Due to the fact that there are lots of farming games you could find on the google play/ app store nowadays, I chose your game because it displays good quality and fancy animation. ✓ Easter contest jumped the sharkI just tapped a pile of riches (which cost 500 coins and require a gold trinket to activate) to get the pearl things that combine with the hen eggs (that come from the annoying unavoidable egg birds) and the filigree (that comes from pigs) and apple sugar, which is hard enough to produce, and go in a 5800-coin bakery to produce a red filigree egg, and because my barn was full (from frantically creating all kinds of materials to make money and deliveries to afford the new craft buildings), the pearl things evaporated instead of going into my barn. 1000 coins, an hour each, effort to get the gold trinkets, and poof - nothing. Consider that the Easter items are constantly appearing and crowding my barn and apparently valuable and yet not at all. Add to that the delivery demand for the plane and truck for items that are not available until far above my current level. Look at how hard it is to get almond milk alone. Then seriously, tell me how this is not too infuriating to be worth any more effort. It was a nice little pastime for a while, and then now it’s like another job..Version: 2.7.2

✓ Frustrating and sadThe game could be fun, really fun. I enjoy building my farm, interacting with my neighbors, and earning things without being forced to spend money. I’m not above shelling out a few bucks for a cool pet, but honestly the cost of playing this game successfully is outrageous and, frankly, not worth it. The contests are tiresome and fill my warehouse with junk that continually needs to be weeded out. Seriously, there should be an opt out button. The pop ups selling other games are endless and annoying. Then there are too many hard to produce items, like almond milk, that seem to be a necessary ingredient in everything but unless you shell out cash money for blooming almond trees, there is never almond milk. Finally, it is almost impossible now to put together an inventory for deliveries by plane, train or by truck, and the paperwork and gold bells necessary to grow the farm is scarce to non existent, or even useless. My reward for filling a truck is a collection of bells that have no purpose at my level or any level in the foreseeable future. I’ve yet to earn one gold bell, and I need three for a smokehouse. You have taken an enjoyable , relaxing game and pretty much ruined it with unnecessary “extras” that appear to be all about lining your pockets. I’m realistic, I know this is about money for you, but your product suffers Shame!.Version: 2.7.2
✓ CyndersHave been playing Restaurant Story 2 for a few years now and love it. Loved the idea of this cute little farm game but it really lacks momentum. The barn and silo are always full, gems are hard to earn along with tools and expansion requirements. ✓ CrooksI’m roughly three days away from filing a complaint with the BBB on Storm8! My daughter and I downloaded the app when I got my iPhone 7 in January and we built up our farm, made several in app purchases. Apple runs an update and just like that the software is no longer compatible 🙄. I went into an Apple store attempt to rectify the situation and I was told to contact the developers ( who’s paying me to do all that?) which was an act of God and if I remember correctly they never got back to me. I download this game to try to rebuild the farm my baby girl loved so dearly, we were adjusting pretty good, but I had to change out phones so I ran a back up got my new phone and my farm has miraculously disappeared yet again. I’m writing Storm8 with little to no guidance and I am at the tail end of my 5-7 day wait, however my credit card was charged today for a $5.23 in app purchase 😡😡😡 I’m not even using the app, I don’t have access to my farm and I’m not in the business of giving interest free loans. They’re not getting off so easy this time. The game is okay but you have to spend money otherwise it gets really boring really quick. I found better things to do on a Sunday rather than waiting to see if a tree would drop a leaf or some maple syrup 👎💩.Version: 2.6.6

