Accor hotelsReally like staying with Accor as there is such a great range of hotels to stay in all over the world. There are some great deals and beautiful places to stay. It’s nice to know what your hotel room will be like before you stay and there are not disasters. Their hotel rooms can fit everyone’s purse from the cheapest to the most expensive. Your purse you choose. Your type of holiday can reflect which style of hotel you use, on a sliding scale from one night on the road to pure luxury..Version: 10.10.2

Easy to useAlthough you can register for the rewards scheme, the app doesn’t completely enter you in to it. This meant I couldn’t complete my payment without an error popping up. When I logged in via the website, in my account I had to complete the process of joining the rewards scheme. I was then able to check out successfully on the app..Version: 12.74.1

Sofritel Darling Harbour SydneyWe had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Darling Harbour over the weekend We were totally spoilt and upgraded to a harbour view room along with using the incredible scenic members facilities with breathtaking views .. Terrible appSurprised how not helpful this app is. Difficult to find out how to report missing points (which happens a lot), can’t modify easily, doesn’t update personal details and no obvious check-in even though I get emails saying to check in..Version: 12.76.0

App does no work on IPadThe app is fine providing you only want to book one night stays. If you try & book two or more nights, when you put in the departure date, it changes the arrival date. As such, the only way to put in a departure date is to go to confirm the room details & the departure date defaults to the day after the arrival date!.Version: 10.2.2

Inconsistent and buggy appThis app randomly locks you out for days at a time, irrespective of entering the correct password details, is incredibly buggy when you can access it (future bookings regularly vanish from the “trips” section). Payment by stored cards is a mystery tour - it seems incapable of storing your payment details. Such woefully inconsistent and unreliable app performance for such a big chain. Several times I’ve just given up on this useless app and booked an alternative hotel with another chain that cares enough to invest in its IT infrastructure. Clunky website clunky appThis website and the app are both slow to load, difficult to navigate and troublesome to execute important bookings. Many times in the past I have had to resort to a phone call to create bookings and manage existing ones. That is if my existing ones appear. It’s not user friendly especially when using on a iPhone. There are also many things you can not do on the app, like modify a booking. So easy to useI’d already booked 1 hotel for our France 22 family road trip and logging into the app showed that existing booking. It’s so easy to search for others along our route and rates are good too. There’s plenty of choice across their hotel brands and we found a few with pools. It saves your details so adding extra trips is easy. I also like the “bookings” tab to see them all in one place and you can collapse the details so just the dates appear. I just wish I’d found it before my wife had booked another trip in her name. Will def use this again..Version: 12.63.1

Accor makes doing business with them hardThis app is extremely clunky , I have not had any positive experiences with the app and find it frustrating to use . I have recently tried to use to book a hotel using points it took several goes over a number of days to be able to secure a booking . I am very disappointed as I have had very positive experiences with the Accor group and am disappointed at something that should be very easy to access ..Version: 12.7.1

Too difficult to view availability of complimentary nightsI find it ridiculously difficult to search for options of where & when I can use my complimentary nights. There should be the ability to view a calendar which shows a week or month at a time of which nights are available - as the old online booking system did years ago. Grand Mercury The Hills Lodge,SydneyAbsolutely lovely place. Would stay here again. Arrived early at 10 am and my room wasn’t ready of course but the receptionist had a room she said I could have, not the room I was going to stay in as that wouldn’t be ready til 1pm and I had a concert to attend from midday at Bella Vista Farm. My first 5 star weekI have been here at the Pullman for one whole week now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. My room is comfortable and cozy with all the extra touches of flowers,sparkling water and extra pillows. The staff at the desk goes out of their way to help me find my way around the city, The hotel... and even the train station whenever I have a question. They have help me print out tickets and are very friendly. My room staff is also very attentive when I need anything from an extra pillow or silverware , extra coat hangers More coffee, help figuring out the washing machine. Traveling to another country can be challenging in the beginning and I feel very welcome here and taken care of. I can’t say enough about the entire team and look forward to my extended stay. App is great but one feature bugBookings!! If you go to hit amend or cancel is doesn’t recognize your reservation and have to type your surname and reservations number. FrustratedI emailed Accor numerous times to advise the App is showing me as a classic member but I’m a silver, none of my bookings or points show. They assured me ny membership was silver and basically told me to check I was logging on correctly🙄they also said reinstall the app but no luck. Fabulous stay!!!!This is an incredible hotel. We fell in love with Gracie and Carlie. We wish it wasn’t so hot out so we could take them for a walk. Loving the Accor ClubI love the Accor Club collection hotels! Started with Roxy Mercure in Singapore. May be a tad far from Orchard Road but it has its own attraction. Clean hotel. Excellent location facing the sea. And East Coast Park is perfect for night stroll. Used my points for stay at Sofitel JBR in Dubai. Again, I love the ambiance there. Highly recommended! StyringI stay in the Jeddah Novotel quite often and there is nearly always an issue having points added to my membership account, to which the hotel is made aware. Great but not always working correctlyI love this app and it makes things so much easier with travelling. I have noticed on a few occasions the app does not work correctly and nearly made a double booking as I booked a stay and it did not appear on my future stays or didn’t receive confirmation email but thought I would wait 24hrs and lucky appeared before arriving at the hotel. Wow! Highly recommend this hotelMy husband and I spent two nights at the Madeley hotel, Telford in August and can highly recommend this hotel. So much so we intend to visit again soon. The staff are so polite and friendly and work extremely hard to make sure you are happy. Nina on reception was exceptional both on our arrival and on departure at a very busy time in the hotel, as there were weddings on both Saturday and Sunday. The hotel is amazing especially if you are into historical buildings as I am. The grounds are beautiful and don’t forget to check out the weather vane..... There is A4 information sheet with some details about the history of the hotel which could probably be turned into a booklet. We can’t wait to make a return visit!.Version: 10.4

