✓ Deleted most of my contactsComplete waste of time!!!! I downloaded this app then ran auto cleanup. After doing this i had 30 contacts left instead of 193. I restored from the backup (selected merge) and had 47, but still most contacts lost. Restored again and chose 'create new contacts' instead of merge.and I seemed to have my contacts back, but several versions of each. Am now going through manually on my macbook to delete the extra ones. This will take HOURS! I would avoid this app if I were you..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Be careful, it will delete address book entriesNeeded an app that would sort multiple entries. This app does that plus more. Deleted half my address book and couldn't restore from the backup file it created. Renamed numerous labels and left me with a muddle of unidentifiable numbers. Took hours to reenter information from business cards, and create new labels. Be careful if sync'ing with Outlook..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Doesn't Pick Up 80% Of My ContactsRan this manually in all 3 modes and automatically multiple times. For those contacts it found it worked fine but it simply doesn't see 80% of my contacts, including multiple duplicate entries. I love the quick bulk delete feature but the same thing happened here - it doesn't see most of the contacts so I don't get the option to delete them. ✓ Contact CleanI must have done something wrong because despite following the tech republic step by step guide, when I got it to do the auto clean it said it picked up over 1000 duplicates. I got it to fix those automatically, but when I went to "clean up contacts" it still says that around 600 entries have multiple entries so you have to merge each one, one by one. I think I'm just not very tech savy, but I don't think I've saved any time here..Version: 1.3

✓ Need to fix find and replaceNice app nice interface but find and replace crashes. When fixing a phone numbers area code to dial the long distance prefix the app crashes or I not using it right. Example find "(403)" and replace with " 1 (403)" crashes the app when telling the program to work even though the program recognizes it needed to fix 118 entries. I bought it for the find replace feature so fix that and I would give 5 stars.Version: 1.2
✓ TerribleDownloaded - followed directions to do back up before starting. Started cleaning process - the tool did get rid of duplicates but it didn't merge them and removed contacts that actually held the phone number field while leaving ones with just an e-mail address so I'm missing phone numbers for a ton of them. To top it off, the back up e-mail never made it to my inbox so now I'm hosed. Do not buy this..Version: 1.2

✓ TerribleUnfortunately, this app messed up my entire address book instead of fixing it. The merge function wants to combine many of my listings and even when I press "keep both" I still end up with a combined card. What's even worse is trying to restore from a backup. When using the backup that was created by the app, I lost all my "custom" information such as "children names" and "Siri info". I really wanted to like this app, but just using it one time caused me an hour's worth of frustration restoring my book back to its original state..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Some issues but very usefulAs some of noted, I too have an issue with the app not recognizing all my contacts or duplicates (even when the names are the same). But the app does allow me to go through my many contacts and quickly delete the ones I don't need anymore..Version: 1.6
✓ Major bugFirst I do like this app. Seems to work well, but..... It has a bug. It adds all the labels as extra labels i.e."home" "work" are listed twice, once for system defaults and then as custom labels. When using Siri, it doesn't recognize custom labels so when you have "home" set up Siri looks for home and can't find it because it is a custom label. It's really a bug with the phone system to allow a duplicate, but can be easily fixed by the app developers..Version: 1.1.1

✓ OopsUsed this on my iPhone to remove duplicates. Did a great job on the phone but then iCloud propagated the changes around and deleted records all over the place, including my Mac. These then got 'updated' back on to the iPhone and I lost loads of contacts. Even restoring from a back up has left iCloud hopelessly out of sync so my contact list is now a complete mess..Version: 1.3
✓ Crashes (still)Still no resolve. Unfortunately it crashes before reaching the end of its search (with batch setting selected) so will have to wait for next upgrade. Thumbs up to creating a backup.
