✓ New VersionCan’t get on with this new version at all - to the extent that I’ve almost stopped playing - close to giving up 😔.Version: 4.06
✓ Unhappy with the $“Love this game. Play it all the time!” That was my original review (with 5 stars) years ago when I got the game. It provided simple games - very hard games, ad free, with an option to purchase for even harder games and extras. With an update, it required purchase for the very hard games, but still gave you simple - hard. Ads were included. Today when I went to play it, it only gave me simple games. I have to buy the rest. No thank you. I have been playing and promoting this game for years. If I had wanted to spend money on it, I would have when I got it. I will be sorry to see it go, but bye-bye. Like any relationship that turns to take advantage of you or require things of you that you don’t want to give, it is time to go. You cannot lure me in, then change the rules and expect me to stay. I am very disappointed, but I will get over it..Version: 4.06
✓ BrokenI have had this app for some time (Pro version). Somewhere between the latest iOS update and the latest update of the game it is broken. Some sort of zoom error pushes the menu and numbers off the screen, and entered numbers are not in their correct squares but on a corner between squares some distance away. I hope this can be fixed as it used to be the best Sudoku app out there..Version: 3.48

✓ Hints vs techniquesWhat you call a hint is in fact a known technique to solve a sudoku puzzle. I don't understand why one is penalized for using such. You keep resetting me to novice and i don't understand why. You claim your puzzles to be symmetric but they are not. Your coloring does not work and thus no coloring scheme can be used. The only technique you seem to allow is "let's try this, and if it does nor work go back to try the other value". Sudoku is not really a guessing game. There is no possibility of scaling the size of the candidates numbers. There are 729 candidate numbers. You penalize those who choose to use "calculate the candidates" by 25%. When you will be 78 years old, if you reach that age, this will look to you more like a vision acuity test than anything having to do with solving sudoku..Version: 3.54
✓ Some things fixedAt least you have fixed some of the outstanding problems, eventually. The app no longer refuses to show a proper grid. One can enter one’s own puzzle. The score increases. However:- The Master sudoku level remains illusory unless you pay on a regular basis. The clock runs at triple speed for some reason - to make one feel bad? There is still no explanation of the point scoring system, or the named levels. At least one can play now and the developer did eventually respond..Version: 3.50

✓ Works well - challenging puzzles, but intrusive adsThe algorithm generates an endless supply of challenging puzzles. Advertising is becoming more intrusive with long videos to watch before getting access to the game. I may give up on this one and find a paid app that is ad-free. The ads got so intrusive that I gave up and deleted the app. Time to move on..Version: 3.44
✓ SFGreat sudoku app, but needs to get more difficult. How about adding killer sudoku Also different colours for small numbers would help in working out puzzles. Unfortunately the app went wrong, and I had to delete it and redownload. Now I am unable to get the master sudoku, and the very hard is not challenging enough.....shame.Version: 3.48

✓ Review with new selection layoutI prefer the old layout of the number selection area - it made for faster game play when you had the flexibility to position the selection grid almost anywhere on the screen. I like the tracking of the number of Sudoku games completed at each level..Version: 4.06
✓ Was greatUnfortunately this app pushes to the pro version, I upgraded a few years ago but it never worked and on every upgrade the levels are being taken out, at 30 million I may just find a different app.Version: 4.06
✓ Good game room to improveThis is a nice game but there is a bit of a gap in difficulty at the top end, and the controls are a little awkward. Also I don't see how the scoring works or adds anything really. Definitely ok to play though..Version: 3.23
✓ Timing problemJust did last update. The time started going down by two seconds for every one second. Really messed up my stats. A 22-minute game was listed as 44. This happens occasionally now. 😖 Speaking of stats-- I had requested information on levels and never got a response. I have been at expert level forever and want to know when I would finally become a master. Also have been disappointed that you have to pay for Master Sudokus. Wasn't like that when I first downloaded it..Version: 3.56
✓ Sudoku reviewMany times when solving these puzzles I enter a correct number only to find a little bit later that this correct number has been removed!!! This is certainly NOT FAIR! It makes solution longer. And confusing. Please stop doing this or I will choose another sudoku icon to use..Version: 4.38
✓ Calamity!Devastated to discover that after happily using this app for several years the latest update has removed the ability to ‘enter your own sudoku’ and made this into a premium feature. Up to now this to me has been a five star app - much easier to work newspaper games in the app than on the paper - but sadly has now dropped to no stars and unless this feature is brought back, will likely be deleted. Gutted! Apparently I cannot rate no stars so will have to go with a very reluctant one star..Version: 3.47

I bought the full version years ago and then it was changed and I could no longer do the master level puzzles, now you’ve changed it again and not only can I not do the master level puzzles, but I can’t even do the very hard level puzzles either.