Heathrow Novotel connection a jokeTerminal 4 to Heathrow Novotel Terminal 1,2,3 website says a shuttle is available. Said shuttle was an hour wait & not clearly signed. On arriving at Novotel Terminal 1,2,3 I’m told it is the incorrect hotel & my booking is with the ‘new’ Novotel. No street name on my booking so local taxis had no idea. Accor app had wiped My Trips & Accor don’t run any dedicated shuttles between their Heathrow airport hotels so now waited for a second taxi to the ‘new’ hotel. For a hotel that advertises it is close to terminals (statement stretching the truth levels after a 10 minute taxi ride). After a 24 hour flight none of the faff is appreciated. Won’t be booking Accor at Heathrow again & I’m currently an Accor member that’s how frustrated the experience has been..Version: 10.6.1

Update not as convenient to useI agree with other reviewers, the upgrade in December 2019 from Accor app to ALL app HD made it more difficult to use. The interface looks more sleek and streamlined, but searching and sorting are not as convenient. And there is now no option to book multiple rooms. Thanks fabulous stayWe had THE best time at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. From the first we were treated incredibly. The staff made our 25th anniversary very very special. Everyone knew our name. Everyone genuinely cared about us, where we were from etc. the food was superb and the views, lake, trails and surrounding area tremendous. The Fairmont group is by far our favorite group. Getting the run aroundI’m new to Accor Plus. Not able to book my free night stay as they didn’t recognise my member number. Can’t contact Accor Plus by phone as long weekend. Wrote email. Won’t get a response for 24 hours. Ended up booking at regular discounted two night stay. Got a confirmation number. Then was rung up and told they were fully booked on the Friday night. Incorrect stay info displayed in booking detailsUnable to find a way to report an issue in the app or website, I have to report it as a review. I noticed that for my upcoming booking stays will show the incorrect checkin and checkout day when viewing details of the booking. It’s offset by one day. Perhaps a time zone issue? Great app - small butI am very happy with Accor, especially the Accor Plus membership. The one thing I’d really really like changed is that the app would default to 2 guests when booking a room. Accor All app- Best option to Book with.This is the first time I’ve used this particular app to book my accommodation. I have the app more for my organisation of accommodation bookings. I must say it is by far the most easiest out of all the options. I found the website very confusing and overloaded with unnecessary information. The Heartiest All app is my usual choice but again so much unnecessary information, plus it never works. So today that lead me to book my accommodation with the Accor ALl App. It was easy, simple and allowed me to book with Heartiest. Now that I’ve discovered this, it will assist in making my bookings easier. I recommend to anyone booking with Accor to do so this way..Version: 13.3.1

Good but customisable features neededThe app is pretty good, easy to select properties, find costs and book. Had to keep putting in the kids ages. Should default to a profile. Not happy that we couldn’t book a large room for the family despite the room having 2 king size beds listed in the app. Our eldest is now 12 and considered an adult. This means we needed two rooms, splitting the family and having an additional unnecessary expense. I don’t know if it was the app or the room available. This wasn’t easily understood. Also I saw a price I was happy with and when I clicked to book the costs went up. I assume because demand did but I felt cheated this happened during the process. Easy to use and members’ Benefits are automatically appliedI wanted to extend my stay in one of the accor hotels for a few more days, and then i asked the front desk for pricing, and she mentioned that she can only give 10% if I order directly from the system, but if i use the app i will get more because the Accor silver benefit can be applied directly there. So i did, and i received 20% discount. So if you are members of accor, use the app with confidence.Version: 10.6.1

My go to app and loyalty programEven before I reached platform status, I’ve treated wonderfully by the accor hotels I stayed at in Bangkok. Special shout out to the Novotel on Sukhumvit 20. Those guys literally make me feel like home every so gle stay. The app is awesome and intuitive. It gives me the best price so I don’t need to be bothered with others unless I want to go outside of accor system.Version: 12.37.2

New ALL app is rubbish compared to previousClunky user interface Booking takes much longer No way to filter hotels by distance etc Features are less than previous version. Graphics and UI look dated Crashes continuously Any integration with points/ rewards etc diverts to French language!!! Why change?...when you had was previously was very good. Developers please refer to previous app and at the very least provide as a minimum the feature set we had previously. Accor management please consider this request seriously. Stylish AppWe have stayed in the Accor Novotel, York hotel on a couple of occasions and would highly recommend it. The staff are well trained and go the extra mile to ensure you have a warm and wonderful experience. The app gives you the same feeling. It is easy to move around on it and find the area required. Not as good as old appThis app is much less user friendly It doesn’t remember my details so I get to the end of the booking and it asks me to log in .... so I repeat the whole process again Why do I have to log into the app each time?????.Version: 12.17.1

