✓ A great mixing app, only missing one featureI love the app and it offers complete control except for cues. I wish it would enable cue recording and recalling. Sometimes I'm tweaking a level or unmuting a mic while I'm not at the board. I have to run back to the board to hit two buttons. It seems like it would be easy to integrate into the app. I'm using the SI Impact in a church setting and sometimes I am setting up a mic or plugging in an instrument to our digital snake. I can turn the channel on and set a level from the sanctuary, but I can't recall the cue that already has it setup. I wish Soundcraft would add that feature!.08milluzVersion: 3.3.1

✓ Getting thereThe most recent update only addressed connectivity, but without a solid connection, an iPad ap is useless, so I this was the number one issue they needed to fix. It made a huge difference. Until this update, I was not able to connect and stay connected. With this update installed on my iPad3, my connectivity problems seem to be solved! Btw, You have to plug your router in and turn it on BEFORE booting up the mixer, or the iPad won't see the mixer. Now it's time for Soundcraft to add aux lockout so that you can let people mix their monitors without fear that they will accidentally mess w/fOH mix. Then they need to add gain controls and metering. Then add efx. There are other things they need to add as well, these are just the things I want 1st. That said, this update fixed a huge issue, connectivity, so I give it 4 stars!.FloodstageVersion: 2.0.32

✓ Getting betterThis app has come a long way from the version 1.x. Kudos for that. Having said that, it seems to be taking a long time to add Fx functionality and access to the mute groups. That, to me, seems like basic functions that any engineer would want to have. Even if you added button to set a tap delay, it would be a vast improvement over nothing. ✓ Simon LandinSome time ago I reviewed this app pretty unfavourably but honestly. It's great to see that Soundcraft have worked hard to solve many of the problems it initially suffered. The app now compares favourably with the best of the digital desk control apps from other companies. Big wins have been the ability to control gain and get a visual readout of signal levels within the app. This means you can set levels, EQs, phantom power, and monitor send levels whilst on stage with the musician which really helps to put them at ease for the gig. You can also set your EQs whilst listening to the monitors, with full 31 band graphic available for each send from within the app. All of this has helped to transform workflow patterns very favourably.
