GoodWould be better if you could choose length of rep for exercises. Would also be good if it had a 5 second countdown at the end of the Rep to push you through to the end..Version: 4.83

Loaded then deletedAm I missing something here? From the great reviews here, I thought there was a series of exercises to use free in this app. However, all I see is Vance, explaining about weight loss method sign no exercises - unless you buy the set if books contained with the video for dollars? Confused and surprised at such good reviews here, so have deleted this app. Not recommended..Version: 6.12

Turn off the crowd sound!!Please let me turn off that clapping sound effect at the end of the set. It's horrible and patronizing.Version: 4.76

Email spamI used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again. Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps. No thanks, there are plenty of others out there..Version: 6.45

Good workouts, bad ads and no planningThe workouts work-you feel the burn. However the App is badly planned, eg it doesn’t communicate effectively before a workout what equipment you need, etc. so I was left pausing and fumbling around to get something. The ads are SUPER intrusive and annoying. I hate when moneymaking is so important for people that your app becomes dysfunctional through ads!!.Version: 6.40

Could be betterAll and all its a good app for the price, but I wish it had the capacity to track your workouts better. There seems to be a few glitches where it will cut out the very end of a workout and not properly sync it with the health app. It would also be nice if it included exercises that targeted chest and back on the home page as well as provided you with a way to customize your workouts by naming them..Version: 6.12

UselessQuite literally only works upper abs for that section if your interested in just doing different kinds of crunches this is for you other than that it won’t help you..Version: 6.32

Ok but could be betterThis app really needs a way to modify the workouts. You can choose 10,20 or 30 mins but can’t choose the length of each exercise you are stuck at 20 x 1 min for the 20 minute session.Version: 6.12

It’s great but I few things I wish would changeThis app is amazing!! I do this everyday and it works perfectly! It’s a great quick workout if you haven’t exercised in a while. All though a few things I’d like to say, and change, is the calories you’ve burned isn’t accurate.. And the quality isn’t the best.. But, a few positive things I’d like to say is, that I like how it was a lot of options of different parts of your body to move. And it even has a timer! I hope they inprove and keep up the good work!.Version: 6.40

Nice variety but does not sync well.Nice variety of exercises, however it does not sync well with the Health app on the iPhone like some other workout apps do. It doesn’t show on the health app calendar that you worked out..Version: 6.21

So soOk, so several times I've hit pause & then gone to resume only to accidentally hit the home as its in the middle of the screen, please rethink this & there should be an option to resume for people that accidentally do this. I have to start again which is frustrating. I usually hit the pause button because the exercises occasionally require equipment that I don't have on hand, is there a way to have a little warning screen in front of these exercises? Or at the beginning of the tutorial have a list of items that will be required please.Version: 4.10

Sequence of exercises need to improveFirst time trying the app, I did the full workout and found the sequence very erratic. I‘m used to doing floor work in one sequence and then standing exercises in another sequence, not up and down off the floor constantly. It seems an inefficient use of time this way. Otherwise I found the exercises to be ggood..Version: 6.12

I’m not buying this twice!!!I have had this app, paid, for years. Started on kindle fire. It is always transferred to any device and I could just use my existing paid account. DOES NOT ALLOW THIS on my iPhone. They ask me to pay 10$ again. I can use my existing account on firestick. You’d have five stars if I didn’t have to pay twice as much! Not happening..Version: 4.83

Unesssecary UpdateI’ve been using this app for years and it used to be 5 stars. However the unnecessary update has a glitch and ruins my workout. Random click sounds play throughout the workout and it causes my radio app in the background to stop working - sort it out!!.Version: 5.00

Love the workoutsThis app’s workout are so easy and perfect for the less motivated or those that don’t know what to be doing. I love it. I think there should be a free trial of the paid version though, the pop ups, ads and web based iframes are so off putting and clunky/cheapening but I can’t tell if the paid version would address the dodgy iframes etc. Shame. I can see myself getting too frustrated with this after a week. If it were straight workouts within the app and no ads - I’d pay for this..Version: 6.31

Completely free but quite basicNo randomised or personal workout unless you pay quite a hefty price for the app. But not bad, if you want to do a longer workout I would advise choosing 10 mins and repeating it because 80s doing the same thing is pretty boring. Devs - settings don’t seem to work, e.g. rest period and end bell.Version: 6.47

Great workout app,Easy to use app with various workouts from five minutes long, got me moving again after back injury. Now do five minutes of the abdominal exercise every day. Deleted as they changed from real people to avatars. Preferred previous version, saved old version on phone..Version: 5.00

Needs something to itHi I was just going to give my opinion and if you read this you might even like my idea, I think that when it says how much calories you have lost it should automatically take that amount away from your own weight so you can see what you weigh without scales, so that's my opinion I think it's actually a great idea and you might even get more people getting your app if you take my opinion and use it.
