✓ Used to be greatUsed to be fast to enter info and label pics, now too many questions, utility’s questions are too long on an occupied property, no uniformity in pics never know how many of each you need, what is posting pic when occupied? I used to prefer this app but EZ is now easier to use and I use both..Version: 5.3.0
✓ GarbageToo much depends on who loads properties They’re obviously copying from templates, but NOBODY CHECKS the templates for relevance and accuracy. ✓ Newest version still has bugs...The update was good and has some positive elements - I like that it will stay open to where you left off instead of timing out and returning to the homepage; photo labeling is much easier now with a single tap and auto return... But... The crash glitch STILL happens. It is less frequent but it will still happen fairly often with active use - less so with sporadic/lower volume use. I haven't encountered any freezing during photo taking with the update, but the camera in app has a noticeable lag now which did not exist before - lots of blurred images and fingers in photos from delayed capture... Please also bring back some form of visual shutter during camera mode. The slight blink is not obvious enough and makes it difficult to discern whether or not a photo was captured during continuous use with sound muted..Version: 3.0.0
✓ IssuesTrouble seeing photos while labeling, required photos list is separated and not together at the top of list. Steps to finish orders seems difficult considering changing pages(screens) has to happen. No indicator to show order has been fulfilled to clients satisfaction..Version: 5.0.1
✓ UselessI've used this app for 2 plus years. Every month it has more and more bugs Issues Photos - delayed focus can take up to 22 sec to focus With 8 to 100 photos taken per inspection this wastes a ton of time. I'd like to watch my kids grow up instead of wasting an hour for camera to focus. Please don't make excuses that it's Apples fault. I use two other inspection apps this never append on. Validation failure - I love wasting hours filling out 100+ questions for a vacant only to have the form not save and have to refill out all the questions again. If have to talk to my family if it wasn't for the mumbling curses I'm calling down the multiple times this happens per day. 50% of inspections are vacants and this just is the worst. Must be Apples fault. Random App shutdown- Want to download your work that comes in? Let's randomly crash the app again repeatedly so you can't. I can't even go on with this review as I am giving too much time that I need to enter inspections with this hot mess of an app.Version: 3.5.1

✓ Worthless and pointlessThis app is poorly designed as expected. Too many screens too many steps. Inspectors are paid and treated like dogs and apps like this make it even worse. Too many redundant questions. Not worth $30 when so few people in the I dusty use and it and clearly the developers don’t care about the end user and have put zero thought into how this app is used..Version: 4.2.10
✓ Route FAILThe new route section of this app is seriously deficient. It does not interface with the map/directions feature - failing to provide with a map or directions to the property in every case. Once all properties in a route have been completed, the app crashes every time you click on a route. I hope you can fix these errors soon. I will not use the route option until a new release of this app is available. Makes me wonder if you any q/a process to test the app before release..Version: 3.3.0

✓ Not User FriendlyCamera button on Top is absolutely incoherent and it disappears when my I-phone maps are actively running. Constantly crashing while toggling between maps and InspectorAde. Inability to move photos from on work order to another is abhorrent. Lastly, a function should exist to swipe through an entire album of photos for a particular order. ✓ InspectorToo many useless questions that take too muck time. The checkin is a waste of time. EZ inspections much better and you dint have to spend hours answering useless questions. I mean asking about a water heater 3 times , give me a break.Version: 4.3.0
✓ Can not send to computerI find it difficult to answer all the questions and label the photos on the phone , i prefer to do my work on the computer , but this app does not allow you to do that , all work must be done on the phone . ✓ Needs a serious updateFirst of all this when you select an address you cannot select any photos from your library, your forced to use the camera with in the app. Second of all lets say you take photos for an address yet you put it on the wrong address, there is no option to move the photos. Third is that it logs out way to fast if your away from the app. And finally this app hasn't been updated since the 14th of August! So there is no support for iPhone 5 or anything new. I cannot believe I paid $30 for such an incomplete app, I am highly dissatisfied..Version: 1.8

✓ Buyer BewareThe issues of constant camera crashes, forms not saving, buttons disappearing/not working etc etc have persisted for nearly a year now. The latest excuse given is that it's Apples fault. This app was good, now it's absolute garbage and IA makes no apologies and accepts no responsibility even though it's their product. Perhaps it's time for the complaints to start going to the BBB, your state AG and or Apple. To say the least charging $30 for something that simply does not work, isn't stable and puts you in dangerous situations is questionable. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!.Version: 2.4.2

✓ Many improvements needed.I've only been using this app for a few months and there are so many bad issues. It will crash as I am taking photos which can be a huge issue if I am at a house with grumpy occupants. Sometimes it doesn't upload the inspections so I end up having to come home and do it manually. ✓ Makes work inconvenientFirst off, the interface is incredibly clunky. The button layout is not intuitive. There should be an ability to move pictures or import them from a camera roll. But, the most aggravating thing is that it crashes CONSTANTLY. It crashes when taking pictures, it crashes when you fill out forms, and crashes when you upload your completed jobs. I am trying to upload 35 completed inspections it crashed after 19 and now continues to crash every time I try to upload the other 16. So now I can't finish my job? Seriously fix this. ✓ Not ready for primetime!There have been a few improviements, but not enough to make this app anything I like to use. For one thing, it should be able to store my log in, so I do not have to enter a password. Having to change my password on the computer rather than in the app every couple of months is not good. The fact that there are so many screens to navigate through to upload or download inspections is not good, either. Tiny little circles to click on in the form, meanwhile, they made the list of properties HUGE! I did not want or need that. If it reflects my type size setting, that's not good either. This app has a long way to go to be a decent app, certainly NOT WORTH $29..Version: 3.5.1
✓ Horrible app and companyGarbage and fake reviews!!! I am getting sick of the stress this app is causing me while I try to earn my living. Altisource forms are completely screwed up asking for pics that have no relevance to the job and useless questions that we are forced to answer even if it doesn’t pertain to the job. This app is utter garbage. EZMobile is soooooo much better. Does your company even test these updates before they are released..Version: 4.6.1
✓ Photos uploadIt would be nice to be able to upload pics from photo album ( EZ does it already and it sure makes a big difference - catch up on it guys ).Version: 4.2.11
✓ INITIAL PROBLEMS and POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES.Upon downloading, it was very easy to navigate and learn. Most helpful was being able to see new work in queue while in the field. A huge timesaver in not having to make additional trips. However, I use an iphone and the screen is just so small when trying to tap the bullets, i was often hitting the wrong ones and having to change them. On prefilled forms it is color coordinated from the beginning on what fields are not filled in. You do not have to update first to see what is missing. The most major issue I found was that the program would shut down and log off completely when trying to "launch camera" Could not attach pictures in any form or fashion. This was fixed with a upgrade from apple for the iphone 4. Even though that issue resolved, I have had the app close and log me off when hitting the "download " button as well. It has only happened a couple times but is irritating. BE sure and SAVE your work as you go along. Inspectorade was called for assistance but followup calls were not returned. Fortunately the Iphone update seems to have corrected the issue for the most part. I will not use this to replace paper and camera, but will incorporate it for simple cases and rush cases. It is still worth the money for the ability to see new cases in queue and perform same day inspections..Version: 1.2
