✓ App stopped working - DONT BUY!!!So it no longer holds any of my contacts and the help function crashes every time. And the website has NO useful info on it. And I upgraded to Pro to see if that helped. Just burnt $9 for nothing, it seems... Just realised it is 2years since last update. Should have looked here before paying my $$$. ✓ Upgrade disasterUsed this app for years and it did everything I needed. Synchronised with Apple Contacts, set up groups and searched great. Suddenly there pops up a message “Update 11.2 available Download now” and screws up my Pro Version 11.3! Now it does not load correctly nor synchronise at all. Practically useless to me now. Emailed developer twice about it with no response. May work fine if you do not already have the app but beware of any update!.Version: 11.2

✓ Cleaned up a lot but lost or merged many good contacts tooMy various Macs were duplicating contacts over and over taking my 1500+ contacts to tens of thousands. Nothing Apple offered could stop it or fix it. This app seemed to have what I needed. But it too failed in specific ways. Yes it got rid of most but not all duplicates. However it also combined hundreds of names and also simply deleted many contacts I can never get back. For example it deleted every family member of mine with the same last name. My kids, wife and extended relatives were wiped out. Also some people with my last name I’m not related to. And this happed to every other last name match. I must know 50 unrelated smith’s for example. It combined a few but deleted most of the others. I deleted the app and now have to try and find hard copies of all those lost contacts. Worse is I use the Notes section extensively with all kinds of professional and personal data that can never be recovered..Version: 11.2

✓ Nearly goodFrom the reviews and description I thought this was what I wanted. I just wanted to create a group of about 40 phone numbers to create a close group message about the birth of our son. While creating the group, adding contacts revealed random selection of some emails, some plain contacts and others where some were both email and phone. I am not prepared to go through all that setup to find out I had unknowingly emailed some who never check emails. The app presents contacts with a more arrow on the right that seems like what I want for choosing the contact method, but donuts! Do developers put themselves in others shoes when designing apps? ✓ TerribleThis app deleted all my contacts and so I contacted support in a panic but heard nothing for an entire day so I paid $4.99 for a subscription specifically to access the backup feature because before all my contacts deleted I saw it initiate and complete a backup, I just couldn’t figure out where it went or how to find it, and the worst part is I still don’t know! I have no idea how to locate the backup of my contacts because apparently when you pay almost five bucks literally NOTHING CHANGES nothing! No additional features or options or anything. Just five less dollars in my pocket and no contacts. ✓ Features broken and NO tech supportI can not recommend this app due to the broken functionality of many key features. I am running the latest iPadOS 13.4 on a 2019 iPad Pro. The major issue I’m having is with the filtering tab, where the app filters contacts by specific fields and/or ranges. For example - show me all contacts without email addresses. The entire page of different filters do not work. Any filter you choose, does absolutely nothing. It just freezes. I emailed the developer twice over a month long period and never received a response. By looking at the other reviews, it appears that others also can’t get response either. If you are a developer, collect money from customers ($4.99 in my case) and have no plans on fixing bugs or communicating with your paying customers, do the right thing and remove your app from the App Store, rather than ripping people off. When you use the free version and you want to delete more than 10 contacts it prompts you to buy the software. If you click the button to buy it it immediately charges your account $10 as a subscription. It will automatically renew if you don’t go in and shut it off. The 3.99 version may or may not have this feature. There is no indication of how much they’re going to charge you before they charge you $10. That’s a crazy amount of money in a very sneaky way in order to delete a few contacts. I’m deleting the app and I will not use it anymore..Version: 9.0.3
