breed because I don't pay money for gems just to breed my animals. Stupid. Junk do your self a favor and don't play this game. This and pet story do the same thing. Always sick animals. Waited three days for the tee frog to breed three days later it's sick twice already. One star not even playing this game again. What a waste..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Good but slow goingGame is good but after first 6 animals the game starts to drag. Breeding animals goes from 6 mins to 2 days +. You can speed it up with diamonds but they are very expensive...£1.49 for 9 !!!! To breed more than one animal at a time you need 149 diamonds to unlock another nursery place. I've been playing for about a month and have managed to earn 14 diamonds. So if you're like me and you don't buy diamonds, it's going to take ages to progress in the game. If you do buy them it's going to cost you an absolute fortune at those prices..Version: 1.1.3

✓ DisappointedOverall, this game is quite fun. I love collecting and breeding the animals and expanding my zoo, but I define rly have a few objections to a few minor things. I find it annoying that if you do not visit in time the baby that you are breeding gets sick. I also find it disturbing that you can either "heal" the baby for gems (which are, as others have mentioned, practically impossible to earn), or you "abandon" it. It's concerning that a game designed for kids suggests that they are abandoning a sick baby animal. This is probably just a way to get people to buy gems. Kids don't want to "abandon" the sick baby animal so they use gems to heal it and pretty soon they've used all their gems and don't want to lose their baby animals so the buy more gems. I suggest that you change the "abandon" option to something less harsh like "send to another zoo" or "release into wild". Or you could simply give the option to heal and a "cancel" option with a warning saying that they will lose the animal if they don't heal it. Another complaint that I have is the complete inability to invite friends. In most other TeamLava games there is an option to invite a friend while at their forest or habitat or whatever, where as in this game you have to know their Storm8 ID..Version: 1.1.3

✓ Fun but too many limitationsThe game overall is fun and there are lots of animals to collect and breed. However, there are A LOT of animals you can only obtain with gems, which require you spend a ridiculous amount of money since there is no way to earn them in the game! Same goes for the goals...you can't complete them without spending way too much money. Make it possible to earn gems in-game and the rating would go way up. Also, you can only expand your zoo so far. You end up having to keep a ton of animals in storage because they just won't physically fit in the space provided. What's the point of being able to get so many animals and exhibits when you can only show off a portion of them? Lastly, you're constantly bombarded with goals to try their other games, but you don't even get anything for it! I understand them pushing their other games, but at least make it worth my while to try them! Zero rewards means I'll be trying zero of their other games..Version: 1.1.3

✓ Game errors?I loved playing this game! But I'm having too many issues with the app to enjoy it anymore. First I hate how many "quests" need you to spend real money I understand the need to charge some money but completely ruining it with an overload of buy buy buy! Isn't appealing, Secondly I am unable to continue because although I have more than enough coins in game to purchase stuff it doesn't let me, it closes out so I am unable to play the game any longer, can't purchase in game purchases and I'm not going to spend real money so I have to say overall horribly disappointed!.Version: 1.1.3

However the pricing on the diamonds vs the other games I've played from the same company is extreme. $50 for the quantity needed to add 1 best in the nursery?? Ridiculous! On occasions I have bought diamonds in Farm Story 2, but I got 100 diamonds for $5. This game needs to have some changes to its pricing and more ways to earn them while playing. Not sure how long I'll be playing this because of the requirement of diamonds to expand. If they can restructure it to be more like FS2 I'd give it 5 stars..Version: 1.1.3

