✓ GoodI love my aircon. It was difficult to set up though. The app works well but does need work. My bank requires less security to login than this app - please add Touch ID asap. I want to turn on my air when driving home and it's not safe to enter 8 digit password..Version: 1.0.19

✓ Worked great, then iOS 8 happened.This app has been great allowing functionality to our ducted air con. Since the ios8 update however it logs in and only has demo play functionality. ✓ UselessThe cost to Samsung of updating this app so that it works with modern devices would be negligible when compared to the amount of income they are losing to other a/c manufacturers whose applications actually work; I’m betting call centre and online help staff are also spending hours on responding to requests for assistance that they cannot resolve. ✓ AwfulThis has to be one of the most difficult to set up. It wouldn’t accept the characters in my wifi setup, I refuse to make my password easier just so a Samsung product can connect to it. Their solution, send out a technician. Like I’m going to take time out of my schedule to wait around for someone to set up something that should be pretty simple to set up. ✓ Waste of money!! Don't buy Samsung Aircon!Ugh wish I'd send these reviews before I invested so much money in to our ducted Aircon system at home. We paid extra to be able to control this via an app and it doesn't even work! I try and adjust the mode/temp/fan speed and it only changes for a few seconds and then goes back to auto 24 degrees! And it doesn't even look like its controlling the unit! I agree with other reviews, it's VERY difficult to setup, doesn't have zone controls, and just downright doesn't work! Urgent overhaul needed of your app - you really shouldn't be selling wifi enabled devices for your units until you actually have an app with proper functionality! ✓ No English and won't save password!!All the pop up messages are in Korean and it won't save password - who knows what it says and have to enter password every time..... This could and should be a much better app from one of the biggest electrical companies in the world!! ✓ Does not work.Same as previous reviews - can get the wifi module set up and can see the aircon unit in the app, however it doesn’t go further. Changing settings in the app doesn’t do anything to the aircon unit. It just reverts to showing as ‘off’ despite being on. ✓ WowI thought the other reviewers were using it wrong. Nope! It really does not work. I'm amazed Samsung are selling air conditioners with an advertised feature that doesn't actually work. Surely that's a liability for their company? Really sad. ✓ In-Home Great! Out-of-Home Not Working!!!This app is great for in-home control but the out-of-home feature doesn't work! It works fine if you login through the internet browser but with an app you shouldn't need to do that. Frustrating as it spoils an otherwise great product which allows you to get your house nice and cool or nice and warm before you walk through the front door. ✓ Unreliable connectivityI have daily issues connecting to my aircon WiFi unit. Despite the fact that I can always see the device connected to WiFi via my WiFi management app and I can always ping the device with low latency (I.e my network is rock solid). Sometimes I can see the device but not connect due to “user authentication error” and other times I simply can’t see the device. Either way the solution is to restart my phone!! This works every time. Restarting the app doesn’t help. Fix your app Samsung please!!! It’s a great app when you can actually connect..Version: 1.0.23

✓ Poor App user experienceSamsung, please get rid of the in home out home option. Most of all stop asking me for my account username & password. I just want to open the app control my air con and be done. Take a look at some of the best home automation apps from Nest, Skydrop & gogogate!! The interface itself is fine, functional and works.
