Can make the call with discretion and not be concerned about my privacy being invaded by “nosy” people. As a DeafBlind person, this app also allows me an option to adjust how I access this app to my needs. Best of all, I can save the conversation when needed for documentation purposes! Definitely appreciate this app as it provides with a genuine sense of access where the information given and received is accurate due to having a live operator rather than an ASR/AI. ✓ Now a great app!! Thanks!!I originally gave the app a bad grade because there were many bugs. I really needed this service desperately. It was hard to get to the right person but I talked to the app designers via Fcc complaint and I am really grateful for their positive response. They asked me what I needed. (At the time I needed the phone book to be alphabetized so I didn't have to scroll through a 1000 names n numbers.) Then it was crashing when I put in the number. I used it the other day and had a minor problem and I saw they fixed it. I'm really pleased. It's a great app now and so far they are really addressing any thing that presents. Please know app people, I am so very grateful for this app and your working to make it better. I'm super close to giving you 5 stars. (((Hugs))) Keep up the great work!!.JstjudeVersion: 2.0.1

✓ BetterI love that it's been updated to where I can easily shift to the app if someone calls; however, sometimes the phone will hang up and it would force me to have to call the person back and they would still be one the line (according to them) with the call I had picked up.
