✓ Not Easy To UseDownloaded the app but not easy to use. Also it asks for payment if you want to back up more than 1000 contacts. I found another app much easier and it backed up 1400 contacts free of charge..Version: 9.5
✓ Requires payment to delete dataThis app works great for transferring contact information between phones. This should be enough for me to be happy with this app, but when I tried deleting all the contacts I had uploaded, it told me I’d have to pay $2.99 to delete more than 100 contacts. Why do I need to pay to remove my data from your service? If I don’t pay the $2.99, what will you do with my data? This reeks of extortion..Version: 9.5

✓ Crap AppThis product backs up your contacts to an unknown cloud location, then wanted you to immediately upgrade to a paid version in order to find your backup or backup to locations of your choice. The app directed you to sign in to your Apple account to approve the'upgrade' without telling you the costs or what the benefits are of upgrading. Lastly, the app wants you to click on an 'ok' to post a five star rating... No other options but five stars. I am highly suspicious of where the app stores the contacts. The app gets my ZERO star rating - it doesn't belong on Apple Store..Version: 7.6
✓ Not saving all my contacts - see question belowI love this app., but I have a question about it. Lately I've noticed that every time I do a back-up, it saves 375 contacts, however, I have more contacts than that. Is this app. only saving my first 375 contacts and then none after that? If that's true, then my 3-star rating stands. If it's still saving all of them, even though it only says 375, then I rate this app. 5 stars. I tried going to the apps. support page, but it kept crashing, so that's why I'm asking here and hoping someone sees it and responds..Version: 9.5
✓ Security concernsDefault setting is to ‘Share all contacts’ with them.. dodgy!. Functionality has decreased too, use to be able to ‘Export to Xls’ format, can’t now. Support Team not answering any questions..Version: 12.4

When I want to restore to another device I need to log in (I choose via email and password) but I dont know how to make account. Where do I make a new account. ? ✓ Bait and Switch for excelThe description says you can export to excel, but it’s a lie... even when you upgrade to premium. All it exports is is vcf format (v-card) which only adds the contacts to outlook, gmail, or similar mail program. The ability change format to CSV does not exist, even though the app description clearly states it is. It’s not just a sneaky ploy, it’s outright lying to the customer. I’m not alone, look at forum FAQ discussions (accessible within the app, under the “support” link. Search the forums for the word “excel” and you’ll see everyone else who feels ripped off by these liars. Avoid this app at all costs. It’s a scam and they end up with all your contacts, which they probably sell to Russia..Version: 9.5

✓ SuspiciousI downloaded this app to export my contacts to Excel. It backed up my contacts painlessly but then wanted to charge me $3 (with a convenient automatic annual renewal!) to export them. This fee wasn’t made clear in the description. Also, the app prompted me to rate it 5 stars but didn’t allow for a lower rating. Lastly, most of the reviews are obviously written by non-native speakers and are intended to fool the user into thinking they are legitimate reviews. I don’t trust the writers of this app. Thank goodness I didn’t upload my backed up contacts to their server, wherever that is. Who knows what they would have done with them?!.Version: 9.5
✓ So far so goodThe app works great BUT I just wish that they were honest and up front with their pricing. Nowhere on the app description did I see that there was a $12 a year subscription and then add $2 for the Pro version until after I downloaded the app. If you want to see the program and how it works you have to sign in which enrolls you for the year. There is no option to opt out, or address to go and cancel your subscription. Very poor..Version: 9.5

✓ New device - wanted to use this app again but..It has worked well in the past. Simple Download. Snags your contacts. And easy upload into a new device. But then for the first time I looked into company, and they are Israeli based. Israel is the cyber spy/tech hub of the word (Pegasus was born In Israel). So anyhow, I won't be using this app any longer. Especially considering they can't bring themselves to say on their own description that they won't use your personal data..Version: 16.1
✓ Works but with effortThis app does save my contacts. It usually has to be done in more than one step. For some reason it groups my contacts and only backs up one group. Could be the way the contacts are stored. Business contacts don't group with regular contacts, but some regular contacts are grouped with businesses..Version: 7.6

✓ Only free if you have less than 300 contactsI'm all in for paying extra for cloud storage etc (as if we don't have that already with Dropbox etc), but unless you have less than 300 contacts this app actually has no functionality beyond storing your contacts backup file in the app... which rather defies the point of backing up. ✓ DOES NOT WORK WITH ICLOUD ANYMORE!!!Updating to the latest version of Easy Backup automatically changes the account being backed up from your iCloud Contacts to CardDav, and there’s no longer any way to point it back to your iCloud. CardDav does not have all of the iCloud Contacts. So your backups are screwed. That’s a big problem. I had used the Easy Backup app for a few years and loved it. I upgraded to the pro version couple of years ago to use the cloud features to have access to my backed up contacts from more than 1 device. I backed up my contacts on Oct 31, 2017 and the app found and backed up all of my 419 iCloud contacts. After updating to the latest version of Easy Backup which changes to the account it’s backing up to CardDav Contacts the app only finds 308 of my contacts. I have sent 2 messages to Easy Backup support but haven’t received a response other than their automated one..Version: 9.0.1

✓ I wish I could give this app ZERO starsI had Easy Backup Pro, but it stopped working. I tried to contact Support on my app, but there is no response, so I went to the App Store on my iPhone and re-downloaded the original (non-Pro) version. But now I can’t log in and I can’t create a new account. I PAID FOR THIS APP AND CAN’T USE IT OR GET ANY HELP!! What is going on???? If you can’t fix it, give me a refund!! Update: I tried to restore my purchase for this app. It didn’t work, but a pop-up box said to hit “Buy” and my previous pro version would be restored and I would NOT be charged a second time. Wrong!!! My credit card was charged a second time and the app STILL doesn’t work. WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK APP. I am out two payments for the worthless pro version and there is no response from the Support emails and in-app messages I’ve sent. This app is a rip-off!!!!!!!.Version: 9.5