So I can’t use that phone at all now and I’ve got my farm on that phone and I’ve just got to level 50, so I don’t want to loose my farm. So how the hell do u get back onto your farm wen your using a different device? Is it even possible to get my farm back? Cos if not then I’m not guna bother starting all over again. I no my storm id but that’s it, and I never had a password on the account, well I don’t think so anyways, unless i made a password up wen I was making my storm id. ✓ Farm story 2Love the game, very addictive, have been playing for almost 5 years. The game needs some fixes especially with using the gems to easy to use need confirmation button before actually WANTING to use them. Maps to hard to get to expand land, Some items take way too long to make, pets way too expensive to purchase but love it anyway. Game needs some fixes/updates for purchasing, sending deliveries The game also needs the option to gift back to “All” especially when you have over 200 neighbors. Game has serious issues with the options to buy pets it only allows you certain pets in a category. Too hard to expand land.....bottom line is this game wants your money!!.Version: 2.7.2

✓ Too expensiveI really wanted to love this game. I played for as long as I could before there was literally nothing I could do except buy gems. That lasted a very short while. The prices for items are way too expensive, gem conversion to coins is way to low. There’s no way to earn money when you aren’t actively playing, the farm doesn’t generate any income offline, so constant game play is necessary to generate coins. However, once you find yourself stuck. (Unable to expand or upgrade storage) you have to spend money for gems. I dropped $50 and then after a couple days found myself stuck again unable to do anything. I’m not unfamiliar with this company either. I have been playing bakery story 1 for almost 6 years on and off, that game is awesome. I just got burned out from it. I was hoping this would be similar to that gameplay but sadly it’s not. I don’t mind spending money every now and then to upgrade or buy items I really want but when it because necessary to normal game play I have an issue with it..Version: 2.7.2

✓ Good game but slow pacedIt’s a good game but it takes so long to collect items to expand your farm, it takes so long to get enough money to get all the buildings and things you need. ✓ Love It…ButOverwhelming number of back to back competitions, which are purely money grabbing but so many glitches with the game that never seem to be rectified. Fashion Story is another one where you haven’t given any new content in years, simply recycled the old clothes in different colours, plus the old decorations. Boring! ✓ The Storm 8 brand grew to big for their britchesThere games used to be fun. The Storm 8 support used to care about problems with their games. Nows it is all about how much money they can get out of you. And the advertising has gotten out of hand. You can’t play the game without and advertisement popping up every ten minutes. The side games aren’t worth your time because you can’t win. Storm 8 support closes your ticket the minute you ask fir help, so don’t waste your time. I’ve rid myself of all there brand games. I say stay away. They won’t survive their competition anymore cause Storm 8 forgot the most important thing. The advertising companies aren’t playing their games. We were. ✓ Farm story 2Great little farming game. Nice graphics cute animals, quests are fun but have now got too hard unless you spend a lot of money. Last two have been impossible to gain final gift due to lack of game drops from last item needed. Only other real issue for me is you have to be really careful what you push by accident, I have lost a lot of the gems I have paid for, or collected slowly, by accidentally pushing the buy with gem button, there's no " are you sure you want to waste 72 gems on sending a plane of goods to get some level up stars and maybe am item to help you build or expand" message. ✓ RIGGED ☹️👎🏽I've played these games, all the story games, for quite some time!! It's sad to see that it has become more about money than the game. If you actually want to win a quest, you either have to be on the game 24/7, hoping they will let your items appear or buy gems. In most cases, If you don't buy gems, your items needed will not appear and you will lose. When you mention something to the support team, it's like your game is targeted and punished. One quest allowed players to buys certain items and they would level up. When the game, people running the show, figured it out, they no longer allowed the item to be for sold .... yes, they blocked it. It could be for sell but not one else could see it to buy it. You used to be able to buy/sell extras from a quest .... that is no longer allowed. If you finish the quest early, you're forced to keep the extras in your storage. You can't sell or delete them. Your storage becomes full and the game is held hostage until the quest is over. When you are allowed to finally sell it, it's for "pennies" and no longer needed. Then and only then are you allowed to discard them in order to make room. They have lost over half of their workforce and the game shows it. There are no extras other than the train and deliveries. ✓ Bring back the original Farm StoryBring back the original Farm Story, as it was then. I know it won’t happen, it was a while ago, that if you did, it would be like bringing back an early 90’s 8-bit game. It was one of the best game apps. It was enjoyable, for the five years of playing it. No annoying ads, and wasn’t trying to get you to spend money to get further into the game. It was an easy going game. The best part of it that I had neighbors from all over the globe. I would talk to them on a regular basis. I was even able to be in contact with a couple of them, after you killed FS1 off. Just so you could get people to switch over to Farm Story 2(The Crappy Sequel). Nobody likes to start over again on a sequel , just so can include continuous ads, you were forced to spend more money for items that weren’t as fun to get, and so you can get further into the game etc. FS2 was stressful to play, and it was more work than fun. I lost most of the people, I used to be neighbors with. They also didn’t want to start over. I guess as long as the consumer watches enough ads, spends that money, so you can make the game unenjoyable. Hay Day has a 4.7, and #10, while FS2 has a miserable 3.9. So you must be doing something wrong. I remember when the original Farm Story was #1, for a long time. And you slowly killed it off..Version: 2.7.2

