✓ Hospitalization in ColoradoWhen I was taking a break with my family from Scotland in Colorado I had the misfortune of a severe back spasm and I was rushed to A&E and spent 2 days in hospital full of various types of pain relief. I initially spoke to Simon who told me to phone 911 as I was in so much pain which I did and the paramedics were there within two minutes with the fire service. Simon phoned me the next day, and actually give me all the details of where I was and also sent me an email for the hospital as they were asking about my insurance provider. Simon made the whole interaction and process seam so seamless and made me feel reassured about my situation. Thankyou so much for this amazing and efficient service. Under the circumstances it was a pleasure and I was extremely well looked after by the St Anthony hospital in Summit County. P.S. I think it was Simon. Thank you..Version: 7.7.0

It is also great to know that if I need any help while overseas I can speak to someone 24/7.