I don't bother inviting friends off Facebook because I know no one would be interested. Then you can only get gems if you buy them. I spend more than I can earn and that wasn't very often, which is tied in with your friends. No friends, no way to earn gems. ✓ Gems are annoying!!I saw this game on the list of games while I was playing something else and it looked like fun so I downloaded it. The game is fun, I like breeding the animals and building the zoo. HOWEVER, I am stuck at a few goals, simply due to the fact that I refuse to spend that much money on gems. It's ridiculous. And you have to have gems to complete tasks, like breeding a liger. Or getting certain animals. I only have one neighbor on there because I don't know anyone's storm 8 id, and the game does not allow you to request community zoos to be your neighbor. Plus you can only request gifts one time a day from your neighbors....so it will take me almost two weeks to complete my puffin exhibit because I don't have enough gems to purchase the items, and there are about 10-15 total items I need. 1 per day from a friend..... Game is great until u keep losing gems u when they disappear. Gems are used to buy nice things or finish goals & take a long time to earn. The game is designed with flaws to cause you to spend your gems. Popups from sync errors that appear just as & in the place u were clicking something else. Ive lost @ least 90 in the last month from errors glitches & sync, none through my choice! They know it's that way, we've complained many times & get told to go away if a response at all. Worst is when u buy gems & get none, they don't care! ITS A $ GRAB. It may be free but it will either take a ton of your time or $. They haven't maintained the balance between profit & keeping customers happy. We all know time=money anyway. What kind of actions cause huge amount of players to stage a protest? It can't be good! They're either greedy or can't read. U decide. U won't see much of a ratings drop in this game as most are kids playing. There are a lot of quests that require gems which from what I have seen you only get by purchasing them. You can play the game and spend no real money. ✓ Limited gameplay ruins the experienceI really like this game, it's great to interact and help other players, but the problem is that everything is so expensive and unless you spend real-world-cash you are only ever allowed to perform one action at a time. When breeding takes on average 10 hours or more, this really limits what you can do in game. It's also annoying that you can only ever request one gift a day from your friends. Many of the tasks require items from friends and having been playing for a week I'm a bit annoyed that the game has ground to a halt as all I can do once I have sent a request is collect money from animals..Version: 1.1.3

They made it exactly like pet story but with zoo animals and concessions earn money. That's it. ✓ Great game but...I really love the game I play it everyday but I do have some suggestions I hope you can take into consideration... First of all when I get a new phone I have to start the game all over which really makes me mad because I have spent a lot of money on this game so an idea I have for you is that you can make accounts and each person can sign into there zoo no matter was devise they are on (iPad iPhone iPod ect.) therefore it will save there progress. The next thing I have is expansions I have a feeling I will be running out of expansions soon and I would like for you to add more. ✓ Lost it's sparkleUnfortunate the developers have lost love for this game, they used to update weekly with interesting animals and themes versions (Valentine's day etc) but now there are pitiful updates rarely and not much going on once you reach a certain level in the game. A lot of the fun animals cost gems, they have bumped up the price of them too so a family of animals can cost upwards of $30!!! A bit sneaky if you ask me considering that money goes straight into Team Lava's pockets, and with no development why? Too many popups and I HATE how you can't expand your land beyond a certain point which means you have to 'store' a real lot of animals/decor because it simply doesn't fit. I loved this game in the early levels but like Team Lava I have kind of lost interest now. Shame because I used to play it nonstop...Version: 1.1.2

✓ Pretty GoodZoo story 2 is a cute little village game where you buy animal habitats and collect coins and experience from the animals by tapping on the habitats. There is a very large variety of animals to buy with coins or gems. So this game sounds pretty fun and cute right well... there are several flaws: First this is a very small mistake but when you crossbread a Tiger and a Rhinoceros you get a mythical creature called the tigeroceros, now every time you tap on a habitat the animals will make a sound realeying to the species but the developers accidentally made the Tigeroceros make a bird sound? Next up is the stupid little people who walk around your zoo are massive compared to the animals and look like there psychopaths the developers would be better off just taking them out. And finally make a way to get gems! I have been playing for a year and only earned 13 gems in total I am level 99 and it really makes me mad add in a wheel to spin everyday that will give you x amount of gems or coins. STORM8STUDIO PLEASE READ THIS AND FIX THOSE ISSUES!.Version: 1.1.3

Sometimes when you buy animals, mates for your animals, and even when you breed the disappear but still take your coins.