Mine went from 60 to 30 without me puchasing anything. ✓ Fix the glitchesI have found that there are some glitches in the game. I will harvest some corn and go to use it making food to sell it and the game will tell me I have nothing and need to plant more. It will happen over and over again no matter how many times I plant the corn. Oh and the times are off when it comes to harvesting the food from the trees. I played this game at 1 am and needed to wait for 2 hours before I can harvest the trees again so I went to bed woke up at 9:00 am and the trees still needed 2 hours before I can harvest them. It’s now 12:01pm and I still need to wait another 2 hours for the trees to be ready. I’ve been waiting since 1 am today....Version: 2.7.1

✓ CostlyVery little supplies for a lot of gems. Very costly for a game. Plus if during an event supplies were obtained, after the the event is finished, these supplies cannot be sold occupying the barn space, and it's so difficult to buy a barn supplies. Also, diamonds are disappearing without my knowledge. I had 20 diamonds, then I noticed, they were gone. Most likely, when completing one of the tasks, I inadvertently clucked use diamonds to speed up a process, except I didn't. It would be much better, if there was a confirmation message before using diamonds to speed up any process. Moreover, a real spoiler s that it's very difficult to collect coins to buy buildings or even more animals. Absolutely ridiculous prices for event buildings. Also, why am I being asked to fill staff for a train that I cannot produce yet, therefore, causing multiple unfilled trains, and trucks for that matter. Have no desire to continue the game, since all of the frustrating reasons above. Also, another downside is that the train or the truck are asking for products that I cant even make yet, for example sushi whose building will be available after 54th level, and Im on level 44. It would be nice and helpful if we could ask for help from other farmers, as I only am able to send 1 train out of 5, or the truck for that matter..Version: 2.6.6
✓ AbsurdWas fun. But now impossible to find what you need to expand your farm or increase your silo and barn capacities. Supposedly the materials needed show up on deliveries. I can only suppose they mean once in a blue moon. Maybe in fifty years, if I’m still alive, I’ll get a can of paint or something to expand my farm. Of course, then I’ll still need about 20 more of each item. I wonder if the game will still be around in a few thousand years. Then maybe my descendants will actually be able to expand the farm, silo and barn. Of course, they’ll only be able to expand once, then their descendants will have to take care of the next step after another few thousand years. When did Storm8 get soooo greedy? I used to love their games. Now this, Dragon Story and more are just stressful. Merge Dragons may be greedy too but at least you can win LOTS of prizes in their weekly events without spending real money..Version: 2.7.1

