EXTREMELY HELPFULAs a patient of the VA required in a home health check to weigh myself daily I find this app a great asset! Limited to sodium and liquid intake I am very limited to what I may eat in order to loose weight. And weighing daily would not be my own fist choice. Great weight diaryI was looking for an were I could track my weight loss per day. I think this one is great! You can track your daily weight. You can enter your weight goal and it automatically calculates when you will reach your weight goal depending on your daily weight. Most importantly, I think, it shows you your BMI, and whether you’re ok (green), whether you should pay attention to it (yellow) and whether you’re definitely in the dangerous zone (red). PerfectI originally downloaded apps where I had to document foods eaten, etc. That lasted a day and I deleted them because they were making me crazy. It was frustrating and TMI. Good for U.K. UsersI prefer this app to any other, mainly because it allows you to document your weight loss in stones and pounds, which is what people like myself, in the UK are used to. Love it!I love this app, I use it every day, very user friendly, clean layout. My one complaint is the trend line, I would like to turn it off, I have reached my goal weight and I am maintaining it but with just a deviation of a few hundred grams I go above the trend line and get a red arrow, which after a 25kg weight loss feels a bit mean. It should be nice to state to the app that you are in maintaining weight mode and give a buffer area of 1 or 2 kg that you are happy to stay in and that the trend line activates again if you weigh outside of that zone..Version: 6.2

Simple weight monitoring appI have been using the app for almost 4 months. Successfully loosing weight is a long process, especially for someone nearing 70. The app shows me daily that even through I have spikes, arrow keeps pointing down. We all need that encouragement. So far I have lost 18# and still have another dozen to go. Better than MFP for dataI downloaded this and initially didn’t care for it, but kept it. And I am GLAD I did!!! I love the way you can access the calendar to see when your weight has gone up or down. Best App!!Simplicity at it’s best. I love just tracking my goal by calories because the trend diets with all your efforts going tirelessly into recording everything you eat only to be shot down because while you got enough protein, you fail because you had too much sugar or too much sodium etc., you end up feeling like you failed and lose motivation. WE all who have tried other apps and trend diets know to lose weight it boils down to calories in, calories out and that is what matters! I could meet all my macro’s but if I took more calories in than I should I would not lose anything - calories are what matters, just choose smart calories and not empty calories and your on to where you want to be. TrendIt does not hide or suppress weight data when giving weight change history in past weeks or months. However with trends I do not understand the logic. I can have a downward trend and then gain weight and sometimes the downward trend will continue and sometimes not. It is the same for the upward trend. I wish that no matter how small the change in the opposite direction of the trend that the trend would reverse direction..Version: 9.0

Very useful app, great support!A really useful app. I just wanted a simple graph to track my weight loss, without complex exercise physiological data. This provides me with precisely that. I really like being able to see a suggested timeframe to reach my weight goal, if I adhere to my current diet and exercise. I fed in all my weights from 15th October to the present, but wondered what the calorie count meant. I sent my inquiry to the developers and within 24 hours received a sensible explanation. So this has further motivated me to achieve my goals. It might be interesting to be able to add a note with waist measurements, pulse and blood pressure but these are of less interest to me than my weight and dress size!
