IP Relay app is also available on wireless networks. Connect with a qualified relay operator via IP Relay. Features include integrated contact list, call history, and access to live customer care.

Available only in USA and US territories. International calls will either be blocked or terminated. ✓ Now a great app!! Thanks!!I originally gave the app a bad grade because there were many bugs. I really needed this service desperately. It was hard to get to the right person but I talked to the app designers via Fcc complaint and I am really grateful for their positive response. They asked me what I needed. (At the time I needed the phone book to be alphabetized so I didn't have to scroll through a 1000 names n numbers.) Then it was crashing when I put in the number. I used it the other day and had a minor problem and I saw they fixed it. I'm really pleased. It's a great app now and so far they are really addressing any thing that presents. Please know app people, I am so very grateful for this app and your working to make it better. I'm super close to giving you 5 stars. (((Hugs))) Keep up the great work!!.JstjudeVersion: 2.0.1

✗ What a junky app!I’m hearing impaired, and this app was recommended by a employee at t-mobile. The employee was great, but I will be canceling the service. The accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing people is terrible. The apps and service needs severe work..~ EG ~Version: 4.3.4

✗ Great but can’t verify identity..Where I live, I must go outside to make/receive RTT/TTY calls. I live it Texas which means the summer heat is brutal. Having epilepsy as well as low vision, this presents issues with both aside from the need for TTY. I was very excited to learn of this service after 2 Hours in 95 (heat index 107). I tried repeatedly to verify my identity but there was nothing for it. I answered ALL questions truthfully but it still said it could not be verified. Perplexed, I wrote an email, at least hoping for an automated “we’ll get back to you soon” message, but though I tried twice to send the email, gmail gave me an error message saying some things would not be saved. Tried through the browser in case it was an app error and the results were the same. I am very very frustrated at this point as I need the access for the reasons stated and have not been able to find an alternative that with work with my iPhone..Blind Girl GamingVersion: 4.3.0