Until then you would get a new animal or building you could get with each level- at 14, it seems like they added maybe 5 buildings for you to get and they all cost 2500 coins or more. Not to mention the trees you need to get crops too… There should be a way for it to generate orders only for items you are able to craft with buildings you have. Right now I’m at an impasse- I need to complete orders to make money to buy buildings, but I don’t have the buildings needed to complete any of the orders it is giving me, therefore I can’t earn coins. ✓ Trying to advance is frustratingIt’s frustrating that if you want to advance in the game you have to spend money. I can’t see a reason to spend money on something as intangible as a phone game. Right now there’s an event where every time you send an order out you get rewarded with a component necessary for the event. Those items take up space in your storage and cause you to be stalemated against moving forward unless you purchase gems to get items that create more space or slots for selling extras, or wait 10 days for the event to end. This isn’t the end of the world but when I’m sitting nursing my baby I like to play a game and have a second to myself. It’s frustrating when games make it hard to enjoy doing that without spending all your hard earned money..Version: 2.6.6
✓ Used to be greatI’ve been playing this game since it started, was on level 60 and then (probably my fault) my game was wiped so had to start again. Now playing it, it is really difficult to progress unless you purchase gems. Hardly any expansion parts or maps are earned in deliveries and other players don’t sell any as it’s so hard to acquire now. Was good, fun to play. Now it’s frustrating as you can’t get nails, paint other parts to increase capacity for your silo, barn or selling stand or expanding. My problem is that when you reach level 14/15 they throw a massive amount of quests at you - some you can’t even finish until you’re level 20+. This isn’t NOT a well thought out game, and it seems the main aim is to get you to spend gems so you can complete things. Greedy devs that don’t give a crap about the quality of the content they’re providing - that’s what this says to me. ✓ Not Level AppropriateMy biggest frustration is that once you reach level 14, a good 8 things are suddenly unlocked all at once, you buy them, and then can’t make half the products because you aren’t at a high enough level to get those ingredients. That would be totally fine, except that you can’t send deliveries (which is how you make money) without them. I spent a good half the day refreshing delivery orders trying to get one that was possible to do at my current level. Very sloppy design. Extra event items also clog up storage absurdly fast and there isn’t an easy “discard item” option. Instead, you have to sell them at the market, and discard them there. Very cumbersome. I played this years ago and got to a level in the mid-40s. It was a way better game back then. So sloppy and poorly thought out now..Version: 2.7.2
✓ Glitches are to much too handleThe glitches that are experience on this game gives it a two thumbs down. They try to get you to down load their other games and when ever the pop up appears, you lose any of the progress you have made in maintaining the farm. You lose items or money that you have earned.....not worth the head ache, you lose gems faster than one can drag your finger across the Screen. When you contact game maintenance, you have wasted your time in writing the request for they won't correct error and return gems and take away something you didn't want. Their quest/ challenges are tiring, long, tedious, boring, or take up valuable real estate in barn and silo. Therefore you need to upgrade these with gems which they steal thru their known glitches but want you to spend$$$$$$ to get and do..Version: 2.7.2