Almost there...Would be great to be able to change dates after selecting property or even after selecting room. If I want to check how much it would cost to extend my stay, I have to go back right at the beginning. On the bright side: you can use a Revolut or N26 and have pre-payment made in local currency. The new design app is not fit for purposeThis new app does not let you input promotional codes when booking or searching for rooms. It does not let you book more than one room at a time and the currency keeps changing back to euro each time I change it back to GBP. The old app was much more user friendly and easy to use! It’s not working for meThis new app update is awful. 1 hour ago I did not have any issues trying to book my hotel room, since the update was done most options show hotel rooms are not available. Hard to believe. There is no information or contact details of customer services in case I need to contact them. And why the prices are shown in euros ???? I need them in pounds.Version: 12.0.1

Great application and great serviceI am with Accrohotels for more than 5 years. This is a great system. I used to book a hotel through Accrohotels and made a mistake in date of booking. The booking was non refundable, hovered I wrote email to Accrohotels and asked to re-book the same hotel for one day later. They DID it to me. Thank you very much for such a great service- I am your loyal costumer!!! I recommend the Accrohotels to all travelled who wish to be sure that this structure really will support your traveling needs..Version: 10.10.2

Missing reservationsI am only able to see the next 2 reservations in the bookings section. That was fine when I only had 2, but I now have more and can only see the next 2. How am I supposed to know what other reservations I have and how am I supposed to modify or cancel them should I wish to do so? I can easily see all my past reservations, so it shouldn’t be hard to show my current ones. Very poor..Version: 13.9.1

New Accor group AppThe new app looks great but it functions poorly. There is no easy way to enter discount or travel industry codes like the old app. The “cookies t&c’s” warning gets stuck so on a small mobile device you cannot execute some functions. Turn off the Stay PlusApp defaults to stay plus turned on, and then have to go into each property/room type to turn it off to see the room rate..is painful and many complaints about it on Facebook as well... Great serviceWe travel quite a bit and stay with this group of hotels, and we have two well-behaved whippet dogs with us. They all seem very accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough and they are very well priced to. We always look forward to our stay with these hotels..Version: 12.74.1

A hotel to meet every requirementUsing the Accor app I was confident that I could book and track our travel needs including on line check in managed late arrival and fast check out. The booking bit is overwhelmed by the big photo’sJust tried to book, and it’s not immediately obvious how you can, the big photo’s of destinations for example didn’t include Ghent which I was looking for, and a little frustrating trying to find it!.Version: 10.9.1

Still Needs WorkApp still requires work to bring up to a high standard that you would expect from Accor Hotels. Would be good if they actually paid attention to all reviews and feedback. Useless appThe new app doesn’t allow to see the photos on a full screen on the iPad. It’s difficult to see the place when you only get the top few cms of each picture. Also, you can’t unselect the free night at the start of the search so the hotels can’t be compared by price. I haven’t yet found out how to use my points when booking either. Go back to the old Accor app and save us all the frustration..Version: 12.7.1

Previous/Cancelled Bookings need to be updatedThe updates have been getting better and better, and this App is almost back to the level of the previous Accor App before it was retired! The most recent change I noticed has been with the bookings, and instead of seeing the future, past and cancelled bookings separately, the past and cancelled have been combined. Please stop this! The new future bookings function is great, but need to be able to see past bookings separate to cancelled bookings. Would really appreciate this to be fixed ASAP..Version: 12.74.1

App update is a failThe previous version worked really well. Easy to use and effective. As a platinum Accor member I used it a lot. The “upgrade” is less functionally rich in ways that to me are frustrating; no tracking of points to renew or achieve next level stays, can’t enlarge photos when viewing hotel, can’t see full range of hotel facilities any more. You took something perfectly fine and messed it up. I don’t even like the new look. Duh!.Version: 12.0.1

I have stayed 2 times at the Ibis Style HeathrowAll I can say is I have always been looked after extremely well. Good nights sleep, food is adequate and the staff are supper friendly. AwfulThe Accor site is the worst accommodation site ever. It used to be a fabulous site to use then when it all changed a year or so ago it became to difficult. You can no longer select a reservation and view or amend, you have to enter the reservation number. Modifying a booking is also never an option, it’s cancel and rebook. You can’t have a different number of people across multiple rooms and there are so many non refundable options it is just ridiculous, especially during COVID. Overall, the experience is difficult, expensive and just hard work. Nothing easy about it. Oh, and don’t think it’s easier to call the reservations number, even worse, they were rude unhelpful and had zero knowledge of anything whatsoever..Version: 12.37.2

Excellent hotels in one appAs i am frequent traveler I tried many hotel group, but now after many years decided to be with Accor , they have various hotels around the world further they provide great customer service , Simply A+.Version: 12.7.1
