✓ Fun while one learns!Played on iPad 1 which is not as sophisticated as later versions of iPads but I am really learning to read those notes, which is the whole jest of this game. No music background, just a novice learning to read musical notes. Good clean learning..23and58Version: 1.0

✓ Why not see AND hear?Memorizing the position of notes on the clef is fine, as far as it goes — but why not reinforce that by sounding the note for each correct choice? Not all learning is visual, and Treble Cat’s failure to associate written notes with their sounds is a disappointing failure..NeverTheNoneTheLessVersion: 2.2

✓ Ruined a Good ThingMy music students have loved this app over the years. But now, everything they liked about it is gone - the bright colors, cool music in different styles. ✓ OkIt helped me to learn what the notes are called, but there is definitely room for improvement. The tap targets are fairly hard to hit, and when notes go at different speeds and overlap, it can be impossible to get a correct answer. This game is probably not usable by kids with motor skills delays. It would also be a lot better if the notes played the notes that they are when you hit them. ✓ Piano teacher reviewI really like the concept behind the app. However, I gave it three stars because most of my students would not be able to use it because the notes move too fast for younger children. I will give this a 5 star rating and use it in my studio if they create an update with notes that move slower across the screen and make a staff with larger notes.
