✓ PowerfulI love all of Glenn's solfeggio apps, but I found this one to be especially powerful. Perhaps I have a lot of emotional blocks to release. I welcome the positive affirmations and find myself repeating them in challenging situations. I listen to the Sleep Well app each night (I have chronic insomnia and anxiety and it's the only thing that relaxes me enough to get some sleep). Overall, I have seen about 50% improvement in my sleep in the past month. I also listen to a solfeggio app every day so I can face the day with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Glenn Harrold products. The sound is high quality and his delivery is very smooth and compassionate..Version: 1.0

✓ Love it!Hi there! Of course like everybody else I'd lost the apps after I updated the iOS 8. I deleted them from my phone in the hopes that I would be able to download them again and that would work. I only found one frequency and I am sure that the reason is because you're working on the other ones. Is there anyway that I can be notified when the other ones are available? (hoping that by writing this interview you have access to my information?) also I've been listening to Solfeggio frequencies for a while from other artists and after a while I noticed that there are nine frequencies in total? Maybe 6 originals. Do you think you're going to make more available in the near future? ✓ Life ChangingThis app has changed my life. I have used it every night for the last 12 days. I have seen so much change in such a short timeframe. I use a few other apps from Glenn in the morning (Unleash Your Full Potential, Live Your Life to The Full and Meditation to Inner Wisdom), but this app has completely changed certain behaviors. After a few nighttime sessions with this app an ingrained laziness started to disappear; I still have a long way to go, but the change in my energy is noticeable. Everyday I sit & listen to one of these Solfeggio Scales & I can assure you that you will benefit greatly practicing these on a daily basis. Or when you can. I feel like a different person, that's because I am. Think differently,I am healthy, I feel loving towards myself & others. The sounds make you feel so loved & warm it's so divine, a spiritual haven for your soul to be soothed & release old beliefs, thought patterns, feelings etc in such a safe way. ✓ Great But Gets DistractingThis app is effective and works great (relaxing and good hypnosis results), but I wish they would put more focus on the actual solfeggio tone because you can hardly hear it. I would recommend some improvements. Basically, there's way too much going on. Instruments, chants, etc. In a perfect hypnosis session, less is more. Since the point is the solfeggio, all of the other things tend to get distracting. Still, the app is very well done and I've already bought several versions even though my tolerance for the chanting disruption is slowly wearing thin. Also, it would be helpful to know what the actual chant is. It somewhat sounds like Om Mane Padme Hum, but there isn't a translation provided in the info section. If I'm going to meditate on a chant, it's important for me to know its origins and what it signifies..Version: 1.0