✓ Too stressfulI’ve downloaded and undownloaded this game 3 or 4 times thinking it may get better and I can push through it but I can’t. It’s super fun at the beginning and easy to make money from deliveries. But when you reach level 15 it all changes. I had all but 3 of the buildings and I couldn’t keep up. It was more of a chore than a game to play for fun. You constantly don’t have enough space to fit all your resources and you need to send deliveries to get more items to upgrade capacity. But the higher level you are the more the deliveries require things from advanced buildings. I can’t even imagine trying to upkeep anything when you’re level 30 and above. ✓ Over the top adsPlayed daily for many years. But too many ads now! Played for years to level 70+, game crashed, playing my second farm to level 40+. Has been my favorite game. In the last couple of years the special events have gone from occasional and enjoyable to constant and frustrating. ✓ Impossible to advance without spending $$It’s such a cute game and can be addicting but to move forward they make it nearly impossible unless you spend actual money on gems. I know all “free” games offer in app purchases to speed things up, but this is probably the worst. You level up and expand by completing orders, however lots of the things you need to ship involve ingredients that are locked until you level up. Also, all the contests they have make you earn useless items that fill up your storage space, preventing you from literally completing any actions. There is no option to opt out. You can’t delete items in your storage, only sell them and sometimes that takes days. You’re very limited in how many things you can sell at one time. You can only expand once you have a certain number of parts, (you can only get parts by completing orders which is hard enough) but I’ve been playing for a few months and some of the items are so rare I’ve never come across them at all. They’ve made it really hard to advance at all so the game feels stagnant after a while, it seems like the only option is to purchase gems to move forward. ✓ Hard to expandI’ve been playing this game for a while and agree with a lot of others. It is engaging and there are good updates but you have to spend money to get things done. I’ve never filled a train, have rarely filled a truck or balloon. Many items take sugar and it’s hard to grow enough sugar cane to make sugar. I’m constantly out of storage and have given up on the special tasks because the items take up too much room in an already full barn. (Why can’t they go elsewhere?) So, to the developers, what would improve the game would be if you were more generous on expansion items for the barn, silo and farm (I have 80 of one item and only a few of another, which I rarely get). Make the train easier to fill so it’s more rewarding, same with the truck. On special tasks, have the items collected go somewhere other than the barn. Barn capacity only increased by 20 item. I couldn’t get all I needed to be able to make and sell my products without raising barn capacity. Twice I have bought property but game hasn’t let me access it. Where do I grow the new crops or place the factories? Barn capacity won’t let me milk the cows , harvest crops or make animal feed. I haven’t been able to sell anything because I’m missing something I need from the new crops or I don’t have barn capacity to store the products until I increase the barn again. ✓ AGGRAVATING MONEY PITI've played this game for a while even though it is very aggravating. I was playing the original farm story game and switched over to this one because it had more "movement". You have to exercise tons of patience for the game if you don't want to spend money to advance. Most of the time sales of gems and other hard to get items pop up and you can easily get trapped into spending money to purchase those items. Items needed for filling a train or market delivery seem to stop appearing in the newspaper when needed most. Then, after your train is FINALLY completed for delivery, the items you searched and searched for just magically start reappearing in abundance again.......wonder how they know what you need/don't need? ✓ Impossible challengesI have played this on and off for a couple of years. Been playing a lot more lately. One of the collection challenges just ended. You had to make crafts in the studio to get the toga. I made at least 20 crafts in the studio and only got 2 togas. In the meantime, your barn gets filled up by useless items that you constantly have to try to sell. Should be more like Restaurant Story where the special item you need to make the recipe doesn’t count as an item in your pantry. ✓ Farm story 2The graphics are fantastic , pity Stormy keeps changing the “goalposts”. EG, in the latest event he suddenly decided you are not allowed to help other players from reaching their goals. A few years ago there was a similar event where the community was involved as well, now you look at the community involvement and it’s hardly moving. Members do like to help the less fortunate but not Stormy(killjoy). Over the years Stormy has become more obsessed with the $ sign rather than applauding long time players, he has become more selfish overtime, he has also become bias in most events. You work hard to get to the top in an event only to see Stormy let players buy their way to the top , so much for fairness . The pets are fantastic but the friends not so interesting..Version: 2.7.2
✓ No supportGame is fine unless u need support then they just close the ticket. My game is glitchy and will bounce around sometimes into the coin or gem purchases. Have nearly 2 million coins but game will take your gems for a few coins with no ‘are you sure?’ option..Version: 2.7.1
✓ Another mess at Level 14Suddenly your playability stops dead in its tracks because the orders must be made in buildings you do not have and cannot build with no revenue. Major disappointment to go from a nice fun diversion to a hot mess. I know this is a repeat comment which makes me think the designer does not read these comments or doesn’t care. I never would have started the game if I knew it would turn out like this..Version: 2.7.2

✓ Very glitchy app!I had this game years ago. I recently downloaded it again and installed it on my iPhone 7. There are many issues with the app that don’t make sense. Why do items show up in your buildings that your level doesn’t allow you to get ingredients for in order to make? Why do you get orders for some of those items, which you aren’t able to even purchase the ingredients to make? Also, recently having an issue where the screen gets dark and I have to close the app and wait for a period of time for it to appear visible again. It was much easier to get land when I had it years ago. Now, the game drops seasonal challenge items instead which fill up your barn storage. Very annoying!.Version: 2.7.2
