✓ ReviewPlayed the game quite a few times now. Could be a lot better the swipe is terrible and that's being nice. You can swipe up and the keeper will dive to the left or right. And sometimes you can swipe and it just doesn't respond. This game would be better with actual dive buttons so all you have to do is press 1 of maybe 5 buttons and the keeper dives. ✓ Feels like half a gameI love flick kick football (need Everton!) and pikpok in general, but this game disappoints. If I miss the save but it hits the post, why is that a strike? Why doesn't the goalie ever catch a ball? And the movement is so limited, it ultimately gets boring. In FK Football there are many ways to score, in this once you move your finger it's over. If these were PKs I'd understand that, but they're not. I want to be able to move the goalie around more. Oh, and the ads are really annoying. ✓ Good idea but very poorly executedIt's a good idea but they simply fail in execution. It's a simple game but it lags way too much to be fun. The keeper is slow and often unresponsive to swipes. It's funny, and frustrating, to see the keeper jump after the ball is already in the net, or jut stands there and not move at all after you swipe. He would also sometimes jump in the wrong way, if you swipe down he will jump high instead. Even the kicker and the ball often freezes. I suspect the reason it's slow is because it's busy loading the banner ad during the game. Talking about ads, there are just way way way too much of them, not only there is the ad banner during the game, it also shows an ad every time after a game finishes. I think most of the energy has gone into how to display more ads than how to make the game better. Just glad that I didn't pay for the game..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Limited and full of adsThere is advertisement during 100% of the play along on the bottom of the screen. If that wasn't enough, there's a video ad when you complete a game. I know it's a free app but that's a bit ridiculous. The game itself is not compelling in any fashion. I so wanted to like this as I really dig their Flick Kick Football but I'm more keeper at heart than striker. The keeper movements are sluggish and rudimentary. There is only one "game" to play. Flick Kick Football has 4 different games. The only cool thing about the game is the song that plays while you're in the menus..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Great game but touch response is let downIt has potential but there are issue with touch. When you trying to tap on the direction, it usually failed to save toward the direction you want the goalkeeper to move to. There should be an option where you can switch the flashing direction off because it distracting where the ball is going to. ✓ Good Start But.....The aesthetics are great, the motion and movement feel real enough but, at least on my device ,ipad 2, the controls are not accurate. You touch on a place for the goalie to target to block the shot and he often goes to the opposite side nor nowhere near where you touch. ✓ Really buggy, needs work.This is a very entertaining highly addictive game. The addictive part comes with a caveat. The game is extremely buggy. Sometimes you swipe right and the player goes left. Sometimes the goalie jumps on his own and theres nothing you can do. Because of these issues a highly addictive game quickly becomes highly frustrating. The reaction time isn't all that good, and the goalkeeper doesn't always dive the way you direct him to. Also, other PikPok games have been much more diverse - they've included various game modes. Try to be creative with this one too! Heck, you could even somehow join Flick Kick Football and this together for an online mode - one player is the shooter, other is the keeper! ✓ Good, but improvements neededFor a Pik Pok game, I expected more. 1.) Why isn't there a paid version of the game with more scenarios? I'd like to see a scenario that's shot after shot without the 4ish seconds in between shots. 2.) Unlike the other soccer/football game they have, if you miss (concede a goal) with one life remaining, you lose the game. I don't like how it's not the same across games that they make. 3.) The game can lag, which may or may not be attributed to ads loading (my paid version of their Flick Kick game lags too). This sometimes leads to conceding goals. Awesome. Also, the adds are a little obstructive on an iPhone-sized screen. 4.) I've had shots go through my goalkeeper when it should have been a save. Also, I've blocked shots that have gone into the next. For such simple game mechanics (binary outcomes: you save or you don't) this is a little weird. 5.) From some angles, you can't tell where the shot is going (middle or side) and you have a 50% chance of missing when diving for the ball. 6.) As others have said below, sometimes the goalie doesn't respond to my swipe. Womp womp. 7.) The defenders aren't really that useful, and sometimes they take up to 10 or more shots to be effective. ✓ So much potential... But so poorly executed...The game could be great. It's a reaction game, which is addictive. But it is frighteningly unresponsive... And has some weir design choices... You'll try to dive high left, but your keeper will dive low right. Other times he just won't move. There is a radar to give you a clue about where to dive, but no option to turn if off! Some low shots just cant be saved without guessing and diving before the shot... It is unforgivable in a game where you have three lives, to be given a coin flip shot! I have clocked it, and dived the moment a shot is taken (guessing the direction to remove reaction time) and STILL not managed to reach and save certain shots... That along with how sensitively it looks for swipes (causing inadvertent jumps the wrong direction) has cost me some high scores. Great concept, madly frustrating. ✓ Needs FixingThe concept is great, but the execution is lacking. The keeper doesn't always move in the direction you intend and your chances of stopping low shots is minimal. Giving you only 3 lives is ridiculous. Every minute your starting the game again and being asked to spend money again. Why can't I play the game until I am tired of playing? The physics of the game are not accurate. Shooting the ball & passing the ball does not always give you the results you expected. When the opposition is shooting a note on the screen tells you to stop the shot however, there does not seem to be any way to make that happen..Version: 1.2

✓ Miss the ORIGINAL versionI miss the original PHRASES that would pop up, when the goalie would block the ball. They were clearly British phrases, but being american, it made it more fun to hear something different. I also don't like that the goalie clearly blocks a ball but it gets this "MAGICAL" bounce, momentum & redirection to bounce back into the goal for the score.Version: 1.2
