✓ Delay typing in itemsThis has been going on for a long time with no resolve. Basically when you type in your items, there’s delay of each letter typing it in. Enough to be irritating. I have no issue with other apps or on my phone with that except this Pavillions App. I put in at different hours so it’s not high traffic of others doing it. ✓ SubstitutionsI would have given you five stars but for what I see is a serious defect in your online service. I have never found a way to instruct the shopper not to make substitutions on ANYTHING. It looks to me like you have to go item by item, and say no substitutions, no substitutions, no substitutions. If I buy 39 items that is really cumbersome. Also, shoppers should be aware that “choice” it’s not the same as “prime”, “frozen hot chicken wings” are not the same as “uncooked chicken wings”, “coke” is not the same as “DIET coke”. You get my point! I love the convenience of your service and generally the shoppers and the deliverers do a great job! Thank you!.Version: 2023.12.0
