This is a fantastic App the eBook that comes with it is very educational and actually works, The audio has such superior quality along with very relaxing backing effects. I used this for the first time last night and I had never felt so relaxed and free of reality troubles. The voice is so peaceful and certainly works well for this kind of stuff. I would definitely highly recommend this app and another app that I have which is excellent called Instant Sleep by Glenn Harrold..Version: 0

✓ 5 years ... live by these appsLive by these apps. My husband and I listen to these every night. Really helps us get a good night sleep. Even when we go camping. I think and believe we have conditioned our dogs to cut their anxiety in half at night. Was a horrible tummy and right side sleeper. Now going on 2 years as a back sleeper. ✓ UhgThe way this guy speaks is ridiculous. Self hypnosis is something Ive done a lot of and it really works, but the guy that voices this app sounds like he's treating it like a cheap magic trick. I gave it four stars because it does what it says in the description, and it comes with a book which is nice.
