Great App. Great Value.I have used several lolo apps for several years. My favorite is Tabata Kettlebells. They keep improving each app. They are extreming good at designing progressions which can trully train a beginner yet still tax an advanced athlete. Great,easy app to run.I am very happy with the abs app. This is my second lolo app and I would highly recommend it for anyone at any level of fitness. For the beginner, you can do 3 min bouts which keep your interest and have a lot if variety. I really like the choice to count by time instead of reps because you can try to go as fast as you can and each exercise only lasts a few seconds. If you have workout equipment, the app will use that information to customize exercises, so I expect a lot of variety as I use it more. Overall, I liked the Choices you can make and the variety of exercises it gives you to do each session..Version: 1.4.1

Awesome purchase!!I've really enjoyed this app so far. I'm a full time student and it's hard to set aside time to work out. It's easier knowing you're going to get in some hard core exercise thats only for 5-8 minutes. After the first day I was sore. On my third day and I'm still sore. I know it's called "easy abs" , but it'd be nice if they added in some glut or thigh exercises to mix it up. I had to download an entirely different app to work out my gluts. Over weight 32yr old has an aching stomach!This app is great. I really like it and in only 3 minutes I get worn out but it keeps you wanting to do it again the next day. I am not very disciplined when it comes to exercise but this is quite motivational and just long enough for me to get back into it. Fully adjustable workout length and difficulty. Would like to be shown a demo of each exercise before the start though. Having said that when you have done it a couple of times you remember the exercise anyway. I love it after signing up for lolo connectI was getting sick of just doing 8 minute abs so this was appealing. Initially it was a little repetitive (but I think thats because I was on intermediate, advanced seems to unlock more variety). After signing up for lolo connect and getting the extra 25 exercises I'm very happy. Brilliant!As a long time sufferer of M.E. and now in the early recovery stages, I have tried many types of exercise and fitness games that just pushed me too hard, and I paid for it in the following days. I saw this app, and thought it sounded really great - even though there were no reviews at the time, I thought I'd take a chance and see what it was like. I'm so glad I did! I do the 3 min routine which is PERFECT for me until I build my muscles back up. And boy do you feel your muscles working! I couldn't believe how easy and enjoyable I found it. The trainers voice is encouraging, and positive as well as helpful! I wish there was slightly more of a pause in between each step (although you can pause it yourself) and a quick demo would be great before the exercise being done for the first time. Good ab workout, but ...... it does have a few flaws in my opinion. First, many of the videos demonstrating a particular exercise does not match the coinciding narrative describing the exercise. Next, the pace of some exercises at higher intensity settings are unrealistic while maintaining good form ( the creators might try this app for themselves!) Brilliant work out helperReally simple app that builds a work out based on you and then shows you how to do it with cool little videos. My only problem is that is beings counting time/reps immediately, before you've even had a chance to see the exercise; you'll see what I mean. Overall a good appI like using this. The exercises are easy as far as you can do them anywhere using only your body or add equipment if you choose. Only issue I have run into is some kind of glitch with the volume control. I often keep my phone on silent and when I turn the volume back on it can be difficult to get the coaching audio to play even though the app sound effects are active. Anyway other than that this app is solid. I should note I haven't tried the beat sync music integration yet so no opinion on that either way..Version: 1.0.0

4 1/2Definitely love this app, it gives me a quick ab set without having me think about it, so I can commit in a short burst of time an fit it in when I need to in the mornings. Be aware that the time of the workout is the amount during exercise, so allow time for rest beaten sets ( ten minute workout is more like 12-14 depending on set). Only thing I noticed that is frustrating is that certain sets count faster than what can physically be done in, or the time counts down faster than actual time. It all works out in the end, and I'm happy with the results thus far, I'd definitely keep with this app, and recommend it to my buddies and family.Version: 1.1.1

Great and to the pointThis app really gets you moving with no fussing around. The 3 minute workouts seem short but because you don't stop between each exercise you get the most out of the time. Saying all that...It would be nice to see the exercise being done before it starts. If you only do 5 reps and it takes 2 reps to figure out what your meant to be doing you don't get as much out of it. Either less exercises and more reps/secs in each or even a quick explanation before you start would make this much better. Good for workouts at home or the gymThis app is great to provide a variety of exercises for working on the abs. I like how it also has exercises to strengthen the back as well. Best Ab App Out ThereI have tried several ab apps to try and fit in a quick workout. This one does everything the others did not. At $1.99 its a steal. Love the fact that I can swap exercises if I prefer one to another and have exercise choices based on apparatus I have at my disposal. Good workout appThere are options for intensity, length of workout and which equipment I have. I really enjoy using the Lolo workout apps, they have helped this beginner move to intermediate. I can see the results. In fact, between this app and the Nike app, I was able to keep up with my husband when we started the Insanity workout. Even though I have more equipment available, the app does tend to rely on the same exercises over and over. Mostly crunches even though there are many ways to work on your abs without crunches. I have a Bosu ball and the app never selects an exercise using it. The usual equipment used are resistance bands and a stability ball. Otherwise it's generally some form of a crunch. Finally, if you play music during the workout, sometimes the app keeps counting reps, the music is playing and a third soundtrack comes on giving instructions. None of the other sounds are lowered so it all comes out as a muddle..Version: 1.4.1

6 Pack on the WayAwesome app, great routines for everyday ab workout. Combine with 7 minute workout app and have great 15 minute workout for when travelling you can even do in hotel room if no gym.
