✓ Great companies, great platform, need csI’ve been and have alibaba as a go to for getting affordable prices on certain products that are crucial in getting those products at certain prices but I only have one issue: customer service for platform itself. They only have “chat” and no direct contact method for calling or speaking with them if any such problems arise and yes I’m speaking from my own experience, problem☝️ ; that when I couldn’t get this resolved bc “chat” seemed to always greet you nicely, asked what issue you were having and then to be placed on hold while checking the order/requisition number at hand then comes back with answers obviously read from screen in front of them. They didn’t seem to have any pre knowledge of the issue or that I have had directly related recent experiences for the same reason and talked or “chatted” to numerous agents before them? I had to go through hoops and was very very disappointed with such great companies to do business with and a great b2b platform, that there was no assurance that your problem could be resolved and a small business needs certainty especially when it uses important man hours to acquire and source the product. Trade assurance will always support the seller not the buyer. Invoicing descriptions are very vague and poor - often a description will contain a minor error which could easily be overlooked but product will arrive with error and because you accepted description you have no recourse. Check everything twice before accepting a shipment and then check it twice again in “every” detail. Keep records of what you are ordering and tell them in detail what you are expecting. Once the “trade guarantee” expires you have “no” records. Make sure sellers don’t close order before you have inspected goods -“very carefully”. And count “everything” twice. If you have paid to make a tool or mold make sure you get that too. Otherwise they will loose it and you will have to pay again without recourse..Version: 7.60.0
